Our first class here with Barbara was incredible, love the natural light in the studio. Intimate but not too crowded on a Saturday

I love this studio! The classes are strong but accessible. The space is beautiful. The studio is kept warm (90 degrees) but not too hot to flow. Most of all, it is an inviting community with dedicated teachers and owner Brittany, who make each class personal. Highly recommend.

We had the best class with new instructor Kendall. I wouldn’t have known it was her first class teaching. Big fan we will be back

This is my fav yoga studio in SF for Hot Yoga! As someone who's struggled with getting into Yoga for most of my life, this studio has been a game changer and the reason for me to keep going back. I've tried more than 7 different instructors and have been very happy with the quality of all.

I was recently visiting friends in San Francisco and stopped by on my last day for a Power Vinyasa class with Sam and it was fabulous!I enjoyed the studio space and the instructors energy so much. I am planning on making the move to SF and I am so glad I found this yoga studio to come back to!

The Yoga Shala is absolutely amazing. The neighborhood really needed a hot yoga studio and we are lucky to have gotten such a perfect one. The environment is really supportive and accepting of everyone and all levels. It’s a great and safe place to learn more about yoga! I recommend this for anyone :)

Incredible yoga studio! I moved to SF back in September and have tried 6 different yoga studios in the city using ClassPass, this is by far the best. It is a newer studio, woman owned, and already has a great community. I can’t recommend this place enough. Every teacher is amazing, the studio is clean, and even the people that go to the studio are awesome!!

I've never done yoga in my life and this studio has been amazing! I've tried classes from nearly all the instructors and they all have their different styles, but they are all great. They've been very welcoming to a complete beginner like myself.

Love this new studio!
After BurnSF closed down, Inner sunset was in dire need for a good pilates or yoga studio. Now we have it.
I've been going for last month and my day is better every time I make it out there. It's not an easy yoga class, you get a workout and that's exactly what I was hoping it would be. The teachers are great. Definitely recommend!

My favorite go to yoga studio in San Fran. Living part-time in SD and part-time in SF, it was hard to find a studio that felt like home. Brittany L. is super nice and created a very welcoming community. I can't wait to go back!

What a special studio Brittany opened in the Sunset! I'd been searching high and low for a studio that felt like the right fit for me personally over the last few years since I moved from New York. I was looking for convenience, setting, style and community and I think Yoga Shala has the perfect blend of it all. Brittany is an extraordinary teacher, knowledgeable, genuine and kind. The space is very welcoming, clean, quiet and has great natural light and energy. I personally love the heated room but its not too hot where you find yourself drenched and surrounded by a puddle of sweat afterwards. The power flow is a perfect pace. What I also appreciate is Brittany's care to create community. Although I find most people come to yoga for the physical practice, the synergy of the physical and mental practice and warmth of the class/community has always been important to me. Brittany gently encourages people to introduce themselves and creates optional events for people join -- Something I think we all could use a little more of after the last few years of Covid. Lastly, I love that she's a young female entrepreneur. I hope she succeeds so we can all keep enjoying Yoga Shala!
