I couldn’t say enough about Alexis and her studio. It’s truly a retreat and a place to recharge not only your body but your spirit. The atmosphere is amazing and uplifting as well as clean and sanitary. Her air purifier makes me feel comfortable and safe during these uncertain times. And the results and changes I have seen in my body are unreal! I am so thankful for her and these amazing workouts. She is always switching up the workouts so you never get bored but boy are they effective!!! I couldn’t recommend ThriveFit Wellness more, If you haven’t checked her out yet you should absolutely do it soon. ❤️

Alexis is the best trainer that I have ever worked with. I had a few trainers in the past but she is the star. She is passionate about her career. She knows what she is doing. She makes workout challenging but fun! During my personal session with her, her attention was always on me and she always had a plan for me, which is super professional. I would recommend her to anyone interested in doing workout. :)

I've been here both for a massage and for the guy yoga.
The massage was great! Deep massage and worked over my muscles and was a fair price. Will definitely be back again to get a massage.
First time going to yoga ever, good environment and no judgements...really good for core and stabilizer muscles. Will be back again for some "bro-ga" as well.

As a mom, wife to a husband with a crazy work schedule, and a business owner, I often neglected to truly take care of myself. Coming from a background in competitive collegiate sports as well as fitness competitions, I only knew about the "diet for what you're training for". I joined Thrive Fit Wellness a month ago and I can honestly see and more importantly feel the difference in myself.
