Always wanted to hear sound bowls and this place was amazing I felt welcomed and me and two of my friends had a magical experience.
I feel a presence in my life that can not be explained and I am so grateful for the invite from the Nextdoor app . Thank you for the opportunity to experience these moments and also Billy Pinkerton was the cherry on top
This place and these people felt like home a home that I did not know existed but I have been searching for my whole life

Took the breath work class on Thursday evening with Azriel & let me just say this class was exactly what I’ve needed. After feeling out of sorts for a while I knew I needed an energetic cleanse & this class gave me that and more. I was able to shift some perspectives I’ve had and I’m feeling refreshed. I have gone to Angel's Thursday Yin Yoga class 6-7pm for months & I always leave nourished, well rested & at peace. The Zen Den provides a welcoming community, knowledgeable teachers & a variety of services to choose from. You'll find this space quickly feels like home. As a teacher here- I highly recommend browsing the offerings & joining one of the amazing classes!!
