My background consists of a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (concentration in exercise science), an Associates degree in Physical Therapy, a License as a Physical Therapist Assistant, and a decade of personal training experience. Using my education, experience, and genuine passion for fitness, I have been able to help people from all walks of life feel better, look better, and move better. My clientele ranges from busy professionals, to seniors, to athletes, and individuals who are just starting their fitness journey.

Kevin is a very genuine person, not just a trainer. He’ll take you and your goals seriously and meet your needs 100%. He goes above and beyond than just being a personal trainer who treats you as a client but actually cares about you as a person and your growth. I've been working with Kevin for almost 3 months, and I can say he is awesome. Besides telling me what to do he actually makes sure that I understand the movement of each exercise, and explains me what is the muscle that is being targeted. Kevin is a wonderful trainer. He really gives you all his attention and is very flexible with his workouts. Whether it is strength training, conditioning or even form for boxing, he will work with you to reach your goals.

I started training with Kevin six months ago. I didn’t know what to expect that. He was very thorough when asking me what my goals were in our initial meeting. We devised the plan and got to work. Kevin is a true professional! I started training with Kevin this year as a 73 year old retired nurse, and newbie to weight lifting. As an “older” client with several health issues, I especially appreciate Kevin’s knowledge base in kinesiology and physical therapy. Unlike most trainers I have been to, Kevin takes the time to teach you proper technique to prevent injury.
