Our studio is equipped with traditional Pilates made by Balanced Body USA. All sessions are tailored to the individual needs.

When I first visited Three Breath Studio a year ago, I was struggling with persistent pain in my left trapezius, lower back, and right knee. I was relying on regular massages and acupuncture just to get temporary relief. Despite working with personal trainers for five years and attending various group sessions, nothing truly resolved the root of the issue.
That all changed when I met Sophie. In our very first session, she identified the real causeโskeletal misalignment involving my pelvis, spine, and shoulders. Her ability to diagnose what others had missed was nothing short of remarkable.
Over the past year, we've been working together to correct my alignment and improve my posture while gradually building strength. Thanks to her deep expertise, commitment, and individualized approach, I no longer need to rely on constant visits to massage therapists or acupuncturists.
Sophieโs professionalism, insight, and dedication have genuinely transformed my physical well-being. Iโm now able to enjoy movement and workouts pain-freeโsomething I hadnโt experienced in years. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I have been doing the pilates with Hazel for more than two years now. I definitely feel the difference in my posture and energy.
As a professional musician, I have been struggling a lot with my back pain and shoulder pain. It has diminished a lot, and I can apply what I learn on a daily basis no matter where I go.
I strongly suggest Three Breaths Studio to all of you. The studio looks very professional, and you will learn how to take care of your body from the top-notch instructor(s).

Three Breaths Studio is by far the best pilates / fitness studio Iโve ever been to! Iโve taken numerous Pilates, yoga, barre, and personal training sessions over many years, and Three Breaths is hands down the best. Sophie not only has deep knowledge in Pilates and physiology, but also the most caring personality. Sophie genuinely cares about her clients and accommodates each individualsโ needs and goals. Sheโs very detail-oriented, dedicated, and passionate. I used to have chronic neck / lower back pain, especially when I exercise, but since Iโve been working with Sophie weekly for the past 2 years now, I no longer have pain and I am able to exercise painless!
Iโve also had sessions with Hazel, the other instructor at Three Breaths, and she is equally amazing! Sheโs got such positive & happy energy.
I cannot say enough good things about Three Breaths and just wish I had the time to go everyday!

I have a job that requires me to be sitting at a desk for long periods of time in front of a computer which then led to various lingering aches and pains in my 40's that normally would go away on its own over time in my 30's- such as stiff neck and shoulders, back issues from crossing my legs while sitting, or hip issues from bad posture and wearing heels for many years. I tried everything from physical therapy, yoga, acupressure, acupuncture, cupping, massages, etc. I was introduced to Sophie Ryu, the master pilates instructor and owner of Three Breaths, by a mutual friend who has been going to Sophie for several years. I have been taking privates with Sophie for almost a year now and it has been amazing. I can see how my core and alignment have improved which led to reduced aches and pains and even helped with my migraines. She helps you see how your body is out of alignment to help you be more in tune with your body. Sophie carefully curates each session for the specific areas that need work, tracks my progress, and lets me know how far I've come. This was really important to me in terms of giving me the motivation to keep going and to understand what we are working towards. Just doing breathing exercises with Sophie used to make me sore which is an absolute embarassment, but now I am able to do some of the classical moves on the reformer or what I call the torture devices, and not feel death after each class. My favorite moves are the stretches and being able to be flexible again. My privates with Sophie is something I very much look forward to each week as it forces me to get out of my office and go in for my realignment with Sophie. Love Sophie's energy and professional attention to her individual clients.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sophie. Before I started Pilates with Sophie, I experienced pain in my back and shoulders. After about seven years of working with Sophie, I improved my flexibility and endurance, my shoulder and back pain has disappeared and my body postures has improved. It is also more satisfying for me to try on new clothes because of my better posture. Sophie is a wonderful instructor who is always passionate about her work. I highly recommend her.

I have been taking Hazel's pilates classes for the last year and she is definitely one of the best pilates instructor I've ever worked with. Hazel is always extremely motivated to tailor the workout specifically to the needs of each student, so my workouts with her are always highly personalized, challenging, and enjoyable. Her adjustments and attention to detail have allowed me to perform the exercises much better than before. Personally, since starting my training with Hazel, I have improved my core strength significantly and now my lower back pain is much more limited. Hazel also has a super fun personality, so she keeps the classes fun and engaging. I will continue to see Hazel weekly and would highly recommend Hazel's pilates classes to anyone (any gender and any age) looking for an amazing workout.

I have been taking pilates classes with Hazel for the past year and she is an absolutely wonderful instructor. Hazel has an incredibly warm, friendly, and engaging personality that makes her classes enjoyable and fun. S
More importantly, Hazel is extremely knowledgeable about pilates and human anatomy. She is excellent at providing verbal cues and visual demonstrations to ensure students perform the exercises correctly and safely. Hazel pushes you enough to challenge yourself and get a great workout, but also knows when to dial things back to prevent injury.
The care and attention Hazel puts into her classes is evident through her students' progress. Over the past year I have become much stronger, more flexible, and have better body awareness. I always leave her classes feeling great!
Hazel is truly one of the best pilates instructors I've ever had. Her classes are the highlight of my week and I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're looking for an outstanding, attentive pilates teacher, you must take a class with Hazel!

Iโve been taking pilates lessons with Hazel for 3 years now. She is a very detail-oriented pilates instructor and creates a personalized experience for her clients. Every lesson she checks my body condition carefully and follows through with the lesson so that injuries are prevented. Itโs my first time trying Pilates with my wife. We did duo sessions and loved workouts with Sophie. She is very motivating. She always pushes us to the limit where we both feel comfortable and to the level we wouldโve never even imagined to achieve on before. Itโs duo sessions, she is also very skillful to customize each one of us depending on the ability. We both had the experience of being healthy and balancing the outside and inside.

I was introduced to Pilates 9 years ago with Sophie. Working in a duo class & one-on-one, gave me the opportunity to learn the basics to realize the important of mind body connections. Sophieโs knowledge and patients are what makes her an amazing Instructor.
