I love Thrive. I joined just over a year ago and have the three-a-week plan, which is such a deal. The 6am and 6:15 classes get me up and going. I love having a workout done before the workday starts. I have felt myself get stronger and more fit -- I love the mix of strength, stretch, and cardio. I also appreciate how attentive, kind, and supportive the instructors are. I was not a rower or a weight lifter before I started and that was OK! Highly recommend.

Fabulous classes with instructors who care about each of us as individuals, so they are excellent at guiding us with modifications for your needs. Great class mates too. Lots of different ability levels but everyone is supportive.

Thrive is a welcoming and supportive place. I was a bit worried starting an exercise routine. I had not exercised for a while and was not sure how much I could handle. Instructors are kind and have helped gear the exercises to my beginner abilities. Starting my second month now. Love this place!
