I've been working out with Tiffany for a year now. She's an amazing trainer, and pushes me to give 110% every time I show up. She creates personalized workouts and meal plans for me, and even in the pandemic safety is her top priority. I also love her group classes on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Super engaging and attentive to her clients, even in a group setting. I highly recommend Tiffany for your personal training needs. You won't be disappointed!

Tiffany is an amazing trainer and friend! She has worked with me for quite a while! She knows her stuff! She trained me through my entire high risk pregnancy and if it wasn’t for my training with her likely would not have lost the weight to be able to conceive and now have my miracle baby! The convenience of virtual training via zoom has been a godsend with a newborn💕Food is a major struggle for me, Tiffany is always listening and trying to help me improve! I have a long way to go but with her willingness to stick by my side through my lifestyle changes I will succeed! If a healthier lifestyle and healthier version of you is what you desire Tiffany is your person!!

Tiffany has been a true blessing with helping me get healthy and fit. Her meal plans are so simple and so many options (healthy options). Her workout plans surely have me feeling the burn!!! I love that I have so many options to get my workout in from in person one on one to group workouts to even Saturday morning zoom💕 Tiffany has a caring personality, I truly believe and she has shown me that she loves helping people. I also think her pricing is reasonable.

I train with Tiffany HIT style twice a week for 30 minutes ( three days out of the week I’m training in Buti yoga & running) . She helps me build muscle and burn fat🔥!
