This place is terrible. There are rats on the floor and garbage. Homeless people come in regularly. The trainer is very unprofessional

Constantly rude crowd spilling into the streets blocking foot and auto traffic. Not a gym, but a hang out spot.

If you're looking for a clean, friendly ambience, a team of fitness trainers who are knowledgeable about when to be tough on you, when to make you laugh, and how to help you work at your pace... this will be your new home away from home.

Tiger is the BEST! The workout is intense and amazing. Tiger is the nicest man and truly creates an environment that works for everyone. More importantly, he knows his stuff. He is the real deal β€” no joke. This is my favorite new thing I have done since I moved to LA years ago and I am hooked! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am not an athlete and rarely use gyms. But my niece suggested we try boxing together at Tiger Boxing Gym and I have never regretted it. I had no idea that boxing is such an intense, full body workout. The only trainer in this small, old school boxing gym is Tiger himself, a former Olympian and Pro-boxer. He is a unique personality and a great trainer...pushing me to go beyond what I think are my limits. I love the circuit training with the bags and the speedball and the ab workout in addition to the private one on one with Tiger inside the ring. It never gets boring. I have seen him work with 5 year olds, all the way up to a few 70 year old clients and everything in between. It is unusual that someone with his background can relate to young and old alike. The people who train here are the interesting and nice and it makes for a supportive and encouraging place for all levels. Can;t recommend training with Tiger highly enough!
