Iβm a lieutenant with the U.S. Army Reserve and have been training with Tiger for a long time now. As an officer of the army I can truly say Tiger is a very gifted person. Tiger is highly responsible and dedicated to his work, with a good training approach. He has a strong ability to understand the strengths and weaknesses of me and he excels at making accurate assessments. He not only leverages my strengths but also actively trains and strengthens my weaknesses. I have been taking PT with him for four months now. I can already feel the overall balance and elasticity of my body. Also I can feel getting strong muscles in my legs, glutes, and core muscles which is my major goals. His mindset is always positive and full of enthusiasm to his work because my overall muscle mass has increased by 5 pounds. Wow its truly amazing to me. I started training with Tiger about a year ago. He is a fantastic trainer! I have had a number of personal trainers in the past, but I can say that Tiger is the best that I have worked with in terms of his knowledge of exercise physiology/anatomy, his ability to structure workouts to my specific needs, and his ability to be extremely motivational. Tiger's workouts are also very interesting and fun. One of my favorite exercises is rope climbing; if you wish Tiger will teach you rope climbing with safe technique and it's very fun and rewarding. Only a few months after I started with Tiger I've noticed significant improvement in terms of muscle bulk, strength, and my upright posture to the point where friends and family started giving me positive comments. The bottom line is that Tiger is extremely professional, knows his craft, and will improve your health and well-being.

I was needing a trainer and a way to channel my energy whilst strengthening my body during a very trying period of my life. Tiger was sympathetic to my situation which I did appreciate Tigerβs gym was in walking distance from my place so I gave it a try. He is kind, very passionate, and a good trainer with the best of intentions. The gym itself is super clean and very well equipped. Bathroom was also clean and you can shower, if need. Tiger made sure to switch up my workouts so they were never boring, always fun. I also loved having Princess (his furry bodyguard) around for moral support. There were a couple of things that I found to be a little unprofessional. Itβs likely that Tiger will recommend you to see his acupuncturist (whom I did 1 session with) and was greatβ¦with the exception that the acupuncturist shared personal information with Tiger from my session. Tiger would also make comments about health matters regarding his other workout clients. I think for the sake of maintaining healthy boundaries and professional relationships, itβs best to keep those matters private. If I were Tiger, I would also ask the acupuncturist not to share client information with him unless both Tiger and the acupuncturist receive the clientβs consent first.

Worked with him even before he moved to the new place. He is great at what he does. If you just do your part that he asks you of, then you can trust your body to the man and he will reshape you. Takes time as your diet is also important with the workout but you can easily see results. He may look pretty intimidating initially but he's very generous. All in all, he's amazing as a trainer and person.
If you aren't losing weight working with him, you probably aren't doing your part.

I'm a working mom of two babies. I've done all kinds of diet that you've heard before such as intermittent fasting, herbal medicines, acupuncture, acupressure massage, one-food diet, witch soup diet, GM diet, Denmark diet, etc. You just name it, I'm pretty sure I've done it already. However, it never worked out at all. I always gained more than before I did those diet programs.
When I exercised on my own, I expected too much too soon and got too overwhelmed with everyday life, that I started to get really frustrated that I wasn't seeing results.
I am so glad that I luckily found him and talked to him what my ultimate goal would be. He listens well to your needs and is both educational and supportive.
His workouts are always enjoyable because there's plenty of variety and it's never boring.
When I started the program I weighed 152lbs, 6'4". After 5 sessions of working out and eating correctly, the weight started to fall off. I had one session a day for the first 2 weeks.
I've lost 10 lbs and 4 inches around my waist in 6 weeks! I feel great and enjoy the compliments I receive from friends and family.
I will come back with a phenomenal result in a few weeks! If you want to change not only your body but life as well, do not hesitate to contact him! Highly strongly genuinely recommend him as your personal trainer!

I had few month of training session with Tiger joo he taught me a lot for my beginning of muscle workout. I been working out only cardio exercises in my life. Tiger is a very motivating & attentive personal trainer. He listens to what your needs are and tailors a workout plan to help you accomplish your goals.
I went to him after a serious injury that put me out for more than 5 months, I had gained more weight than I thought. It can very embarrassing situation letting someone know about your weight and how out of shape you are. Not once did he make me feel that way. He was very reassuring that following the eating & workout plan, I would be able to reach my goals in a healthy way for lasting results.

Tiger truly invests the time and creativity to formulate a fitness program that meets one's needs. He is always there to encourage me to workout. I trained with Tiger for over five years and honestly it was one of the best decisions of my career as a national athlete (and as a current Div 1 athlete at Yale). Worked with Tiger for around 3-4 years and his training really helped me make the national team for fencing. I went from cramping at every tournament to not even being sore after a tournament. I am training with Tiger to improve on my sport of fencing. Since we began training I have been doing extremely well in national tourneys. I owe much of my success towards our training. I never imagined myself doing so well and am positive that the training is setting me apart from the other athletes.
