About the Club

Titan has been known as the premier performance training facility in Santa Barbara for over 20 years. Titan offers on and off-site training services to athletes, individuals, and teams of all ages (10+) and fitness levels. Besides designing science-based, individualized strength and conditioning programs customized to prevent injury and optimize performance, Titan also offers cutting edge, high energy adult group classes.

I love coming here to work out, the staff are very friendly and I love to talk to people while working out . They also show college and pro football games on the tv so it’s always fun to listen to a game while working out.

I have been to several gyms in Santa Barbara, but Titan is by far the best. I do the group training workouts where we do heavy lifting and circuit training. I would not be able to push myself this much on my own. I feel like I also receive enough individualized attention in this small group setting. Highly recommend!

So Titan is not like a normal gym where you go, do your own work out, have to deal with bros leaving their towels on the squat rack while they watch themselves doing curls in the mirror. There's personal training and group training. With the group training they cap the number of people in the class to 10. In 30 or 45 minutes (depends on the day) you will get a better work out than if you went to the gym by yourself unless you're a much more organized person than I am.

Titan is an amazing training facility with a great staff and ownership. I train in their group classes and love the individualized attention they are able to give me even in a group setting! I also participated in their healthy eating and fitness challenge earlier this year and am so much happier with my daily lifestyle choices and my level of fitness. I would absolutely recommend Titan to anyone looking to improve their fitness, no matter if you are a beginner to working out or more advanced in your training.
