About the Club

Titan Training is one of the top rated gyms for small group, high intensity interval training. Out workout programming is focused primarily on burning fat while building lean toned muscle. These are not your normal HIIT classes, at Titan Training you will be carefully guided by a coach to ensure your form is perfect and to make sure you are using the correct weights. Classes are limited to 10 people so everyone can get the coaching and guidance they need. We pride ourselves in creating a warm and inspiring workout environment for all. Most important rule for every workout is you should leave the gym feeling better than you came in.

I’ve been attending the Titan Training workout class with Coach Adam, and I can’t recommend it enough! Adam is an excellent instructor—knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly supportive. I have been coming to Titan training for about 2 months with my girlfriend and we love it. The class size is small and not overcrowded, and the workouts are a good balance of difficult without feeling like your going to die halfway through. I always feel like I got a good workout.

The trainer Adam is a very solid guy and the other members are great as well. No big egos, or anything like that. Just a nice mix of folks that are all working on themselves and having fun.

Pricing- in my opinion, super reasonable.

Glad we found this place, would definitely reccomend!

I’ve been attending group fitness classes at Titan for almost a year now, and I’ve had the best experience!

When first starting out, Adam takes the time to help you with unfamiliar exercises and equipment. Then, after a few weeks, he will help you keep challenging you by encouraging you to lift heavier or showing how to improve technique. He is very friendly and will ask you what your goals are so he can find ways to help you get there.

The other members are also so friendly and welcoming. They are willing to help as well, and I feel as though I have been accepted into a fun and caring community. We like to joke around and cheer each other on when the work outs get tough (which is pretty much every day).

I feel stronger and more energetic than I did a year ago thanks to Titan. Bonus: Adam’s pups are there regularly and always put a smile on my face!

The owner keeps the gym clean and well organized. When something is not being used it’s in its proper place. The classes are challenging while being suitable for most everyone regardless of their age or skill level. The owner is very attentive to how well each person is doing in a class. If someone is having difficulty with a routine, he is always there providing the professional guidance needed . In addition to classes the owner offers one-on-one instructions that are tailored to specific areas of improvement.

I've been coming here for about 10 months now, and the quality of classes and instruction has only gotten better. Adam continues to impress me with the amount of knowledge he has in all aspects of fitness and nutrition - he can and will help you reach any fitness goal.

The community at Titan is equally incredible. The supportive atmosphere makes every workout something to look forward to, and I've made some amazing friends along the way. If you're hesitant about trying your first class, don’t be—everyone is welcoming and will make you feel right at home. And if you're more of a dog person, there are two friendly pups to keep you company too!

I have had such a positive experience attending Titan Training! I came in as a beginner and was concerned as to my ability to keep up with the class but found it to be inclusive of varying degrees of strength and experience. There is a warm welcoming atmosphere plus the gym is clean and organized. The trainer Adam is highly knowledgeable on health and nuances of the body’s inner workings. He demonstrates the exercises as well as guides regarding form and one’s personal level of strength. In addition, Adam motivates and challenges me to do more than I knew I was capable of and pushes me to my goal of getting stronger. Since starting at the gym I have had a noticeable increase in energy and a more positive mood. I hit gold with this gym and I am thankful to have found it and motivated to continue!
Update- I have now been consistently working out with Adam at Titan training for 6 months. I have continued to have a wonderful experience here at the gym. I have grown stronger and I can see the difference in my body.

This gym is at 1020 N. Batavia, Suite L, in Orange. It is a brand new gym. Trainer Adam is the best, but also another trainer is there for hire, too. Both great, respectful and mind their language. Good bye crowded gyms, and impersonal service, I have a new favorite!

11/7/24 Update:
Certain rules about this gym: no dancing and no fun having. Well, I break those rules every session! Pushing myself has paid off too, as I went a size down and my arms are defined, after Adam shot of short video for me.

I even workout out as I battled cancer and let me tell you, it helped me fight a real monster: God 1, cancer 0. I find the people here very helpful, and it’s not just the trainers.

I tried Titan Training while I was in Orange visiting my parents for a week. The classes are the perfect size, under 10 people, allowing for the owner/trainer Adam to share personalized feedback on your form for each exercise while challenging you to achieve more reps or heavier weights. With Adam's coaching and encouragement, I set a 185 lb. PR for my 1 rep max deadlift in just one week! The classes are a good mix of weightlifting or functional training circuits and also 1 or 2 cardio circuit days so that you build strength and muscle while maximizing fat loss and keeping your heart healthy. All the members were so nice and inviting...we had lots of fun even during the toughest workouts :) I took my sister to 3 classes with me since I am trying to get her to be healthier, and she ended up getting a monthly membership! She has never joined a gym in her life, yet she felt comfortable here, so Titan Training is an option for beginners or experienced lifters. I can't reco this place enough and I wish there was one where I live!

I took my first class at Titan Training and I was super nervous at first since it was my first time taking a group class. All of that quickly went away… everybody was very friendly and welcoming, and Adam explained all the exercises to me in detail & made sure my form was right. I love coming here! As someone who is new to weightlifting, Adam has been incredibly supportive and informative. He not only corrects my form but also explains the "why" behind it and guides me on where I should be feeling the movement (the mind-muscle connection). This personalized approach feels like having my own personal trainer!

The equipment is new and well-maintained, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The layout is well-designed with ample space, and even during classes, it never feels overcrowded.

Speaking of classes, they are intense! Be prepared to break a sweat and experience a great workout that will leave you feeling stronger and accomplished. Adam consistently motivates me to push myself by using heavier weights or pushing me to put in just a few more reps, and I have definitely seen tangible results.

Regardless of your fitness level, this place is absolutely fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Titan Training is the real deal! I’ve been to many group fitness classes and the attention and type of training provided here is TOP NOTCH! Adam is one of the most down-to-earth trainers I’ve met. It's never too late to START! I used to think outdoor exercise could keep me fit and there wasn't a need to join the gym. However, I found that my routine was not enough and managing my weight was getting harder. Two years ago, I realized that as I get older, I realize that tone and strength training are even more important for so many reasons. Never been much for going to the gym and I definitely found other ways to spend my money.

I was invited to come to Titan Training back in June 2021 and after a couple of weeks, I realized how important it is to learn the proper way to use equipment and weights. I didn't have goals or knew what I could achieve at that time.

Adam has an incredible way of training each one of his clients, he takes the time to explain each move and how to make the smallest adjustments as needed. It can mean preventing injuries while getting the most out of a workout. In the time I've been working out, I've had issues with my shoulder, knee, elbow, hips, and Adam has adjusted workouts to ensure each injury heals properly. I still can't figure out how he knows exactly how much to increase or decrease each client's weights to help them to go beyond their perceived "limits" to reach their personal best without hurting themselves.

Other gyms may be less expensive, however, Titan Training gives me the confidence that I will continue to gain strength and flexibility without sustaining injuries that could debilitate me in the long run. In the time I've been coming to Titan Training, I've lost over 10 pounds and gained more muscle tone and definition than I ever imagined. There is no instant gratification, however, showing up regularly and consistency does pay off.

This is more than just a gym. It's a "family" of young and old who support each other and we have ALL formed quite a camaraderie. The community is definitely a huge reason to keep coming back, and the best investment any of us can make is investing in ourselves!

There is no better trainer, nor circuit training environment in OC than Adam Kennaday of Titan Training in Orange. He is genius when it comes to his fitness expertise and no matter what your fitness goals, limitations, age or abilities might be, his program is designed to make your entire body stronger. With circuits that combine weight exercises, cardio activities and conditioning techniques, Titan Training is always challenging and diverse, fun and fast-paced. On top of that, you'll leave every session feeling sweaty, invigorated and accomplished. What's also great about his small group training is his keen focus on everyone. If he sees you struggling, he'll show you how to correct your form. If you have limitations, he'll suggest alternative exercises. If he sees you zipping through a circuit too quickly, he'll suggest you take longer breaks in between lifts or add in an extra round.
