I was training with Terry and from the second we got on the phone to talk about my goals and the structure of his teaching I knew it would be a perfect fit. He is very passionate about helping people out, you can tell he does it from his heart not with the intent of just taking your money. He is super energetic and really makes your time and investment worth it. He is out there putting in work too so he knows our struggle ! Lol Also many coaches can be robotic with their teaching and money hungry , not Terry. Terry hears you out on a personal level and works with you. If you are looking for a coach who actually cares and wants to teach you not just waste your time , you need to call Terry. :)

I've been working with Terry for about 6 months now and he is simply the best. In our first call, Terry proactively told me to do my due diligence to read reviews and watch his videos on Instagram so I not only know his vibe but feel safe meeting with him. And as woman, as much as I hate to have to be especially careful, I was so appreciative of how respectfully he offered that. Upon meeting him, he's exactly who he is on the phone--humble, real, and so knowledgable. I am somebody who is not motivated by being pushed too hard or yelled at, and Terry is the perfect balance of encouragement and belief that you can always do more than you think.
Safety and health are top of mind for him, so if you feel that kick in the wrong place, he says stop, makes a note on where to stretch better next time, and moves on without guilt or judgement. If your body or mind just doesn't feel all there that day, he has a good sense of how to align with your energy while still giving you a great workout. And he is able to offer training holistic of nutrition and training, but also never pushes if you just want to work on certain goals with him. It helps so much that he's such an easy person to talk and be around, and I'm very grateful to get to be trained by him and also just know him as a human.
My strength and technique have improved, and it keeps me honest to workout not just when I train with him but when I'm at home as well. I hope that everybody gets a chance to train with Terry too!

Our whole family decided to take kickboxing lessons and both kids (13 and 8) love it! Terry is very patient and explains things well. He makes sure the kids are not only learning but also enjoying themselves. We always feel good and energized after a lesson!

Terry Lee is absolutely everything I was looking for in a trainer and more. I had a string of bad luck finding a trainer and had given up for a while & found him on a whim. Best decisions I made. He’s really knowledgeable and easy to work with. I feel like I’m becoming a real boxer LOL. He’s great with technique and offers great advice on dieting, going to the gym and getting to your body goals. I like that I get an amazing workout and the time just flies by. He’s great with positive reinforcement and doesn’t judge you for being human which is a huge bonus. I really am glad to have found him.

If your goal is to get in shape you have come to the right place. I originally met Terry a few years back and he had an amazing workout regiment for me. He also helped me to get on a diet and I started to see the pounds drop. I eventually had to leave the country for work but when I returned a 2 years later I contacted Terry and he was eager to get me back on a regiment and get me back on track. All in all one of the greatest people I ever met. He is very flexible and professional. In addition he has a wonderful back story on his own personal journey to get in shape, if he could it so can I.

We were lucky enough to find Terry to train our 13-year-old son kickboxing. It’s been almost 6 months, and my son loves it. He’s a tough customer and never wants to do anything extracurricular, except kickboxing with Terry!
Terry‘s attitude and energy makes him an amazing trainer, and our family appreciates him. We also feel like supporting a local business, versus a big chain corporation, is the way to go, and we couldn’t be happier with what Terry offers. Highly recommended.

Mom to 3 little ones. Haven't worked out in quite a while. Working with Terry for about 2 months now and have seen a heck of a transformation. He takes boxing/kickboxing fitness to the NEXT LEVEL. Terry has been absolutely fantastic trainer very professional and personable. I contacted him needing to drop 30lbs in 6 weeks, which is a huge ask from anyone, I went form never exercising to going 3 days a week, he got me on a meal plan and walked me through everything I dropped 26 lbs in those 6 weeks and it wasn't hard, he knew exactly how hard to push me to reach my goals without killing me, only reason I didn't loose the full 30lb was my own personal sabotage. I totally stand by and recommend his services 100%

I have been training with T. Lee for 4 months now, and the experience I have had with him has been amazing. This is my first self defense class that I have been apart of, and I have already learned so much in a short period of time. I am the type of individual that likes to be pushed to my limits, and T. Lee definitely pushes me to my full potential. Not only do I train with him, but I am highly active in my weight training during the week, and he also provides great nutritional advice to compliment my weight and strength goals. Terry is a very personable, professional and attentive coach. He also communicates very well which is important to me. From my 1st private session to now I definitely see the improvements I've made. I feel stronger, hit harder and I'm learning great techniques. He always gives me "homework" after working out - talks to me about what I can improve on and how to do that at home, in-between sessions. There is a lot to say about Terry Lee but I will keep it short. My girlfriend and I have been working with Lee for a couple of months now. He is a well experienced and professional coach. Not only are the sessions a great workout but are well taught. One of many things about Lee is his patience with his clients. He take his the time to make sure one gets the proper technique down and execute all the moves and combos. I highly recommend Terry Lee's Service. If budget is a concern, he also hosts group sessions! Give him a call and ask about the group sessions. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

I was nervous to start taking lessons during the pandemic but Terry has immediately squashed my fears by showing great attentiveness to making sure that the students are spread apart and cleans his gear on the regular. The personal class is charged at 60 dollars for an hour, which is quite a steal! And the class held on Wednesday and Saturday are charged at 20. The classes work you hard, as Terry likes to up the fitness portion before we head into shadow boxing and pad work. I'm really excited to see where his business goes in ten years, and I'm committed to be a damn good boxer by then

I did HIIT training with Terry. I learned so much about working out and my nutrition. My schedule was not the best but Terry made it work and made sure I got a good sweat in each week. I first started with the Saturday kick boxing class then I went on to Terry’s One on One strength training. I absolutely left every lesson feeling amazing. He really focuses On what you want to work on and your personal goal, without The help of Terry I don’t think I would’ve passed my fitness test. He’s very patient and knows his stuff. I would 100% recommend if you are serious about your fitness he creates workouts plans accordingly to your goal so your not just going through motions and random workouts which is awesome !

I’ve been training with Terry for Muay Thai personal training in Lakewood, Ca for about two months now and it’s been one of the best decisions I made this year. I’ve always wanted to learn self defense especially when I experienced some nerve issues with my leg. Terry did not shh away from the challenge and we have made huge improvements. My husband and I started training with Terry through a commercial gym about a year ago. His guidance, positive attitude, and flexibility was what truly made us feel comfortable with continuing our training with him. We’ve voiced our goals/any issues or pain we had, and he was able to provide us guidance on calorie intake, how often we should be working out outside the gym, and stretches that can help ease soreness or pain.
