The space itself is beautiful, clean, calm, and really well-organized. Thereโs a great energy in every class, and I love how each session challenges me in the best way possible.
I ended up renewing my plan without hesitation and have been coming every week since. I already feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to my body. Itโs become one of the highlights of my week.

I absolutely love this studio! The atmosphere is so welcoming and all of the instructors are fantasticโthey're incredibly knowledgeable and pay close attention to everyone's form. The classes are always well-structured, offering a perfect mix of challenge and support, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. I've noticed a significant improvement in my core strength and flexibility since starting, and I always leave feeling energized and refreshed. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a high-quality Pilates experience.

After having 4 kids Iโve been looking for a Pilates studio near me that has more direct instruction to strengthen my pelvic floor & core muscles again. Finally found this studio and I love it! Moms you must give this studio a try! Only $20 for a private trial session and even their group sessions are max 5 people each time, which means everyone gets attention from the Instructors. All their instructors are so good at teaching and very nice. So much better than Club Pilates where the classes are so big the instructors have no idea if youโre doing the moves correctly or not. All the instructors at Toe Toe are always making sure youโre understanding the moves and correcting your posture so youโre not hurting yourself. Iโve been taking classes for about 4months now and my pelvic floor & core are so much stronger that I can run and jump again without any issues! If I wasnโt moving away Iโd go here forever, but until then Iโve subscribed to as many classes as I can go to. Highly highly recommend Toe Toe Pilates studio!!

I used to go to the gym to do weights and the stair machine. But after I turned 40, my joints started to hurt and I got small injuries.
So I tried Pilates here!
I need to focus on my posture and use only the right muscles. Itโs a deep and smart workout, and I can really feel my muscles working. I took one trial class and signed up right away. The machines are new and clean, and there are maximum 5 people in a class.
All teachers help each person with great care. I really recommend this place if you want a safe but powerful workout๐

This studio has made such a difference in my core strength and flexibility. Every class is challenging yet enjoyable. The instructors are motivating and super knowledgeable. Also, they are professional, attentive, and really take the time to help you improve your form. If youโre looking to get stronger and feel better, this is the place to go.
