I have been training with Coach Tori over the previous 2yrs and recently signed our kiddo up to learn the basics and fundamentals of weightlifting. It’s been a pleasure to not only see the growth and progress in such a short amount of time but the confidence that comes with strength training (feel good - look good) Tori is extremely patient, warm, professional and attentive in guiding her clients through their fitness journeys! Whether you’re just starting out or need a structured plan to reach particular goals, I highly recommend Tori to help you achieve them.

I’ve been training with Tori for nearly two years, and I can’t recommend her enough! She is not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly friendly and supportive. Tori keeps me motivated every step of the way and has helped me not only meet but exceed my fitness goals. I have been training with Tori since about February of this year and it has been nothing short of amazing. My favorite part about training with Tori is that she is direct but in a friendly way, and she’ll push you beyond your own mental limitations because she knows you can do more than what you’re telling yourself you can do; she holds you accountable. I love that I can ask her about “trendy” videos and she will be 100% honest about what works and what doesn’t, and she meal plans! Also, guys I have a little butt now thanks to her! Never thought I’d see the day!

I've been training with Tori since the beginning of April 2024, focusing on full body workouts and glutes. It has been really awesome, I feel stronger and can see growth in my muscles. My glutes grew a whole inch!! Tori tailors your program to you (with demonstrations) and adjusts workouts if you don't like certain exercise (or if you get injured and can't do certain exercises anymore). She gives you tips on what to eat/drink to meet your protein intake as well. She is also very patient and flexible when it comes to scheduling sessions. I really enjoy working with Tori and I highly recommend training with Tori if you need someone to fix your form and help you go up in weights!

Tori's been training me for almost a year now, and just within in that time i've seen so much growth. A good trainer obviously plans your workout routine, but Tori goes far beyond that. She'll program your workouts in advance and teach you the proper techniques, and form adjustments. She's always so motivating and she encourages you to work harder and reach your fitness goals. I never thought I would be able to barbell squat or even or make it past 8 lb dumbbells for arms, but i've made so much progress and I couldn't have done it without Tori. One thing I really appreciate is that Tori will never rush you, she takes time w/ planning with your workouts esp when it comes to upping the weights. You can 100% tell she cares about her clients. I've been so much so more aware of my body and nutrition since training with Tori, and it definitely helps having someone hold you accountable and constantly motivate you. There's never been a moment where i've felt uncomfortable with Tori. She's genuinely the sweetest person and a great friend! I 100% recommend Tori!!

I've been working with Tori for a while now and couldn't ask for a better trainer. I pick up the exercises quickly because she's great at walking me through it. I've had several sports injuries in the past and she has adjusted exercises to relieve pain while still maximizing gains. I slacked on my plan outside of our sessions, but once I stuck to it, the progress was QUICK. You won't find a more committed trainer than Tori!

I was able to train with Tori for a few months. It was my first time starting my “fitness journey” and I am so glad I did. Tori was super patient, detailed and supportive throughout my trainings. I really liked how she would take her time to explain any exercise and demonstrate as well. She definitely showed she cared about the progress and specifying your workouts for your own goals. Overall would definitely recommend training with Tori!

The LITERAL best trainer! I have been working out with Tori for 11 months now and could not be happier with the results (21 lbs down!!) I started off 2x/week with training but moved to 3x a week because of the results I was seeing (and all the fun)! Tori will walk you through your workouts and ensure your form is proper to avoid any injuries and discomfort . As someone who used to have knee and lower back pain, it was important to me that my trainer is attentive and detailed about my form, because I was always so afraid of hurting myself further. But, working out with Tori has been so helpful to my back and knees that I rarely feel any discomfort or pain anymore. Tori is always open to questions, gives great and realistic fitness advice and genuinely cares about her clients’ success and goals!
Because of her, I continue to challenge myself and always find myself looking forward to our sessions. Not to mention, she is very sweet and welcoming, which makes the sessions go by so fast!
If you are on the fence about personal training, train with Tori - you will NOT regret it!

I approached Tori at the gym and complimented her physique. She was so thankful and mentioned she was a personal trainer. My son and I joined her and she was hands on and so welcoming with my son, making him comfortable and asking him what kind of things he like to do in terms of exercise. The time he was with Tori he increased his stamina core strength and weight tolerance. She was so positive and motivating with the both of us that she never gave up on us. She takes her clients very seriously and very personal, as she is also putting in the time with you. What I like about working out with her is she will show you what to do and the slightest changes can really make the biggest difference in your posture and what hurts. If something is not working out for you she will make changes to help you achieve that exercise. She is your biggest cheerleader. I honestly never believed in personal trainers, but being with Tori for about 6 months I I have seen transformation in my body. I have learned so many different exercises and weight lifting from Tori that I know what to do at the gym on my own. I highly recommend Tori as a personal trainer to achieve the goal you are trying to reach when it comes to your health. I promise you, you will not regret working with her as you are bound to see the results you want as long as you stay consistent with the regime and no one better but Tori.

I never thought I would feel 100% comfortable around a trainer. The thought of personal training intimated me. Once I started training with Tori all those thoughts went away. Training with Tori has been an amazing experience. Before I started 1:1 training, I was worried my weight and the fact that I hadn’t exercised in months was going to be an issue. After my first week with Tori I knew there was nothing to be scared of and that I was in goods hands. Tori takes the time to listen and understand what your goals are and she programs all your work outs to make sure you achieve those goals. Tori is highly knowledgeable, PATIENT, and supportive. Every week I feel stronger and more motivated to keep going!

Training with T was such a proactive and successful way to meet my fitness goals! As someone with a super busy schedule and only being able to work out after getting my kid to sleep at 8pm, Tori’s online workout program gave me the option to complete the workouts at whatever time convenient, and all from my home! The program Tori set up for me helped me lose the extra weight I wanted, and tone up/start shaping glutes! It was hard work but so worth it!! Highly recommend for anyone that needs to be held accountable in getting their workouts done, and done effectively!

Training with tori was a life long experience, she took me in as a client when she first started her small business, during this time it was actually when we were in quarantine - I gained so much weight and really hated seeing everything about me. I then started training with her and she made my thoughts turn around almost instantly, she made me feel confident, healthy and most importantly… happy. Not only that, I gained an amazing friend along with all of it. Tori is so knowledgeable, smart, amazing and I would trust my life in her hands. I’ve been training with Tori for about 7-8 months and I would definitely recommend her! She is so helpful and she really cares about her clients. I couldn’t be anymore happier with my results and I am still planning on training with her for the rest of the year. I used to go to the gym and just do random workouts and never saw any results, once I started training with Tori I finally started seeing the results I wanted. She literally plans all your workouts as well as providing your macros you should be eating in a day. I told Tori what I wanted to focus on (gaining muscle, eating habits, strength) and she planned out my workouts based on my goals. Overall, I am super happy I finally was able to step out of my comfort zone and straight 1:1 training versus me trying to figure it out at the gym and not seeing results. Tori was an excellent trainer. She really knew what she was doing, you can tell she takes this seriously and she takes the time to learn. she was very supportive and very encouraging when I felt like I couldn’t finish certain exercises, and that made me want to work even harder. I’ve been training with tori for a few months now and she has been so helpful with the goals I’ve wanted to reach. I actually started out with a muscle imbalance that I’ve seen multiple trainers for before, but she is the only who has taken the issue seriously and has genuine concern for how it affects my daily life. I worked with Tori for a couple weeks and I absolutely loved it! She was very motivating, attentive and kind. Everything went around my pace while still pushing to improve each time. I learned so much about how to properly weight lift and my form, which has been very helpful now that I’m on my own. I have been working out with Tori for the past 3 months. Within the short amount of time, I have learned so much about my body, fitness, and nutrition. Furthermore, I have seen amazing progress!
