I'm a Personal Trainer and roller derby skater providing custom workout plans to help clients smash their goals. In addition to goal discussions, I conduct comprehensive movement assessments to help ensure I provide clients with safe and effective workouts. Every program starts with a focus on core and stability to ensure that we create the foundation necessary to build upon.
I train clients out of Kaleo Fitness in Roseville, Fit4Living in Lincoln, at your home, and virtually. I also offer a self guided option for those who are comfortable training on their own, but are looking for help with writing their workouts.

Tornado Alli Fitness is amazing!! This women right here has taught me so much in the time I’ve been working with her. She’s so much more than a personal trainer. She’s a cheerleader and inspiration. She has helped me gain confidence and has encouraged me every step of the way!! She believes in my abilities when I doubt myself and never gives up on me. If your not sure a personal trainer is for you, invest in yourself and give her a chance, she will most definitely change your mind! Tornado Alli Fitness is the BEST!!

Allison is a fantastic trainer! She assesses your needs and creates an individualized program to help you achieve your goals. My schedule is quite busy, but she finds a way to fit into my routine each week so that I stay on track. Can’t recommend her enough!

My experience with Alli has been amazing so far! I’m so glad I finally decided to hire a personal trainer and get serious about working out. She has kept me motivated and coming back for more every week, and comes up with new and creative workouts for me. She makes me feel so comfortable and Is just an all around joy to be around. I can’t wait to see what I accomplish with her knowledge and guidance :)

Allison is definitely the right choice whether you are looking for a new trainer or someone to train you for the first time. She is laid back, friendly, knowledgeable and keeps your workouts interesting and effective by switching things up every time. Allison is great at helping you to make sure you make the most of your workout by perfecting your technique and understanding your goals. She is also flexible and understanding of your schedule and works hard to maintain a regimen that works for you. Booo with coach Allison and you won’t regret it.

I’ve been working out twice a week with Allison since August 2022, and it is literally the highlight of my week!!! I love that Allison customizes workouts specific to me and my needs. She is very attentive during every training session. She is great at explaining how to use the equipment, as well as, why I’m doing a specific exercise and how it benefits my body. Allison is great at pushing me during my workouts while also encouraging me to do things that I think I can’t, but she also listens when I feel something is not working. I can definitely see improvements in my core strength, my weight, my balance, and my overall body strength. Allison’s passion about personal training is obvious in the attention and focus she puts into her clients and their personalized workouts. She is my biggest supporter and I truly enjoy working out with with her!!

We have been training with Allison since March. We have worked on balance, core, endurance, and strength training. I went from not being able to do a Bulgarian Split Squat (because I couldn’t get my leg behind me and balance), to learning to do them on a weight bench, then progressing to the box, and then not only could I do them with my back leg on a box~ but I could hold 12# weights and squat. Allison’s workouts are always creative, challenging, and most importantly fun! She is positive, motivating, and professional.
