My daughter has been out of gymnastics for some years. She did a trial class first with the younger kids and they allowed her to come back with girls closer to her age. I love how hands on they were with her and made her feel comfortable. The coaches are very patient and take the time to teach in areas that need teaching.

Recently started doing cheer and realized tumbling was a big portion of it. At the time I could barely do a handstand and couldn’t do a cartwheel, within a 9 months of tumbling classes every week I had my front walk over , back walk over , front handspring and currently working on my back handspring. This gym truly has helped me in unbelievable ways with mental blocks , techniques and overall coaches filled with a compassion to help you grow as either a gymnast, dancer or even cheerleader. No matter what skill level or even age you are all coaches are constantly giving you there full attention to help better your skills.

Coming to TIMA has already made such an impact in my daughter’s journey with both dance and gymnastics. Charity is absolutely amazing! She is not only a great coach, but a cheerleader. Literally had the best time at this gym! I was searching for Adult Tumbling/Gymnastics all over the surrounding cities and came across Total Impact Gymnastics. Coach had amazing customer service from the beginning, and the class was spectacular. Lots of fun, a nice challenge, and everyone was supportive and welcomed us right away. Had a one day trial, and automatically loved how dedicated the coaches were, very attentive. Which to me is very important. I have taken my girls to other classes closer to home, and they only had one coach with same size class. Coach could not handle all students. My daughters being great listeners, missed out on advancing, per coaches caring for other students being disruptive. As a parent paying for a class, I would like the coach to teach/ and not babysit. So I was very happy with this class. Looking forward to more classes.

Today was my sons ( 3yrs old) first day with TIMA Gymnastics in their tiny tumblers class. My son loved it. I brought my 5 year old in last week for a trial class! She has never done gymnastics or anything fun in the area, and has been having problems socializing at school. The first day, Coach Charisma & Coach Bella were so attentive with her! When she got out of line, they picked her up and flipped her around and made sure she got back in line, making it fun for her! All the little girls were so nice & didn’t make her feel left out. Yesterday, we were able to meet Coach Charity, and she was also very attentive with my daughter and so kind. We are so excited to see her progress & the kind of friendships she will build from this gymnastic center! ❤️

So we had our try outs to today for my 2, the coaches allow parents to sit in for try outs so that was nice.
I will say the coaches instructing the kids were very mindful of each student they were working with and did great with my oldest. He is very shy and isolates himself a lot. The coaches assured him he was doing great so it was nice to see him enjoying himself among other kids his age. Will edit after a few sessions.

Total Impact Gymnastics is an exceptional facility that provides an outstanding gymnastics program for children. I recently enrolled my daughter in one of their classes, and we have been thoroughly impressed.

The coach leading the class was incredibly engaging and interacted with the children in a wonderfully positive and encouraging way. They managed to strike the perfect balance between making the class enjoyable and still challenging the kids to push themselves.

My 8 yr old attended a dance clinic here this past Saturday. It was her first time ever coming here and I had a lot of questions leading up to actually signing up for the clinic. They responded and answered all of my questions very quickly and made the process seamless. My daughter was warmly welcomed when we got there and had a blast throughout the whole thing. In the 8hrs she was there training, she also FINALLY got her aerial which she had been trying for months now. Took my daughter (3) almost 4 here for a trial class before making a commitment and I absolutely loved it. The coaches take there time and really engage the kids. Huge plus for me is the instructors not only gave directions but explained why they were given such exercise and what it was helpful for and also safety measures while doing the exercises.

Definitely recommend.
My daughter is a little more difficult and has a harder time focusing but they were able to manage that really well.

We've been gong her for 5 years now. Everyone of the staff are so amazingly kind, and generous. My daughter started going here to help learn stunts. Our three kids have been coming to Total Impact Gymnastics for just a little over three months now. We are very happy with the progress we have seen in these past few months!
