Training with Tracy has been an amazing experience! She has provided me with different workouts, stretches, a nutrition plan, and has given me valuable information that I will always keep with me. At first I was a little nervous because I felt like I had a unique situation with some knee issues but she has been 100% attentive, supportive, and detailed in the training since our first session. After about 3 weeks I started to notice improvement and now after months of training with Tracy, I feel way better than I ever have in the past couple years. Tracy was able to tailor a specific workout and meal plan for me that has improved the inflammation in my knees and has also slimmed me down & gotten me in better shape. I can say with 100% certainty the payment is worth it because Tracy provides her clients with priceless information, tools, & resources. She also uses an app that you can make account for so she can post your workout routine which makes it easy to follow. She also has videos explaining each workout & stretch in case you forget how to do it. I can tell off the bat Tracy is very dedicated to her clients & all she asks is for you to put in the work as well! I would definitely recommend Tracy to friends and family.

Tracy is an amazing personal trainer! She is both professional and enthusiastic. Her knowledge of fitness, health, and wellness is extensive. I began training with her about a year ago and have since lost over 20 pounds. When I first began training with Tracy, I had absolutely no clue what it meant to train efficiently. I have since learned about the necessary action required in order to consistently lose fat and build muscle. I now regularly deadlift and completed my first 5k (now training for a 10k), which were goals I would’ve never imagined setting for myself, let alone reaching, a year ago! Tracy is not only a great Coach, but also a supportive friend. Her emphasis on community, courage, clarity, and consistency are visible throughout her programs. Thanks to Tracy, I look and feel better than ever before!

Had the opportunity to work with Tracy for 6 months and I will never regret the investment. I will always recommend Tracy to a friend. She is a passionate individual who looks at you and sees the whole picture, which is exactly why I decided to go with her in the first place. I was really impressed with the knowledge Tracy had to share each week, really showed her dedication to her craft and her clients. I lost 12 lbs which is more than I had in years!!!! This was done with a lot of hard work and support on Tracy’s part, and the best part…. 100% worth your money - I have many things that make do workouts complicated and Tracy has helped and modified all the work. I’m unfortunately picky and has been helping me expand my food range and has always been there for me the past year and a half. Definitely one of the best trainers you can have at the moment.

Tracy is an inspiring and intuitive coach who listens to your individual goals. She taught me how to measure my intake and explained nutrition in an easy to understand method for a beginner. She also demonstrated new stretches for my upper body days, and explained why it’s important to stretch before working out to prevent injuries. She is such a compassionate and engaged coach, I love how she cares about my holistic health overall and I trust her to guide me towards my fitness and life goals. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer, mentor, coach, and friend!

What can I say she is awesome! She pushed me and listen to my goals related to fitness. Gave me a detailed workout according to my goals. Not only did she help with my personal training needs but she made me aware of my eating habits. Tracy helped with my mental health as well , I was depressed and over being unhealthy ( she was a blessing to me) . When we finished training I was running a mile which I haven’t done since I was in my 20s. If you need a trainer that listens and you want results Tracy is your girl.

Want to get healthy and fit but don’t know where to start? Tracy is your person! I went in not even knowing where to start on my fitness journey and Tracy took the time and sat down with me and explained the different approaches we could take that would work with my busy schedule. She explained different food choices and explained their benefits and showed me different exercises that I didn’t even know I could do! Overall it was a wonderful experience training with someone who takes their time to understand your needs and helps you get started! Definitely recommend her!

I’ve known Tracey for a year now and let me tell you SHE’S THE BEST ! I was new to the fitness industry and she completely showed me a new lifestyle it forever changed my life and she has taught me how to love and take care of my body! She’s so well informed with nutrition and understanding what our body needs. She’s a great motivator and a great friend and a GREAT trainer all in one so it’s a good deal package if you ask me. She will put you on a work out plan to help you reach whatever goal you are trying to reach and she will constantly check in on you to see how your are doing physically and mentally she’s your HYPE MAN and that’s what’s so sweet about her she loves to see you try and do your absolute best that’s why I give my %100 when I would train with her because she is just that good. I attended 1 on 1 sessions with Tracy before I moved away from Southern California and I must just say how much I miss her already! Not only does she create a plan to help you reach athletic/health goals but a plan to address your overall well being. I noticed she has some holistic influences and a lot of certifications so that’s what stood out to me the most. Now that I live more up North, I’ll occasionally attend her 1 on 1 virtual/online classes and they still help me. I’ve already gained muscle for pole dancing and it amazes me since I struggled for months trying to gain any sort of muscle. I cannot strongly recommend her enough!
