Train Insane Gym is a premiere fitness center and personal training gym dedicated to serving Anaheim area locals by optimizing physical fitness in a fun-filled, judgment-free community environment for adults of all levels of fitness (beginners and experienced lifters welcome!). We offer small group and individualized personal training, strength coaching, and nutrition consulting. I’ve been a member with Train Insane over 2 years now. TI is a great place to not only get an awesome workout in but to do it with friends that keep you accountable. Owner and all the coaches are amazing and so supportive, always there and available to guide you.
An added bonus was my teenage son signed up for their summer and winter break programs. He loved it! He was so confident heading into his high school weight room after getting the proper training! We love Train Insane!

Don’t let the name scare you! People of all ages and levels workout here and the programming is adjustable to your level-it’s amazing. Nobody’s judgy, we’re like one big happy family. This is a boutique type gym that focuses on weight training with proper form layered with nutrition counseling if desired. It’s not the kind of gym where everyone’s checking themselves out in the mirrors. There are no mirrors. 🤪🤷‍♀️ just sayin’ And it’s literally every level. I’ve worked out with 80 year old women and 14 year old teens. You can practically do physical therapy here until you work your way up to doing the full workouts all the way to competing on stage in body building or actual
Weightlifting competitions. Don’t make any decisions until you at least try this place out and give it at least a month to get a glimpse of the full experience.

💯 recommend Train Insane! My 10 yr old started first (taking the Jr Athlete's classes). After watching him train and see his confidence grow, I got the courage to try a free week and also joined.
I've tried all kinds of gyms and various classes, but NOTHING compares to Train Insane and their weightlifting training! It's such an encouraging group and the coach's are all the best of the best. They have pushed me to go heavier, constantly fixing my form and challenge me every. single. time.
I'm in my late 40's and as they say better late than never! So glad I joined...it's the ONLY thing I will consistently wake up for at 4 or 5am to do!💪🏼🙌🏼

I’ve been training at this gym for more than 4 years now. It has truly changed how I look at lifting and nutrition. A culture has been created here that can’t be beat.

I used to attend the typical commercial gyms but with no consistency. For me it was due to the environment and no real direction.

At TI not only have I set and reached many new goals, I have made some great friendships along the way. I can honestly say I look forward to going to the gym now and stay consistent every week. It’s all due to encouragement and accountability from Geoff, the coaches, and the members of this gym.

No egos, a well thought out program, coaches who care and now what they are talking about.

I've been a part of TI for 14 years! I joined because my health was spiraling out of control in the wrong direction. My doctor advised I make changes quickly, or I may not make it to my 50th birthday. TI truly changed my life. I joined and it was the BEST decision EVER! The diversity in ages is one of the reasons I love this gym. No judgements or discrimination of any sort. The community at this gym is unlike any other and that's thanks to the owner, Geoff, and his team of dedicated and encouraging coaches. They truly invest in their members' health and well being. Geoff strategically and intentionally designs his programs to teach us proper technique, support our individual physical needs and goals, modifies movements and demonstrate the benefits of weight lifting in real world application. LOVE attending this gym! The atmosphere and people are fun, welcoming and friendly to all levels of fitness whether one is starting/re-starting their journey as an out of shape mom (me) to the rockstar consistent ones who are crushing it and strong as heck. The coaches are by far the best and like nothing I have seen, they are knowledgeable and encouraging, yet push you to meet goals you didn’t know you could hit. As a nurse I appreciate their knowledge and focus on proper body mechanics while lifting. They meet you where you are in your fitness level and make you better. In addition to the excellent coaching I love that they offer personalized nutrition coaching to slowly and realistically adjust your diet; no quick fixes that don't work or push to buy supplements. I highly recommend this gym to all!

I’ve been a member for a year and I love Train Insane. The best way I can describe this gym is supervised small group weightlifting classes. It’s not Crossfit and it’s not bootcamp. It’s fundamentally sound weightlifting classes centered around the four major compound barbell lifts: Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift and Overhead Strict Press. There are two coaches per class for a maximum of 20 people at a time, so you’ll always have someone available to answer any questions or correct your form. After briefing the group on the day’s exercises, every member goes to their own squat rack/bench and starts doing the work. Coaches are available to help, but it’s really up to you to keep track of your own progress and manage your time. They provide a notebook for each member and teach you how to log your workout info. Then, in the following weeks you’ll build on what you lifted last time. Over time you’ll be able to look back on what you used to lift and be amazed by your progress.

Another service included in your Train Insane membership is nutrition coaching. Some of the coaches have weekly Zoom meetings with a handful of members at a time to provide personalized nutrition coaching based on each person’s goals.

If you have strength or fat loss goals, Train Insane will provide you with all the tools you need to succeed. However, at the end of the day it’s up to you. If you’re hardworking, consistent, and coachable, you’ll get where you want to be.

The people at Train Insane are friendly and welcoming. No gym bros here. Just people who want to put in the work. We encourage and support one another. And if you just want to keep to yourself, that’s fine too. It’s worth mentioning that most members are women (My wife really likes this. As a male, I feel perfectly comfortable and welcome too).

If you are interested in weightlifting but don’t know how to get started this is the gym for you.

If you are interested in weightlifting but have a history of injury this is the gym for you. (I had a back injury when I signed up and they accommodated me and gave me exercise recommendations that helped me get better)

If you’re an experienced weightlifter who’s tired of having to decide which workouts to do and having to fight over the elusive open squat rack at a commercial gym, this is the gym for you.

Train Insane is less expensive than hiring a personal trainer and comes with virtually all the benefits, as well as a sense of camaraderie that can really make a difference. At the end of the day, it’s an excellent value and a worthwhile investment on your health. Give it a shot, you might end up loving Train Insane too.

Even though I’d been lifting weights occasionally for nearly a decade, I quickly learned that my technique needed to be improved. Awesome Gym, but even better than that is it’s an amazing program with a ton of great perks. I can honestly say it’s the best kept gym secret in Anaheim Hills, Orange, Yorba Linda, Placentia, Fullerton and Villa Park area. People drive from as far as Huntington Beach to go here. It’s like an all inclusive resort but a gym 🤪 it’s not just a workout but you get nutrition counseling also as part of the program. And the people aren’t crazy Insane gym freaks like the name implies, it’s just catchy but the coaches do great and will help you accomplish your goals.

I've experienced quite a variety of workouts and workout techniques, styles and ideas over the years... some fancy, others overwhelming. I've had to unlearn and relearn some things.

At TI I found a sensible approach that helped rehab an injury, then build and strengthen for all around function, strength and conditioning. I feel, look and function better now, in my 50s than I did in my 20s or 30s.

The staff is patient, and try to understand where we can benefit as individuals to take full advantage of each module.

It boils down to me choosing to do the work, watching what and how i eat, and then, showing up to do what needs to get done to see the results I'm looking for!

I've been attending this gym for almost 2 yrs now & my only regret is not joining sooner. The coaches are very knowledgeable, patient, & caring. At this gym, you learn how to lift with proper form. All workouts are thoughtfully programmed, the point is to make each person leaner & stronger & not just exhaust or injure members. In addition to the wonderful training, the coaches also provide nutrition consultations that help you achieve a healthy lifestyle outside of the gym. I definitely encourage people to give it a try. The program - weight lifting, metabolic conditioning, and proper nutrition - is the REAL thing and gives you REAL results. There are no miracles or tricks or loopholes, just hard work & dedication, which I think is the best part - you are in control of your results. The coaches provide you with everything you need to succeed in their program (the "road map" as they call it) and it's up to each person to follow it. At the end of the day your results are based upon how badly you want it and how much you are willing to dedicate to doing it for yourself. That in itself is motivating and empowering.
