About the Club

Train Smarter and Harder offers comprehensive functional personal training in a small group setting for adults (4-6 members per session) and sports performance training for athletes.
We deliver life-changing results to our community by helping adults gain more energy, feel better, move better, lose weight, or just live a healthier life. No matter what your fitness level is, we are here to help you every step of the way. Each training session is led by a qualified coach who will give you personal coaching from start to finish to ensure you remain safe and motivated while you work toward your goals.

Love this locally owned gym! Brenden, Jenny and their staff are always around and helpful. The gym is clean and not overcrowded. The group training is effective and fun AND you can schedule sports massage on-site.

An OUTSTANDING environment to train!! My son attends the sessions for high school age kids. Brendon does an **excellent** job of teaching athletes new to strength training appropriate techniques to help them develop while minimizing the chances of injury. The facility is modern, clean and welcoming (I also work out there). I give them my ABSOLUTE highest/most positive endorsement!!

I have been training with Jenny for 8 months now and I have never felt stronger in my life! She is one of a kind and her knowledge is unmatched. I am constantly learning through every session and her training style is so effective because of the learning involved. Nice to know the purpose and proper technique of each exercise as you do it, as a result, you constantly are training smarter! Jenny doesn’t just come up with a workout and has you do it — she makes a program just for you to reach the goals you want. Trust me when I say that this is where you want to train!

If you’re looking for a consistent, rational, and progressive program that prioritizes longevity and functionality, you’ve found it.

I’ve been working with Jenny for six months and have seen improvements in both my strength and my physical body that I have never seen before with any other coach, program, or fitness center/gym.

Jenny is fun, upbeat, kind, concise, and confident and is extremely knowledgeable in her approach. She highlights the idea of “forever fitness” and has always made sure to take into account my chronic pain and how to modify our program to accommodate it and also to combat it long term! (I thought I’d live with this pain forever, mind you). Working out with her is fun and challenging and never feels like “work”! I appreciate the sustainability of this type of fitness and imagine myself actually sticking with it, especially when I’m yielding these results.

Brendon’s massage services are also very effective and aim to target specific areas of discomfort rather than the usual subpar massages that just don’t appear to have any long term benefit.

Strongly recommend anything done by these two!

This place is awesome! 💪🏼 I meet Brendon and Jenny by chance and was blown away by how much I learned during the very first session. They both truly teach you how to train smarter by explaining each movement and the purpose behind it. Over the last 3 months I’ve lost body fat, gained muscle and most of all have had more energy and less anxiety through out my week. Jenny keeps me moving during my whole session, and even though I’m sore the next day, I’m not hurting or unable to do my normal life stuff. Super clean and fun place with tons of different equipment to try. Excited to see where the next few months take me! Thanks guys
