Where do I start? Coach Parrish and Coach Amanda have made me really believe that God sends us angels who pull us through the most difficult times! My teenage daughter underwent a critical brain injury 3 years ago. She was a passionate basketball player prior to the injury. I can say now that after 5 months of training she has come a long way. Her anxiety has gone down, her cardiovascular system has improved and she has just come to another level in the confidence she has in herself. Coach Parrish truly cares and invests all his time into creating a program that has done nothing but wonders for my daughter. I am incredibly grateful for how far we have come and I'm looking forward to getting my daughter back on that basketball court playing games again!

A friend made an offer I couldn’t refuse; come train w/me for four weeks. Afterwards quit or get a membership. I’m on week four, w/a membership.
Coaches Parrish & Amanda really take the time to ensure you’re training the body safely and correctly. I did a workout with a much younger crowd and learned the hard way to always go with the professionals.
They offer 1:1, group & online trainings. I hate working out but this body needs a tune-up. It’s been tough but I appreciate the pain. I took a yoga class for the first time w/Coach Robyn. I was surprised by the impact of the slow, concentrated movements on my body & plan to continue.
I’m not going for a six pack per se but a few lines of definition here and there are my goals.
Whether you’re looking to get in shape, increase flexibility, range of motion or you’re an athlete looking to take your body to the next level, give them a try. Your body will thank you.

The best individualized personalized training meaning there's not one fit all going on you have an assessment and during that assessment your training is catered to your individual needs and goals and strengths and weaknesses and you will work on all of the above the personal attention a designer training regiment exclusively for the individual and I can't forget the clean environment sanitize everyone washes their hands when they come through the door it's part of the regiment. I highly recommend anyone that wants to be the best version of their self mentally, physically emotionally, and spiritually. Train the brain Fit club is where you should be

I have been a member of BFT, San Ramon for a few weeks and am absolutely loving it! The coaches are fantastic, workouts are structured and challenging for all levels. Coaches guide us on what weight/intensity to work as per each individuals fitness level. There is strong community feeling and other members are very encouraging and push me (gently 😃) to meet target reps. Definitely recommend it to those who are motivated to become fit.

Train The Brain Fit Club does an amazing job of helping me set goals and track my success throughout my fitness journey. I’ve been training with this company for over 8 years. My experience with the company has been truly life changing. The facility first hand is always clean and maintained at a professional level. In addition the staff are super knowledgeable and personable. Being apart of this gym has allowed me to to gain a sense of community and support from not only the coaches but also the members. I think what truly sets this place aside from other gyms and training programs that I attended is their great attention to detail whether it’d providing instruction in a class or creating fitness plans or goals that are specific to your needs vs having you do a ton of random exercises. Life tends to happen sometimes and I may miss a few classes and the coaches find the time to reach out to me and encourage me on my fitness goals but also offer advice that is transferrable to other areas in my life. I recommend this gym to anyone looking to start or maintain a healthy lifestyle, it’s worth the investment because the quality of training and support that you receive is top tier and unmatched. I have been training with Parrish on/off for the past 5 years. He’s absolutely the best Trainer/Teacher/Mentor ever! He not only talks the talk but he practices what he preaches. The same to all. His standards and regards to fitness is impeccable. He don’t believe in taking supplements but rather eating healthy options. Something he teaches is how important technique is to maximize results and minimize injuries. You don’t learn this on your own. It’s takes someone like Parrish, the Professional to teach how to properly squat, a proper push-up and proper deal lift and more!

I had a herniated disc that was affecting my lower back. It caused both of my legs to go numb. I began doing corrective exercises with Parrish to correct the way I walk and to improve the strength of my core. He helped me train my brain to understand why I was walking incorrectly and how to fix my gait. With the help of Parrish, my legs no longer go numb! Parrish takes the time to educated you and teach you the proper way to perform an exercise to prevent injury. Parrish and Amanda are absolutely amazing!
