I love having a customized workout experience with a personal trainer. I was hesitant to begin personal training, but I’m so happy I joined! I initially had a consultation with Mike and he was so genuine and made me feel comfortable. I’ve trained now for a couple of years and have worked out with a few different trainers and my experience has always been positive! Who knew working out could also be so enjoyable! The community is great and everyone is always encouraging. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to try personal training!

Originally started with a 3 month membership and TWD has been so life changing I’m now coming up on 6 months and don’t feel like I’ll stop. It’s become a part of my weekly routine and i feel incomplete without my weekly sessions!

I've been training with Jake from TWD and its been amazing to see the difference in my progression compared to anything I've done in the past. I have had multiple trainers, did CrossFit for many years, and had even a few friends try to get me to consistently train and gain muscle/lose weight but Jake has changed the way I look at fitness. A big reason is that he is giving me a lot of knowledge on big topics that I was honestly in the dark on and just grasping at straws. The big things were correct form for my exercises, knowing which exercises should work which muscles, nutrition optimization, and getting me past a few of my body limitations (I have had bad posture pretty much forever).
I would highly recommend Jake from TWD to anyone who wants to get a deeper understanding of how they can progress their strength training and get to the next level.

Jake from Train with Dave has helped me in ways I never thought was possible. I have struggled with poor posture and being uncoordinated my entire life, which has resulted in bad form and lots of aches and pains through the years. Jake is very skilled in recognizing good/bad form and being able to teach it to people who struggle with this. Even after a couple sessions, I started memorizing all the steps for good form on some complex workouts. My posture and well being has improved dramatically. Thank you Jake for making such a difference in my life by being a great coach both for fitness, nutrition and life in general.

My experience has been amazing with Train with Dave. I recently moved to a new apartment that has a gym, but have been unable to will myself to go and exercise. Since my boyfriend started going to Train with Dave months before me and the results were apparent, I knew I needed an environment that would push me to get serious about exercising and eating right. From Day 1, they listened to exactly what my goals were in terms of body and health, and have been working with me to push myself to achieve those goals. They were even kind enough to give me the same trainer as my boyfriend so that we could work out together. Thanks to our trainer Stefan, I've been able to increase the amount of weight on my exercises every week and have been able to maintain proper form when executing each exercise. Coupled with a much better understanding of nutrition in regards to muscle-building and weight-loss, I have already lost 8.2% of body fat and gained almost 8% in muscle mass in a matter of 4.5 months.

I've been training with Stefán for over three years now. Love the atmosphere here. Not only the trainers but their clients too, everyone here is supportive and motivating. On days when I have to drag myself to the gym, I never regret going. His workouts and everyone there brings me back to life!! My goals have changed over the years and they delivered and exceed my expectation EVERY SINGLE TIME!! He keeps me accountable, guide me every step of the way, design a workout that’s contributing to what I do, help me build a healthy, sustainable routine. He taught me how to track my food and that was very beneficial, whenever I’m eating out, I am able to eyeball the portion size and know how much I should be eating. He never fail to challenge me and take me to the next level. I love seeing how my body change. Working out on my own does not feel the same.

Love this gym! I’ve had such a great experience so far. I never feel like I’m being judged by the people or trainers while working out.
I initially started doing train with dave for my wedding, but I am going to continue my workouts even after because how much it has been helping me with my eating habits and strength.
I would recommend this gym to everyone! Don’t waste your time with workout classes or gym memberships. This is the quickest I have seen results! It works!

So I found "Train With Dave" Through Yelp and was impressed by the reviews - Almost felt like it was too good to be true. I reached out for my consultation & let me tell you I could not be happier with the results l've gotten so far. I've lost 10pds in 5weeks! I still have a ways to go but I'm thankful for Adrian.
Adrian is very good at what he does-detailed & informative.
He's always fallowing up making sure I'm good and if I have any questions on what needs to be done or nutrition. Overall satisfied with the experience and excited to reach my goal.

Best personal gym training I have been to. had anxiety and ptsd when it comes to the gym. Went to a normal gym and honestly, it scared me to death. I started looking for a more private gym and I came upon Train with Dave and had a consultation with Dave. I still had the fear of the gym(even private) but once Dave set me with Adrian(who would be the best trainer ever), I started slowly enjoying the gym and not be as afraid of the gym and people judging me. Adrian taught me a lot about eating habits, work outs, etc. He guides me to achieve my goal and I am truly happy that I have him as my trainer. I have been here for 6 months so far. I was at 32% body fat when I first started. Now, I am at 17% body fat and I feel a lot slimmer and happy to lose the fat. Can't wait to bulk soon when I finally get a flat tummy!

I’m so glad I found this gym. TWDs approach to diet/fitness, coupled with trainers who all have at least 4-year degrees in fitness and health, makes this feel much different than the experiences I’ve had in the past with “certified” trainers or at the big box gyms.
I’ve been with them for about 7 months now and have lost ~17 lbs while also gaining muscle. My trainer Justin is fantastic and knows how to push me, keep me accountable, and keep our workouts varied. This is easily the best gym/trainer experience I’ve had and cannot recommend them enough!

TWD is amazing. Been going for almost a year now and have had amazing results. It’s a fun gym and great format to fit in my busy life. I love that it is not the mainstream gym feel.
