I am an ACE certified personal trainer located in the South Bay Area in a semi private training facility. I have over fifteen years or combined personal experience, fitness education and coaching experience. Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn, seeking accountability and innovative training, or just looking to perfect your current exercise regimen, I’m here to take you to the next level. I offer one on one training sessions with monthly packages available. Couples/friends packages available with flexible scheduling. If you’re looking to be WHOOPED into shape and for your glutes to get SWOLE, Kat is the trainer for you! 🫡 I tag along with my girlfriend to her PT sessions, so I have personally witnessed the insane muscle growth & stamina she’s gained from their training! After 8 months of biweekly PT, she has the snatched body (and B00TY) of my dreams!! 😍 thanks Kat!!

As a beginner, I appreciate that Kat will help me adjust the workouts so that I can still train along with my partner & see some growth. She’s also been great at crafting couples workouts, which makes the sessions more fun for someone (me) who literally hates the gym otherwise 😅

Kat was my very first foray into personal training, and I had an amazing experience ! I spent ~ 8 months weight training with Kat at Shift SB, and it was a perfect experience as a beginner who was very intimidated by going to a gym.

Kat was super patient and was very flexible with my chaotic work schedule. Even when we couldn't see each other due to scheduling conflicts (holidays, travel, etc.), she would set up online workout plans for me follow. In-person, she was great at explaining each exercise, why we were doing it, and where I should be feeling it. I learned a lot about how the body works and what areas to target and why as well as how to use all sorts of equipment. I like that we worked with both gym-specific equipment and equipment I could use at home. I always looked forward to our sessions.

I feel so much stronger and ready to continue my fitness journey on my own. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals.

I've been training with Kat for almost 2 years.
She took me to another level with my workouts. She’s so knowledgeable in how I can change my body to make it healthier. She's also affordable! Bonus, she also has her own an app! The app has so much information between the workouts and logging in your food & water. It's been my favorite fitness app to date. She explains every workout and accommodates if you don't have the right equipment. Highly recommend Kat and her app!

Working with Kat really pushed me to push myself. I really enjoy working with her, she is extremely professional, never misses a class, is constantly creative with her workouts, and has a very systematic approach to testing and building strength and endurance. She will make you work every minute, and if you are looking for someone to do just that, Kat is your go to person. She will always incorporate exactly what you needed, and will design workouts for good technique built around what you are looking for regardless of your experience - she doesn’t cycle the same workout for the people she’s training at all and will keep track of your workouts every single session. 5 stars all around!

The BEST! She really knows how to improve your body and sculpt in a way that is strong. I never felt stronger or more built than I did when Kat was training me.

Kat is an awesome trainer. She is knowledgeable and always explains and demonstrates the right way of doing an exercise which is great for me because I know nothing about fitness. She comes up with different exercises and makes workouts interesting. She is great at motivating and challenging me to do what I think I can't to find out that I can. I walk out of each session feeling accomplished. Since starting my training with Kat, I feel stronger and look better. Highly recommend!

I started working out with Kat last year (2023) right before I got pregnant. I worked out with her my entire pregnancy and it was the best thing I could have done for myself. She researched what moves and exercises I should and shouldn’t do. I’ve continued to see her postpartum and again she made sure we focused on things things that were appropriate for whatever stage of healing I was in.
I always look forward to our sessions. She is always mixing things up and showing me new exercises so things never get boring. She’s the perfect balance of pushing me hard enough but not so hard that I die. I cannot recommend her enough! Wherever you are in your workout journey she will meet you where you are, take your hand and guide you to where you want to go.

Kat is your girl if you’re looking to gain lower body muscle while keeping your core snatched, which a lot of male trainers could not give me. She is very professional and will always explain in detail the exercises you might not be so familiar with. She will “push you to failure” to get the most out of your workouts. There are many times where I feel like I have nothing left to give but she knows I can get more reps in for my ultimate body goals. I have never felt as much core soreness in my life until I started working with Kat. I would recommend Kat to any person looking for someone to encourage them and train them in detail on a full body transformation. If you put in the work and show up for yourself, Kat will be there to guide you every step of the way!
