We offer adults private, semi-private, small group personal training, while specializing in sports performance training for youth, high school and collegiate athletes.
We have programs for everyone, from the weekend warrior to the competitive athlete. We're here to help you tap into your full potential and change the way you look, move and feel.

Rob is an amazing coach who has a great way with kids/teenagers. He has a ton of energy and is super positive and likable, but he also expects a lot from the kids he works with. He is very receptive to ideas and tailoring workouts to each individual person’s needs. Both my girls have gotten so much stronger and their vertical is improving. We do individual and group trainings with him. I would definitely recommend working with Rob!

I stumbled upon this program while searching for summer camps and decided to give it a try on a whim. I’m so glad I did. My 13 year old son is not naturally athletic, never played a sport and had gained significant weight in 2020, which he had yet to lose. He’s also quite shy and typically doesn’t enjoy working out or social interaction.

But from day one, Rob made a difference. He struck a perfect balance between patience and firmness, pushing my son to reach his full potential without ever making him feel overwhelmed. Rob’s approach helped my son open up, feel motivated, and genuinely believe in himself.

Since starting the program, my son has lost weight, built muscle, and—most importantly—gained confidence. He now approaches new challenges with excitement instead of fear, and he actually looked forward to each training session. That’s something I never thought I’d see!
