Jake is an incredible trainer who truly knows his stuff. He doesn’t just put you through workouts—he educates you, challenges you, and trains you with purpose. I’ve been working with him for about 3-4 months, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness.

Jake is the man definitely turn my life around taught me how to eat manage my diet and all the great work outs let him know what your goals are and he would do everything in his power help you accomplish your goals he is huge on accountability best part he is real passionate will educate you on your work outs and what it does and how to position your self in certain task .i do more activity’s with my kids and I teach my kids daily workout at home. Jake is my very first personal trainer. I am a mommy of two and was very insecure of having a personal trainer because I didn't think he/she would actually help me. However Jake is extremely professional he has motivated me so much to not only begin my fitness journey but to help me get back on track to being healthy again with his extreme knowledge of physical health. He really helps with my accountability & pushes me to limits I didn't even know I had. He's patient and so understanding, l've been with him for 3 months and we've already accomplished so much.

Jake is by far the best in the business. His wealth of knowledge is shown in how he trains his clients. His training goes beyond the basics cause he knows real progress comes with proper form and detailed nutritional guidance. My program is well rounded and in encompasses the physical and nutrition aspect as well as the mental and personal aspect. We never start a session without a check in on my emotional and mental health cause he knows how that will impact your workout. I’ve seen the best results working with him and my confidence in the gym and in myself are at an all time high. Training with Jake is a win win all the way around!

I had the opportunity to work with Jake during a temporary work relocation while I was away from my normal workout routine. I cannot speak highly enough of the support I received from Jake both in terms of providing a workout routine and helping me establish an overall life routine while in a new living situation. Areas we worked on together included gym routines, weekly meal planning, weekly step goals, weekly sleep goals, and more! To me this extended beyond what you would receive from a typical personal trainer at your local gym, and in many ways Jake acted as more of a life coach. What I truly appreciated from my time working with Jake were our weekly phone calls and periodic texts throughout the week, where he offered words of encouragement. While working with Jake we utilized the Trainerize app - and I really appreciated that it kept my workouts, meal plans, step counts, etc all concentrated in a single platform that Jake and I could both access!

Jake is the absolute best. Someone who will ask you about your goals and then hold you to them! The fact that I’m still going to the gym is all due to Jake. Never just another client for him, he takes it personal. Even during the 3-4 months I stepped away from training, he was making sure I was still going to the gym. Would check in on me every week just so I don’t fall off the wagon even though he wasn’t technically my trainer at that time.
Even though I moved away and cannot make it to our original gym, I had to just tell him once that I don’t want to get a different trainer and only want him and he makes the drive to a gym closer to me. If that doesn’t show how much he cares about what he does, I don’t know what would !
I may get lazy about my goals, but he’s always there to get me back on track. He knows his stuff and you’ll never be doing the same boring exercises; it’s different every week so it’s as enjoyable as it is painful ! I’ve gone to the gym before but never saw results like I do with Jake. He knows I struggle with my diet and can’t actually eat clean so he found ways that work for me. My life in general has become more balanced because of it all!

I was in a period of my life where I was faced with yet another life struggle, and needed a way to healthily cope with it. So I set out to find my very first personal trainer. There were hiccups with choosing the right PT for me at first, then I finally selected Jake. I’ve been working with him for the past 5 months now, and I am so glad that I did!
Having an educated personal trainer such as Jake is invaluable!I tease him “ Mr. perfectionist” (a great thing), because he makes sure that I do each exercise correctly and efficiently in order to maximize my results. He shows me minor tweaks that create major impact in our exercise movements (amazing!). He tells me I CAN do it, when I don’t think I can. With his motivating yet gentle prep talk, I at times find that I have hidden strengths to tap, which motivates me even more!
But not only has Jake helped me with my fitness goals, he’s also helped improve my overall wellbeing. He allows me to voice my concerns and struggles in life, which makes me feel supported and cared for. I feel like not only did I get a great PT, I also found a friend. Jake! Absolutely one of the best trainers I’ve had. I have been training with him for roughly 6 months and have seen a difference in not only my appearance, but in my attitude to maintain a healthy eating lifestyle and a commitment to the gym. He has made me excited to come workout everyday. He is very knowledgeable in each workout and will push you to your limits. He has taught me how to properly lift, focus on certain muscle groups while lifting, and he taught me how to enjoy cardio (I know, how is that possible). He has also held me accountable for my meal plan, by encouraging me to eat certain foods and teach me about what my body need to eat to make sure I’m hitting all my food goals. Jake has custom made the training sessions to my goals, so that I am able to achieve them. He is very professional and is always early or on time. He is also very accommodating to my schedule and will change times/days in order to hold me accountable. This has driven me to continue to come, work on myself and my goals. Jake truly cares about his clients, and is absolutely passionate about teaching and training. It reflects in his work, values, and his clients. I’m very grateful to have found him and be able to train under him. He really is the best.
