I just celebrated my 1 yr anniversary at Training by Tye. I’m so very happy I joined a year ago before my birthday. Best present to myself !
During covid I started lifting weights and found out that I really liked it. Of course I needed help with form and progression because I didn’t really know what I was doing. Soon after I saw a post from my friend recommending her gym. I was hesitant and nervous about joining another gym and not sticking with it.
Well I can honestly say that Training By Tye is not like any other gym. Coach Tye is awesome and she really knows her stuff! She is a knowledgeable and experienced trainer that really puts in the work for you. All you have to do is show up and want to put in the effort to see results. The workouts are well planned to hit several major muscle groups per session / per week. They are challenging and fun. If you need modifications she always has you covered. The classes are small so you get personal attention. The other members are nice, welcoming and encouraging. There is no judgment, everyone is at a different place in their health and fitness journey and we cheer each other on to do our best.
Tye covers all aspects of health and fitness, in class, through email and on various social media platforms. The workouts are different every month and you never get bored.
I'm eating better and moving more than I was prior to joining. I have more energy and I sleep better. I’m less stressed and I know I am definitely stronger and leaner than I was a year ago. I look forward to my workouts and really enjoy going to the gym because Tye makes it fun and rewarding.
If you are looking to get fit, lose weight, gain muscle, become more active, or just improve your overall health then I highly recommend TBT!!

As a guy who had worked out for roughly 30 years, I had always done my own thing in the gym. Chest day, back day, arms day, then legs. I saw results at first, but eventually plateaued and never really figured how to move past it.
When COVID hit, and all the human closed, Tye quickly pivoted and offered lesions via Zoom that she led. It was pretty cool.
Since joining, I've found that her creativity and holistic approach to training had not only given me more strength (no more plateauing), but also provided carefully planned programs that strengthened my core. So all that back pain that plagued me most of my adult life is now gone. Gone!
Right now, we're in a strongman program Tye created where we completed 3X12 sets, the following month we moved to heavier weights and 4X10 sets, now we're in the heavy lifting phase at 5X4 sets with really heavy weights.
This is all to get us to power lifting later in the year. Awesome!
We have a good mix of men and women, and Tye's programs got the entire body, but at whatever weight will be challenging for you.

Weight/strength training has always been intimidating for me. Watching people at the gym lifting heavy weights looked painful, and I wasn’t interested in becoming a bodybuilder. However, during the pandemic, I began to feel my age (in my 50s) and noticed a sharp decrease in my physical activity and energy levels. I also gained weight. So I decided to listen to all the research on the importance of strength training for older people and find a place. Luckily, a friend of mine told me about Training By Tye. At first, this type of training was foreign to me and did not click right away for me. But, thanks to Coach Tye’s supportive nature and the other Tyetans’ assurance that I would grow stronger kept me coming back. After a few months at Tye’s, I feel comfortable with strength training and found the motivation to keep pushing myself. A bonus of joining is the nutrition guides and well-being videos. Great tips and keeps me engaged and encouraged.
Coach Tye also shares excellent healthy recipes to keep your eating in check. Because of this nutrition support, I started a food journal and love making protein shakes. If you are up for a challenge and want to get serious about improving your self-esteem and emotional well-being, and overall quality of life, you need to try it out. I sincerely appreciate Coach Tye’s commitment to her Tyetans and hope to keep working hard to make her proud. Highly recommend!

If you have ever considered getting a trainer. Just do it! When you do it, go see Tye at training with Tye. Working out with Tye is highest level of selfcare you can treat yourself to. Her style focuses on whole health...mind and body. I Could not be happier with the attention and knowledge Tye brings to our workouts. I started Training By Tye in April. I am really happy with my results so far. I started off at 2 days a week and have enjoyed it that I am up to 3 days. Tye takes the time to help you and makes sure you are doing the exercises correctly so you are working the muscles you are suppose with it getting hurt. She cheers you on and pushes you just enough when she knows you can do it. Her training sessions have really improved my self esteem. Tye also has helped me with my eating habits. I live in Corona but work out in Rancho. Just to tell you how much I enjoy Trainings By Tye I get up at 4:45 Am to go to the 6:00 am class to work out before work.
I would and have recommended Training By Tye to friends.

I have been training with Tye for over 2 years and I still love it. If you listen to what Tye tells you to do it will work. She generally cares and wants to help you be the best you , you want to be. The small groups make working out perfect. You don’t feel crowded and you make friends with the people you work out with . Everyone there is so supportive and helpful to each other. I will always recommended Training By Tye to anyone that wants to get healthy.

If you are looking for a personal trainer Training by Tye is definitely the way to go!! I highly recommend training with Tye. She is extremely talented in what she does. I hadn’t worked out in many, many years before meeting Tye and she now has me doing things I never thought possible, and actually liking it. Workouts at Training by Tye are challenging and are never boring. Everyone is very encouraging. Tye is AWESOME at teaching and helping your understand correct form, making workouts more efficient. Training by Tye is by far the best gym around. Coach Tye is knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness and nutrition. She develops awesome and challenging workouts on a monthly basis, no time for boredom here. The sessions are small with usually no more than 6 people, so you get that personal attention that is going to give you your best results. Best part is family atmosphere among all the members, it's the most encouraging gym I have ever set foot in.

I can't say enough about Training By Tye. I've belonged to gyms and had some good trainers, but this is different. Tye is fun, but motivating. She's very knowledgeable and available for any questions or concerns. I'm building muscle and endurance, meeting other Tyetans and having a blast. I love TBT!

Training with Tye has been the best thing I did for myself. My goal was to get healthier with regular workouts. I can tell you I reached my goal, my diabetes and cholesterol numbers are down. The added bonus was I lost weight and dropped 2 sizes.

I've been training with Tye for about two months now and I couldn't be happier. The workouts are challenging and she takes the time to walk you thru each excerxise if you're not familiar with it. The classes are never crowded so she's able to give one on one help if needed. I feel that I'm getting stronger and building up endurance. The people I've met in class are awesome as well. I'm glad I made the decision to signup and actually look forward to my workouts which was not the case before. The cost to join is definitely worth it for the quality training you get in my opinion.

This trainer will get you RIGHT! Intense workouts in a small amount of time, individualized attention and nutrition information. I have been training with Tye for almost two years. Tye is an amazing trainer. Through her workouts and challenges I have lost 10 pounds and have been able to enjoy great food in the process. Where to begin writing about Training by Tye...
I am an overweight 40 year man who has struggled with the "GetFit"/Diet/Exercise idealism for many years. In my mind I never felt I had it in me to exercise. My wife decided to sign up with Tye and I being the good husband joined her. Skeptical at first I jumped in giving it my all when something amazing happened, I liked it. Tye was able to dial in a plan for me that complemented my strengths, built on my weaknesses, and avoided my ailments. My wife also has seen great results and because of us, my sister, my sister in-laws, brother in-laws, as well as co-worker have joined in the fun.
I really feel that as a trainer, Tye is connected with each and everyone of her students/clients allowing her to help them help themselves.

I have been training with Tye for almost one year now. I have had several trainers in the past and have never stuck with them because the never listened to my concerns or just over generalized everything. As somebody living with a chronic medical condition she knows what I can do and what I won't be able to do. She always has an alternative for me to avoid injury. Best of all I have lost 25 pounds :) She really does care and will get you to your goal if you DO what she tells you to do!!

BEST TRAINER EVER!!!! If you are looking for someone to whip you into shape...she is your GAL! I have been working out with Tye for a little over 5 months. I have lost about 30 pounds! I have gained muscle, strength and confidence. I never took much time in caring about myself and finally I did and when I stepped into the gym with Tye she made that happen! I also the love the variety of people at our gym! You are not too old, too overweight, too skinny, too out of shape to join Training by Tye! You won't regret it!!!
