Great classes, friendly people, and you get the added perk of a fitness center when you take the classes!

A little on the pricey side, but now I just can’t go anywhere else. Personal training available at all times that’s included in the membership, amazing hot yoga classes that are rarely overfilled, and fun heated barre classes that will burn that booty😋 Staff is cool and friendly. Just overall a comfortable gym environment to get away from it all!

I'm getting back into Yoga and I'm so happy that I'm taking Yoga classes here. Highly recommend this place. Instructors are very helpful and always making sure you are doing each move correctly. When you walk in the door you feel like you are a surrounded by family because it's a warm feeling.

Hot Yoga- great instructors, full equipment gym, beautiful grounds with nature jogging track with a wonderful motivating staff. This is our second family, and the best facility in S. Orange County. My lady loves the barre classes. If you want something different for keeping and bettering your health, you found it here. Namaste.

I have always associated Training Camp with Hot Yoga, but it is so much more! They offer barre, yoga and circuit training. It's like having your own personal trainer without the expense. I love the small, close knit atmosphere. I've worked out my whole life and have been to a lot of gyms. This is by far my favorite! Unlike bigger chain gyms, Training Camp is inviting and makes you feel like you belong. The trainers are really nice and friendly, but will definitely kick your butt in the gym. Great workouts, great atmosphere, great people...thanks Training Camp!! :)

This place is great, and I feel absolutely spoiled after working out at 24 hr fitness for a few years. The classes are small, so you get almost 1-on-1 instruction from the trainers. I have taken the hot yoga classes and the boot camp (not barre, yet) and every one of them has pushed me. The trainers are great, the atmosphere is laid back, the schedule is EXTENSIVE (so there's always something going on there), and the bathrooms are clean and well stocked. They have q-tips in the bathroom, for chrissakes. Q-TIPS!! What other gym does that?? Do yourself a favor and sign up for the 2 week trial. You'll become a member.
