We had the absolute pleasure of having Tiffany as a Bounce instructor at our elementary school, and we couldn't be more thrilled with her work! From 2nd through 6th grade, all of our students loved her—she connected with each child in such a positive and engaging way. Her Bounce skills are unmatched, and she brought a fun and energizing presence to every class. Tiffany has an incredible ability to make Bouncing fun and accessible for young kids, and her warm personality made the experience even more enjoyable. This was my first trampoline class, and I was completely blown away by the energy and support. I thought it would be easy, but I felt the burn after just the first minute. The instructor was incredibly supportive and encouraging, providing lots of different options for everyone. I usually experience pain in my joints—my hips, knees, and ankles—because I dance and run. However, during the class, I didn't feel any pain; instead, I only experienced a strong burn in my muscles from the workout. It was really fun and helped me connect with my inner child.

I came for thebooty workout and it was intense but Tiffany was great at giving direction! First half of class was all trampoline and second half was strength circuit with some trampoline included in some of the stations!

This is my favorite workout class! It’s perfect for all levels. They do a variety of workouts on and off the trampoline throughout class. The instructors are all so kind and encouraging and I love how the class not only focuses on the body and getting stronger but also the mental mindset.

Great workout on the Trampoline and circuit training this Saturday morning. The instructor was excellent, easy to follow, fun, and motivational. The gym was a great vibe, what a motivation to workout and try a new workout on this Saturday. I just drove 30 minutes from Cerritos and this workout was well worth it and I will be back again. I just bought more classes and I will be back next week.

I can't say enough positive things about Trampoline TRIM. For the first time in quite some time, I am actually excited to attend my workout! The founder, Tiffany Marie, and one of the other regular instructors, Tiffany Ruiz, truly create a welcoming environment for all. They are patient, kind, and truly know what they are doing when it comes to form which has improved my strength ten fold since I've started. Not to mention (with the help of changing my diet) I've lost over 20 pounds since I've started here. An absolutely amazing, loving, and welcoming community. Highly recommend!

I have taken this class now twice and this most recent time I brought 3 friends with me. When I say RUN, do not walk, to this class...it is one of the best workouts I've ever had. If you want to try a FUN workout that gets you sweating, you gotta try trampoline trim!! This is the first form of cardio I actually look forward to!! The music is great, everyone is so welcoming, and the energy from the coaches is the best! The class is a mix of jumping, abs, and depending on the day; arms/leg-focused! If you're a beginner there's also modifications for every move too! Def give it a try, you'll LOVE it!

I was first introduced to Trampoline Trim back in 2021. One of the most rewarding work out classes I have ever taken!!! It is so much fun, my body gets a full body work out and it is gentle on my body due to rebounding. I have seen such improvement in my balance, core stability, cardio endurance and overall body appearance. Trampoline Trim has become a part of my routine and I look forward to it every week. I am so glad that I discovered Trampoline TRIM! This workout is for EVERYONE and more people need to know about it. No matter if you are able to experience "The TRIM" live in LA or in online around the world...you will get an amazing full body workout. The instructors are full of energy, creative, caring and just amazing overall. The music is always great and no two classes ever feel the same. It's also exciting to know that I can burn as many calories as I do per class but that it's being done on a low impact surface. I could go on and on about the benefits of Trampoline TRIM and rebounding but overall if you haven't had a chance to try it out...sign up for a class ASAP! You will definitely thank me later!
