I’ve tried many Pilates/Lagree studios, but Transform MV truly stands out because of its instructors. They’re incredibly knowledgeable and consistently give hands-on form corrections, whether you’re a beginner or advanced. Their classes are thoughtfully designed to deliver a great burn and prevent injury—I especially appreciate how they help protect my shoulders.
At other Lagree studios, I’ve often had instructors who focus on going heavy without watching form. Transform MV is the complete opposite, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

I started going to lagree classes consistently since two months ago, and I'm addicted! Having worked out at Orangetheory for the past 4 years, I found lagree classes helping me train the muscle groups that OTF isn't usually targeting. Going to Transform fitness studio twice a week has been a great addition to my work out routine. I've taken classes from coaches Abby, Patricia, Kat, and Andrea,. I used to go to couple other Lagree and Pilates studios but Transform has become my go-to, one of the best workouts and always consistent no matter what class or instructor you'll get an incredible workout!

Love being able to hit so many muscles and areas of the body in under an hour! All the instructors I've had have been very well educated and take the time to correct my form off-mic, and are very encouraging and friendly. Love the small size of the class, almost feels like 1 on 1 personalized training!

It's a great feeling to challenge yourself each class and see yourself getting stronger each time!

Also a bonus as someone who bikes and uses transit it's one of the most accessible studios, right on the Caltrain line!

Transform fitness studio is a great Lagree studio! The machines all feel new and clean. I love how they are in a single row, so no matter where you are you are in front of a mirror. I've tried three different Lagree Pilates studios, and Transform Fitness Studio is by far my favorite! I've been coming here since last year and have brought my friends joining here too!
Lindsay G. and Zeze are my favorite instructors—they provide clear, detailed instructions and demonstrate each move to ensure proper form. They consistently emphasize the details of each posture and are very attentive during class, always checking and correcting form to help you engage the right muscles safely and effectively.
The 45-minute class is intense and efficient. Instructors typically start explaining the next move during the last few seconds of the current one, so there’s no downtime—you’re making the most of every minute. It’s a class where you can really focus on yourself and see real progress.
The Pilates studio is clean, well-maintained, and has a professional. I absolutely enjoy working out here and always leave feeling stronger and more energized. Highly recommend!

I started taking classes here several months ago and I love this workout! I can get a really intense full body resistance workout in 45 minutes and then get on with my day. The instructors are so encouraging and helpful with giving form corrections and other tips, so I feel like my lagree skills have really improved with their help. I've tried several different instructors and they've all been great, but my favorite is Kim. She's so much fun and always makes me laugh even through the hardest workouts! Also, I love the app and how easy it is to find and schedule classes. :)

The first time I tried the Saratoga location, I was amazed at how much more effective this type of workout felt compared to regular resistance training. Since then, I’ve been going regularly to both the Saratoga and Mountain View locations and have recommended them to my friends.
Both gyms are exceptionally well run — the trainers are always positive and encouraging, the facilities are clean and welcoming, and the programs are thoughtfully designed to be challenging and maximize training results.

Love coming here for the 6 am classes. The instructors are all lovely, and you get a full body workout. Push yourself as much as you want to, and I find my body getting stronger with every workout!
Pick the instructors that work best for you - they all have a slightly different style. I do appreciate the ones that offer hands-on correction as that drives me into continuous improvement!

Such a big fan of this studio! I’ve been going for a few months now and am just so impressed by the instructors and their professionalism and care. I haven’t had a chance to meet all the instructors but I’ve absolutely loved Andrea, Bianca, Lindsay and Ceana! I’ve noticed big changes in my core (obliques coming in…. WHAT?!?) and just feel so strong after every class. I love that the sessions are 45 minutes, move super quickly, and some even have focus areas like “arms and abs”. The studio is super body positive and you see all shapes and sizes in each class. If you’re a beginner like me, don’t be scared, definitely try their seven day trial to see what you think! I’m a huge believer now :-)

Pretty bad experience. I’m 6 min late and the front desk does not allow me to enter the class (also pretty bad attitude). The gym is located in mtv downtown and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot. I departed early but I spent time to find a parking place. Nevertheless, despite I didn’t get the money back and didn’t say anything, the front desk person should at least pretend to be sorry, not just coldly “you are late. I cannot let you in“

I love this studio! I just took my 15th class and I feel like it’s an incredible workout that never gets easier. These classes will have you shaking! It’s safe to say I’m addicted! I took classes with several of the instructors and I think they are all phenomenal. The instructors will coach you during the workout to do the moves effectively and you will get the most bang for your buck. I like that they stick to using a timer so that you workout your left and right sides equally. Also, I like that there’s a maximum of 12 people per class and we’re not too squished in the studio. Would definitely recommend this studio!

I highly recommend Coach Zeze at Transform Fitness Saratoga. I joined four months after giving birth, with no strength and lots of weight gain. I thought it’d be like Pilates, but it was more weight-focused. Tough at first, but I quickly started seeing results. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle, and feel so much stronger now. Zeze is kind, explains everything clearly, and even remembered my name from day one. Group workouts here are fun and motivating. Definitely worth trying!

Transform Studio Rocks! I have taken just 15 classes here and the results are amazing.
This is Lagree method, different from Pilates. It is harder, but you see results faster than in Pilates. The studio is nice, clean, the machines are well kept and all the instructors are lovely. They all provide modifications to the movements of you need them and they do correct your form appropriately. Lagree moves even slower than Pilates on the actual exercise, but there is less time between transitions, so you actually have time for more repetitions.
It does take about a week to understand the poses and how things work, so buy the week intro pass and go every day. It is a bit confusing to hear the next workout position called during the last 20 seconds of the current one, but that’s what makes the transitions more efficient and less time wasted on demonstrations. If after a week you don’t get it and it is not for you, fair enough, but I bet you will be hooked.
Don’t be afraid of trying this, especially if you have any other fitness regimen. It is a very effective and efficient whole body workout.

Came here 1st time and it was disappointed , the girl who run the class was in her phone most amount of time, she was not watching us and not helping at all, we looked at each other and were confused cause we all doing different things since it’s very hard to hear what instructor said due to bad microphone. Wanted to give it a second try but then got an emergency, was trying to cancel but it’s impossible though website or email, when I reached them over the phone that told it was too late and charged me a cancellation fee. I don’t even want to use my lesson even though it was pre paid cause my impression is ruined already.

As a personal goal, I wanted to be more active this year and searched for Pilates classes around South Bay. I came across Transform Fitness Studio in Saratoga and tried the beginner package. Coming from the UK on a 2 months work trip I was looking for a workout studio with flexible class times throughout the day and Transform totally delivers on this front, there are usually plenty of spots to go around and I have never not made it off a waitlist either! I had never tried Lagree before so was a little nervous, but the instructors could not have been more welcoming and encouraging. I love that they all monitor form whilst delivering a killer workout with music to match. I have seen a serious change in my body and strength after just one month, no other workout in the past has done this for me (even 4-5 x a week reformer pilates!) I will be sad to leave this place when I have to go home in March, please come open a studio in London!

I first tried this studio in July 2024, and Jaz was so helpful and welcoming in introducing me to the megaformer. If you’re new, make sure you get to class ~10 minutes early to learn about the machine and the lagree method.

Since then, I have attended class by a few different instructors at both locations (here and Saratoga) and they all have their own style, but the one thing they all have in common is their ability to challenge you & to get an amazing workout in! I really appreciate their cues and motivation.

Lagree has become a staple in my workout routine and this is a super clean, beautiful studio. I love that they have two locations too, so there’s plenty of class times available :)

Restroom, cubbies, water refilling station & there’s a #LittleFreeLockerLibrary. I never have trouble finding street or lot parking for either location either.

I have tried the lagree megaformer classes at Transform Fitness’ both locations - Saratoga and Mountain View. The instructors, especially Zeze, Miriam, and Eva are wonderful.

The classes are full body workout and strength training. The instructors take the time to explain the exercises for beginners as understanding the machine can take some time.

The best thing about the megaformer class is slow controlled movements but involve resistance. The studios are nice and clean! Front desk staff is always welcoming.

I've been loving lagree and coming regularly this year. The friendly instructors often ask for (and remember) your name, offer cues, and correct your form. There are parking lots and street parking around the studio and classes are pretty easy to get into, even the evening classes. Classes are always challenging and fun!

Absolutely LOVE this studio. The classes are 45min jam-packed with targeted workouts with great playlists led by experienced instructors.

They offer Beginner classes which go at a easier pace to ramp up, but their normal classes also provide adequate instruction. A common class has a core, arms, and left/right legs section, but they also offer an abs/arms course.

It has been really easy to consistently attend their classes because I'm getting a full body workout that is varied enough to be interesting but similar enough that I've been able to ramp up at a good pace!

They offer pricing that is around ~$30 a class, but can be cheaper if you purchase bundles. Memberships (N classes per month) exist, but I've found the bundles are perfect for my needs as I travel a lot (though I believe a certain number of classes can carry over each month for memberships). Classes are easy to schedule through their app, generally available within the next two days (though the popular times less so). I've tried them through Classpass but the class slots are prioritized for members so it's difficult to continue that way, but I found their classes sufficient that I dropped Classpass totally.

Absolutely hands down the best full body cardio no impact workout in the Bay Area. This is nothing line reformer, it is next level and makes me sweat like a rented mule! Instructors are all top notch. Owner is awesome!!!! Bith studios are immaculate and cute!

Lagree is a great high intensity, low impact workout that makes you feel so tired and good afterwards. and I'm so glad I discovered it! The studio at Transform Saratoga is nicely laid out and maintains a clean space, but the best part is the instructors! They really try to spice things up each class with a variety of different moves that flow well and are carefully curated and thought out. My favorite instructor is Kelly for my personal preference, but I've tried alot of their classes now and they're all really great!

I go to both locations of Transform Fitness (Mountain View and Saratoga) and I always have the BEST experience and workout. Instructors are always very helpful and have great energy. All classes are great for all levels of fitness.
