Transform Fitness is a unique studio featuring the patented Megaformer M3S. Higher intensity than Pilates, our Lagree method of slow, controlled movements will protect your joints during this ultimate core-focused workout.
Classes are 45 minutes and will challenge your entire body using progressive spring resistance.

I love this studio!! I have done over 15 lagree classes here and have had positive experiences with all of the instructors. This studio is very clean, well air conditioned, and feels like a safe space to learn and grow with lagree. This location has a lot of parking and a good amount of reformers. The instructors are all very knowledgeable about explaining movements and mind muscle connection. I love bringing my friends here to try lagree!

I took Ceci's class, and enjoyed it! She was a great new instructor and this class made me SHAKE. She would have us get to our hardest position and then pulse up and down, frequently. The only problem I had was that she did not quite mention where exactly to place my feet (i.e. more experienced instructors have said “in a moment we will place our toes on the 2 for ”, rather it was “we will come to this pose”, but I’d still recommend the class !!

I've been taking the Megaformer class at Transform Fitness Studio, and I can't recommend it enough! Zeze is an awesome instructor — attentive and always helps correct posture to make sure you're getting the most out of every move. Around my 15th class, I really started to notice my muscles getting stronger and being able to tolerate more intensity. The class is definitely addictive — expect to sweat, shake, and feel challenged in the best way.

Another plus: there's plenty of parking, which makes getting in and out super easy. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a challenging and effective workout!

This is my first studio ever trying out Lagree and it was the best choice ever! The instructors are so welcoming and after the classes it burn like crazy (in a good way). I have been going Transform Pilates for quite a while now, and I continue to love every visit! One of the things I really appreciate is the variety of instructors available each brings their own unique style and expertise, which keeps the classes fresh and engaging. I've been taking Lagree classes at Transform Studio – Saratoga branch, and it's been a fantastic experience. The studio itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of parking available, which makes getting in and out stress-free.

My favorite instructors—Zeze, Miriam, and Lindsay—each bring something special to the classes. Zeze is incredibly attentive, always explaining the moves clearly and pointing out which muscle groups should be engaged so you're targeting the right areas. Miriam is wonderfully patient and takes the time to check and correct your form, helping you stay safe while getting the most out of every movement. Lindsay's classes are super engaging—her sequencing and transitions are seamless, and she’s extremely articulate in describing each move, so you're never caught off guard during transitions.

Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to get stronger with Lagree in a supportive, well-run environment.

I started coming to this studio after my husband signed me up- at first, I thought it was just another Pilates class. But Lagree is something totally different. It’s slower and more controlled, which really helps me focus on engaging the right muscles. It’s intense in a good way, and I can honestly say it works!

After attending over 10 classes, I’ve learned which instructors suit my style best. They’re all incredibly friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. It was definitely challenging at first, but now I feel so much more energized throughout the day. I've been going to Transform Fitness for at least seven months now and it has been great! Ever since trying out this lagree studio, I haven't gone anywhere else for this type of workout. The staff and the instructors at the saratoga location are all so accommodating. As a guy sometimes going to pilates can be intimidating. Rest assured everyone is friendly. 10/10 and here’s why! I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect Pilates studio since moving from Denver and Transform fitness has everything I was looking for. (This is for the Saratoga location only as I have not yet visited their Mountain View location)
• great clean open space where you don’t feel like you’re crammed next to each other
• lagree style reformer Pilates
• a lot of free parking spaces
• very knowledgeable instructors who are great about offering modifications and adjustments (my personal favorite is Zeze)
• most of their classes are their signature full body but they also offer arms and abs as well as megaformer
• they still have week of openings which I appreciate as a busy mom with an ever changing schedule - so many other studios book up way too fast!
• they are a bit on the pricer side but it is very competitive to other studios
• the only thing that’s been an issue for me is that they are a bit hard to get a hold of over the phone so I would definitely reach out via email

This is one of the best full body workouts I've ever done! Prepare to be pleasantly sore for a few days afterwards no matter how fit you are.
Both locations are clean and easily accessible but I am closer to Saratoga so tend to go to that studio more often. All the teachers I have experienced have been amazing but I particularly love Kat's classes - her adjustments and cues are easy to understand and really help deepen the exercises (plus her music is great!).
I highly recommend giving it a try!

This is a great studio with really friendly and helpful instructors. The studio space is well maintained, open, and clean. The classes are tough, and the instructors are always providing modification suggestions to help you find what works best for you. I feel challenged (and often find myself sore the next day!), but it's not so overwhelming that I don't look forward to my next class. The location is great, a few doors down from Safeway, and parking is always super easy.

Love this studio! It’s a lot more spacious compared to other studios I’ve been to, so I love that I don’t feel super cramped. The high ceilings at this studio make all the difference lol. I prefer this location over the Mountain View location for that reason. Most of the instructors have been great as well; I appreciate the ones that really keep the class fun and engaging, pay attention to everyone’s form, and correct form discreetly and kindly. I recommend this studio to my friends and coworkers all the time!

My favorite megaformer pilates studio! I've been to a few other pilates studios that use the megaformer or reformer machines, and Transform is definitely the best in South Bay.

This studio was a little difficult to find my first time here since it's tucked away on the side of the shopping plaza. I've noticed that they put up a sign near the Safeway that directs you to the Transform studio, so keep a lookout for that if you're lost. There's ample parking which is a huge plus for me.

The instructors here are top notch. They are all very nice, friendly, and very approachable. I like that they correct your form and demonstrate the moves with us. I also really like that they check for any injuries before class so we can do adjustments to the moves to prevent further injuries. Their classes are fun and challenging - I've definitely started to see some definition after taking classes here.

Would 100% recommend coming here to take pilates!

The only pilates studio I find myself coming back to over & over ! All the instructors are great, they really make sure your form is what it's supposed to be through demonstration & corrections while offering variations for beginners. They will show you how to use the reformer & won't hesitate to help you out in the middle of class. The location of the studio is nice & private while still being fun and high energy- the workouts are GOOD, you will feel it right away. Completed my first Megaformer class and I'm now keenly aware of how under-developed my legs and core are. Each class is limited to 10 people and the instructor (mine was Lisa) was great at maintaining solid pace while not being over-the-top. Facility is clean and well-laid out.

If you road or mountain bike, this is a great way to build stamina above and beyond just your legs, which should yield better pedaling efficiency over longer rides. I intend to supplement my biking cardio with COREevolution 1-2 times a week.

I'm a big fan of supporting our local Saratoga businesses and this is a very well-run one. Highly recommended.

I really like this studio! Parking is plenty and the facility is clean. The owner is super sweet! They provide towels which is a huge plus, and sometimes they give you a cold eucalyptus oil infused towel after the class. If you don’t have your own grippy socks (which I highly recommend investing in) you can borrow a pair. Leslie is my favorite instructor, she’s probably the best instructor I’ve ever had! The workout is super challenging.

I have tried all kinds of workouts..its somewhat of an obsession...so when this studio opened up ofcourse I was going to try it.

The studio itself is clean, new and feels fun.

Now the class: OMG...my legs were shaking 10 mins in. Its a kind of work out that attacks muscles you dont know you had and works them to the point where I feel like i am sculpting everything.

The instructors vary in style but they are all fun and kick your butt!

Most of my friends (including myself) like to look good, feel good, eat right and work out. I thoroughly enjoy all forms of exercise and sports but suffer from a bad injury in my left shoulder and bicep. I wasn't sure that CORevolution would suit me but only because of my age and my limited range of motion in my left shoulder. I'm pleased to say that after two visits and open communication with the owner and the trainers about my limitations I feel confident that I can improvise a few of the moves and walk away with a full body CORE workout. There is no better feeling than muscles pulsating because they have been taxed and waking up the next day fully alert of each and every muscle that was challenged. I personally love that feeling because it makes me aware of what I need to do to maintain good health and a solid fitness regime. Thank you CORevolution. I wish you continued success. MMN

I didn't really know what to expect with a megaformer. I had a free trial class & decided to give it a try. The teacher was really nice & explained it all so it was pretty easy to follow. The work out itself was very challenging, but felt productive. The 45 minute class was exhausting. I left feeling like I had had a tough workout with a personal trainer. I have officially put a 20 pack of classes on my christmas list. I am sure I will be sore tomorrow....but hopefully my buns will be a little perkier.
