TFX is truly a life changer! I have struggled with trying to lose weight over the past few years and really needed to do something different. TFX magically appeared into my life almost 3 months ago and began with the 30 Day Ignite challenge and just completed the 6 week challenge. I was scared and didn’t know what to expect but I am so beyond happy to have taken the leap. There is such a strong sense of community and support at TFX. The coaches are amazing and encouraging, and the members are so welcoming. This is truly a judgement free zone. Through my short time with TFX I have dropped 2 pant sizes and gained so much confidence and strength within myself. A little over three months ago I walked into Transform FX for my first class. I was incredibly out of shape and was really seeking to get back into being physically active regularly for the first time in 6+ years. Coach Felicia was incredibly welcoming and supportive from day 1. I remember during my trial period I mentioned to her - I want to join but I’m concerned I won’t be able to stick with it. She said “you’re already showing up - you’ve been showing up all week”… that gave me the confidence to join a 6 week challenge which totally changed my life. For the first time in over a decade I consistently workout 4-6 times per week. The community, coaching, positive energy and overall vibes are what keep me coming back. This is now a habit. I am 40 years old and I am mentally and physically stronger than I was 10 years ago. To say this place has changed my life is an understatement. I am so thankful for the entire TFX community. Joining TFX has truly been life-changing! Before starting, I felt stuck—overwhelmed by motherhood, work, and life—and had completely lost motivation. Where Do I start. This program is game changer. I have tried for years to lose weight and figure out my nutrition. I joined the 6 week challenge and have gained so much. I have not only dropped 14lbs but have learned how to eat healthy in a sustainable way. My resting heart rate has came down substantially and I can fit into t-shirts that I haven’t been able to fit into in years.
You couldn’t ask for better coaches, they are very Knowledgeable and supportive. They have a way to motivate you that is really hard to do on your own. I can’t Recommend Transform FX Fittness enough. If you want a Sustainable healthy, change to your life this is a great place to Accomplish your health goals.

Highly supportive coaches and members; great workouts; and up-beat music to get me through my work week. They also offer challenges you can sign-up for to get the additional push to goal. No two workouts are ever the same allowing you to work different muscle groups but still emphasizing on either, lower body, upper body, full body, or cardio per day. Joined TFX in September and it has been the best decision I’ve made for myself! I love the coaches, they’re encouraging, fun & always keep the classes interesting!
If you’re new to fitness or are jumping back in, there’s a huge spectrum of member ages & sizes and TFX is v much a judgement free zone! They always run 6wk weight-loss/muscle gain transformations (which I haven’t done) and if that’s not your thing, you have unlimited access to the morning & evening classes 6days a week. One cool thing that boosts community here, is the classes focus on different areas every day, so it’s designed for you to go daily, or skip leg day if you so wish!!
I’ve lost 20lbs so far, gained tons of muscle and am just over halfway to my goal!!

I’ve been attending Transform FX Fitness Bootcamp for the past two months, and it has been great! The workouts are always challenging, but the sense of accomplishment I feel after each class is incredible. The coaches are amazing, supportive, knowledgeable, and they really push you to do your best. I enjoy that the workouts are different every day, which keeps things fresh and exciting. I’ve been a proud member of this gym studio for nearly 9 years now, since February 2016, and this review has been a long time coming. Honestly, no words could fully capture how much this place means to me—it’s so much more than just a gym. It’s truly a family and my second home. One of the things I absolutely love about this gym is the variety and energy of the workouts. They offer class sessions designed around station workouts and even circuits that keep every session dynamic, fun, and challenging. It’s the perfect mix of structure and flexibility, with coaches who ensure everyone feels empowered to push their limits while still accommodating all fitness levels.
The camaraderie here is unmatched. Every session feels like a group of friends pushing each other to be better, and over the years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting some amazing people who’ve become lifelong friends. The workouts are challenging but so rewarding! Definitely super helpful for those who don’t know what to do or how to do things at the gym or home workouts. Every day of the week there are different areas being focused on which I think is great to have workouts already pre planned for you in advance. Everyone working out including all the coaches are super friendly & supportive. I’ve lost weight on my own before and after gaining it all back + more, this time around I really needed realistic long lasting structures & guidance & that’s exactly what I got from the 6 week challenge program! Every time I finished a workout I felt super accomplished & never regretted showing up. Not only does it test your physical limits but also your mental. As long as you stick to the rules & don’t allow a slip up to define you or your progress & you keep going & moving forward you will certainly see progress & feel better overall. Regardless of how long the journey takes, in the end choosing to better yourself comes with its challenges but most importantly it’s highly rewarding if you choose to keep doing good & showing up for yourself. I definitely look forward to seeing even more progress with the tfx fam & becoming obsessed with bettering myself !

The long search is over! My husband and I found an exercise community, workouts, and places that fit our needs.
I love the station exercises! They help me concentrate more and don’t bore me.
Coaches are very friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. No pressure and judgement-free in this place. I love it!
I wish they had a big mirror for my selfies so I could see my progress with them and share it with the world. Lol!
I am more confident now and can wear clothes I stopped wearing because I feel so fat and ugly.
Also, my labs are normal now. My PCOS symptoms are reduced now, and the exercises help my monthly cycles. Hallelujah! My husband and I are living healthy lifestyles thanks to Transform FX Fitness.

I am SO glad I joined the 6-week challenge. The workouts are super challenging, but so much fun. I love that every day is a different workout, focusing on different parts of the body.
After 6-weeks, I feel energized and so STRONG. I lost 27lbs in 6-weeks, following the provided nutrition plan and coming to 5-6 classes per week. Everyone here, whether coach or fellow transformer, is so nice and supportive. I’m glad I found this community and this awesome gym. I’m now officially a member and plan to continue on this healthy journey! If you’re thinking about joining, do it! You won’t regret it!

I love this gym so much. I signed up for their 6 week challenge in September 2023. My main goal was to find a good workout routine that I enjoyed. Consistency has always been my downfall. I enjoyed it so much, I attended class 6 days a week. I feel stronger, able to run longer, lift heavier, better sleep and lost a few inches off the waste line. The coaches are all fun and awesome.

I did the six week challenge. It was an awesome experience. The coaches are so supportive. By far one of the best experiences at a gym I have had. Unfortunately, I am moving, but if I wasn't I would have definitely become a member and continued on in that great positive environment. Finding this fitness center and signing up for their weightloss challenge was the best thing I could have done for myself. I used to be very fit and active but I went through a tough time where I unfortunately stopped taking care of myself. I let my stress and my ability to justify any negative behavior get in the way of caring for myself.
I joined Transform Fx to kickstart my health journey and get back on track and I’m so grateful I did. The team/staff are amazing, so supportive, and just great people to be around. Every day the workouts were different, challenging, yet fun. The coaches also do the daily workouts and are super supportive with any injuries.
I originally only planned to stick it out for the 6 week challenge but have fallen in love with the atmosphere at Transform Fx so I ended up joining as a member and I’m so excited to continue on my health journey with their support! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I decided to join the 6 week challenge and it was the best choice I have made in a while. After so many months of spotty attendance at a gym and fluctuations in weight I was finally able to see results. It was such a struggle the first week, but it became easier although always challenging no lie. I am definitely proud of myself for the progress I have made thus far and the dietary restrictions were hard at first but in a way this made the challenge easier since I knew what I definitely could not have. This experience has definitely helped me to recharge that will to be a healthier version for myself but also that longing to want to workout regardless of how early it may be. It was not an easy 6 weeks but I now have the necessary tools to succeed and a great support system to push me to reach higher goals. If you want to reach new goals in life consider this new habit and make it a New Year’s resolution.

If You Want To Change Your Life Once And For All.. Just Join This Gym
I sit here the day before my weigh in after completing this 6 week challenge and just reflect on how much has changed in such little time. Let me give you some background, this is a gym which anyone can join and do classes daily that help tone and strengthen the whole body. But this is also a gym where you can embark in a 6 week challenge to lose 20lbs. I decided to do the latter because I had dropped weight on my own and gained it back and honestly I was tired of weight yo-yoing so I decided to take the leap and challenge myself to push past my comfort zone. I started this challenge at 184.6 and the goal is 164.6 but like I mentioned I won't know if I made it until I weigh in tomorrow but wether I reach the goal or not I still feel like I'm leaving here winning. My mindset has completely changed and strengthens when it comes to food. I have learned discipline and now have the consistency to follow through wether I see the immediate results or not. I wouldn't change the experience for anything. Just remember this only works if you do the work and are ready to change mentally, physically and emotionally! you want to reach your fitness goals and change to the person your meant to be, I think you should come check out TFX.

I’ve learned so much about fitness, food and myself since the beginning of the year and again it was not easy but nothing that’s worth it in the end is easy. I’d argue that this was probably one of the hardest things I’ve done, my mental strength was tested every single day, I kept telling myself “do not deviate from the plan” “if it’s not on the list you don’t eat it” I couldn’t have done it without the constant support from everyone at TFX, the constant support and encouragement is unmatchable and for that I thank you! #Chooseyourhard
UPDATE: I completed two 6 week challenges and have lost 47.7 pounds. I’ve learned so much about myself throuthis journey and the biggest thing I learned is that if you put your mind to it, YOU CAN DO IT. I didn’t know I had the discipline in me. I couldn’t have done it without the consistent encouragement and help from all of the amazing coaches!! So many times I wanted just deviate from the meal plan because something sounded good and I didn’t. This program works and I AM SO HAPPY I did it and SO happy I had the support from everyone around me. Throughout my early 20s I gained a ton of weight, weather it be because of a depression, anxiety, stress, over drinking, over eating, the pandemic, you name it I probably ate about it LOL. I had the most unhealthy habits, over eating, eating terrible food, drinking alcohol and then binge eating throughout the night, I never worked out and I was just tired of it, tired of looking at myself in the mirror and being unhappy. I joined TFX in hopes to lose weight and Ive done that and much more, not only did I lose 23 pounds in 6 weeks, I gained access to the most amazing community with the best support system, something I have never experienced before when trying to lose weight. My cravings are gone, there’s no desire to “eat about things” when I’m upset and I love waking up in the morning, even at 5am, to go to the gym and more importantly I love the community that I am apart of and the support I have gotten from everyone here! If there’s one thing I recommend to anyone in a similar position, it’s to just start!! It truly is a one of a kind experience with one of a kind people.

Transform FX Fitness is the best thing I ever decided to do for myself. This community of amazing coaches and members pushed me to stay focused, have faith in the process, and have truly helped me find me again. I started this journey like many, completely overweight from the pandemic, stressed from work, and consuming everything unhealthy. After realizing my pants no longer fit and feeling fatigue all the time, I knew I needed to change my day-to-day habits. This team has developed and curated, 6-week challenges, that are for real people, with real attenable goals, and hands on guidance to help you with real healthy food habits. I never felt alone during this process as you will workout with all types of people, all sizes, all genders, all supporting one another to meet goals. I just finished my 2nd round challenge after 12 weeks and I am 43 pounds down. I plan to jump into 2 more challenges before the end of the year because , YES, it is that good. I would be lying to you if I said this was easy. HELL NO, this was not easy! It still isn’t some days. That’s the point, right? This started as a way for me to lose weight however this has transformed into my new lifestyle and regular routine that I have to have, 6 days a week. This is my time for me and the hard work pays off!

TFX will always be my favorite gym! I signed up for the 6 week challenge again (did it 6 years ago) and it was the best decision I have made. I gained a lot of weight during the pandemic and I hated how I felt, all I thought about was how I miss the way I felt after I did the challenge back then. Ale welcomed me back with open arms and the amount of motivation I got from her was unbelievable, I never thought I would be excited to wake up at 5am to go workout but I did it 5 days a week for 6 weeks and I will continue to do that for my next round. I am completely amazed with this community! I was able to successfully complete a 6 week challenge and lost almost 21 pounds and it wouldn’t have been possible without the encouragement and support that the coaches and members demonstrate everyday you show up. Coach Ale, Ari, Felicia, Francesa and Mireya + countless more have always come in with energy and shown that we have what it takes we just have to work hard for it. They make the classes fun and most days those 45 minutes feel like they flew by and I have to admit that others can drag a little (because they REALLY burn) and that’s why I look forward to it every time. Always felt welcomed and seen in this safe space and that’s important when stepping into a gym. They push your limits and you’ll always have that rush of endorphins hit as soon as you’re cooling down, like wow I really did that. S/o to my friend Itzel for encouraging me and helping me take the first step into coming in here! I never thought I was capable of doing a challenge after being at my heaviest ever, until I did. I absolutely love TFX, Coach Ale, all the coaches and the community. I completed a 6 week challenge transformation and it was life changing!!!!!
However, it was NOT easy but the motivation and guidance from the TFX family made my experience 10/10.
Before starting the challenge, I felt stuck, I knew I wanted to make a lifestyle change but I needed a push. After completing the challenge I was amazed by the results. I’m at a happier, healthier and better place now!
I decided to continue my journey with TFX and become a member. 6 weeks made a difference, I can’t wait to see what is in store for the next few months!! Starting weight was 154lbs, currently at 138lbs and on the road to 120lbs - 125lbs!!

In February 2022 I walked into this gym overweight, feeling guilt, shame, and embarrassment. I had been a part of this gym some years ago and had done the weight loss challenges before and with great success. I was also a member as well. But you know how it is, life is life and it can drastically change things you’ve worked so hard for. Well I walked in nervous and wondering if I can do it again and feel more like myself. I struggled with anxiety, trauma, depression, postpartum depression, and just overall doing too much. This time around joining this gym I am a wife and mother which adds an extra layer of challenges for those of you who understand. Despite feelings those feelings walking into the gym, I also felt like I was coming home to a place where I can be comfortable. I remembered how hard it was going to be but I was game. You instantly get support when you come to this gym. You meet the most amazing and friendly people here of all shapes and sizes and you are supported no matter what. I won’t lie, the workouts are hard. It’s a go go go go type of workouts. You never know what you’re going to get haha. But you feel so good afterwards. I feel stronger, my body is changing, and I see the results. But you have to put in the work in order to make it work for you. You will see the difference if you just stick with it. There are lots of supports and resources to help you be successful. There’s a sense of family within this gym community. I’m glad to be a part of it again.

Joined their 6 week program to get started with a healthy routine and they did not disappoint. The goal was to lose 20lbs in 6 weeks while cutting out junky food and adding exercise.
What I found after actually starting the program was one of the most supportive coaches I’ve ever had along with an absolutely awesome group of people.
I had issues keeping up with the daily eating schedule due to my work hours but Ale worked with me to help figure out how to make it work. I had issues getting to the gym during the hours they were open and once again, Ale helped me work around it.
They offer recorded classes so you can stay on task as well as cookbooks to help out.
I wasn’t able to lose the 20lbs but I lost just shy of 11. What I gained though was a great workout routine and the diet really opened my eyes to how poorly I’ve been eating.
In the 6 weeks I lost 10 lbs but the following 2 weeks I’ve lost another 4 solely because of adjusting to the routine.

I signed up for the 6 week challenge in December 2021. Between the lock downs and Covid, I had put on a lot of weight. When I weighed out from my challenge January 29, I had lost 45 pounds. The coaches are AMAZING, the other people in here are awesome. It's a great place! You get the motivation and the extra push that I needed. It's hard work but it's worth it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am a stay at home mom of 3 beautiful babies I couldn’t find the motivation of starting to workout and eating healthier since I was so busy taking care of the little ones until I stopped breastfeeding my 10 month boy I decide it’s time to do me now or never. I talked to my mom about it and agreed she would help me by taking care of the kids for me to do the 6 week challenge I have done this challenge before and I loved it and the results! They provided a meal plan which I followed it wasn’t so hard until like the 3rd week when I started to crave sweets but I pushed through and each week got easier and easier not to mention the couches where really friendly and where always there when I had any questions .I loved going to the am class arianas energy is amazing I came out of there feeling full of energy and happy!!!! I would usually go to the 5 pm class with ale she’s amazing as well I was always scared of the finishers jaja but i got used to them also the members are so positive and encouraging never judging. I am extremely happy with my results Im 21 pounds lighter I started off at 168.6 and now Im 147. What else can I say I LOVE TFX ❤️

I love this place!! I love the energy here no matter how bad my day was when I come out of this place I feel way better everyone is super nice and encouraging. At the beginning I was super insecure and I was scared people at this boot camp would judge me or look at me weird because I was so big but noo it was the total opposite. No one will ever make you feel less or bad in anyway. I finished my first challenge, I lost 18 pounds and 8.5 inches off my waist. I started at 235 and came down to 217. I was size 12/13 and now I’m size 10. The only reason I was able to lose all of this weight was because I attended class everyday and I followed the meal plan they gave me!!

UPDATE: I just completed round 2 of my challenge and I'm incredibly proud to say I've lost a total of 40.8 lbs in 12 weeks!! I've learned so much about eating right and staying in shape. Even with the challenges of the holidays, I was able to stay on track by eating right, staying active and keeping my thoughts positive. There were times where I felt like cheating and eating a slice of pumpkin pie and I remembered how hard I had worked to get to this point. Not easy, but with the support of my TFX family, I was able to push through.

This pandemic has taken a toll on all of our lives in one way or another. For me, eating and drinking was my "Go to JOY" because lets face it, transitioning to working from home and a teacher to my kids overnight was no walk in the park. The snacks were 10 steps away and my mini bar on the other side. The temptation was my easiest escape from the nightmare 2020 had become.
I knew I needed to make a change when my clothes didn't fit anymore 😔. I knew that I personally was ready to do what I needed to do to feel good about myself again.
That's when I reached out to Ale in regards to the 6 week challenge. Best choice I'd ever made. She was so understanding and provided me with all of the information I needed to succeed. She was also honest. She mentioned it would be challenging but with the right mindset and will power, you can accomplish it. She was absolutely right.
Ofcourse, as many of you, I was worried about the necessary measures being taken to ensure a clean and sanitized environment. To my surprise, the equipment was sanitized and wiped down after each use, and coaches would even go back and spray them down again. We aren't allowed to wear outside shoes in the gym and have to change into a new "clean" pair of shoes before working out every class. Facemasks are offered at the the front door when you check in, where they also check your temperature. I brought my own mat, wore a mask everyday, and washed my hands when I got there and once we were done.
I literally thought I had died on day one and wanted to throw up everything inside me, but I held it together and came back the next day. My body was sore and I felt sluggish. I was in no shape at all but both Ale and Heather let me go at my own pace to gain the streghth I needed. I pushed through and did my best every single day. Some days were harder than others but I never regretted going.
I made amazing friends who were also going through their own journeys and doing their best to get healthy after this insane year. Everyone is always so encouraging and fun to be around. I feel like I've gained a new family with TFX.
Here I am on the last day of my 6 week challenge, proud to say I've lost 23 lbs and 7 inches off of my waist. It wasn't easy but with the support of coach Ale and Heather, along with my TFX family, I was able to pull through and reach my first goal. Such an amazing feeling!
I encourage anyone who is determined to lose weight and change their eating habits and lifestyle to reach out to Ale for more information. Be ready to lose weight, get in shape, and be welcomed with opened arms into the TFX family!

First off i have to start by saying thank you!
Thank you sooo much from the bottom of my heart to all of TFX Family especially to Ale, Heather, Ariana and Robin. These girls have pushed me to the max when i wanted to give up.
I approached TFX over the summer because i heard amazing things about it from one of my friends that had done their 6 week challenge. Not going to lie, i had alot of doubt in them and myself. I have done many of these “6 week challenges” in other gyms and i somehow always gave up. I didn’t have the motivation or encouragement from anyone. So when i started at TFX i had alot of uncertainty but i went. When i started I immediately felt different. The girls welcomed me like family and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. My classes were small so i felt even more motivated because they focused on me more. They worked with my limits on weights and showed me the proper way to do things. They modified work if i needed to. They did not make me quit!! I do the 545am classes, so it was very hard to get up every morning. I had every single excuse to not get up but i still did. The first week was by far the hardest from waking up to working out sore and tired, but the more i did the more my body wanted to keep going. I started to see changes in my body and in my inner self from eating healthier. I felt so much more energized and i slept like a baby daily. I had a whole meal plan from different food options, so my food was never dull or boring. They offer classes from 545am to 8pm Mon-Sat, so there’s literally no excuse to not make it to one. I love the energy of all the coaches and their vibe. I look forward to going to class every day now. I started with their challenge but i wanted more so i am now a proud TFX member.
To anyone looking to start a change in their life, body and soul check out TFX, you will NOT be disappointed at all. You will have all the support from everyone at anytime of the day and will have a meal plan and modifications to your needs. I walked into TFX Concord on a random weekday not really knowing what to expect. I was a new mom that was tired of looking at a closet of clothes that didn’t fit. I was struggling to have enough energy to get through the day and I knew I wasn’t being the best mom I could for my son. I met with the owner Ale and she told me about their 6 week transformation challenge that was about to start. I signed up on the spot. I just finished my 6 week challenge, and although I did not lose the 20 pounds- I lost almost 16- I gained so much more than the scale shows. I lost 2 inches, 15.8 pounds, and have more energy than I have in months! I used to live on coffee to get through the day, and since starting my challenge I haven’t needed even 1 cup. The coaches and staff at TFX are wonderful! They know you by name, ask how you are doing, and push you to give your all at every workout. I love the fast pace, high energy workouts. I just completed 6 week challenge! I had a goal of 20 pounds but set a stretch goal for myself of 25 pounds, and succeed by losing 25.8 pounds in 6 weeks!!! I finally decided to take on a challenge to get my life moving in the right direction. I wanted to take control from being stagnant. A person really dear to me had a heart attack and that really shook me. This was it, now or never. The first couple weeks were tough, because I was sore and couldn't keep up with the exercises. there were people there that were more over weight than me, and were pushing through the exercises. That become a goal, to be not succumb to weakness and push hard. The coaches were excellent and allowed you to work in your pace but pushed you to your ability, It wasn't too pushy, just right. Pushy coaches are a turn off.... but I had a phenomenal experience with them. I officially weighed in at the start of the challenge on October 28 at 226. Unfortunately for me... I weighted the Saturday (a couple days before at 220). Had a foodie weekend, but now had pay the price. You will eat healthier and make better choices. I know I changed my life and want to better for myself with what I put in. I will plan what I eat out (and control my portions) and don't have much junk around the house. I also plan to only eat desert once a week... which is hard for a guy with a big sweet tooth. Lastly, I'm cutting out stuff that has absolutely no value, like soda. Here I am, at the end of my challenge. December 7th, weight 194.8!!! 31.2 lbs lost. I have a better out look on life, I value myself more, and want to do better. If you need a jump start in life... take the challenge, and don't give up on yourself, because you deserve so much more! Special shout out to Ari and Alejandra!

In the last 10 years I’d rarely exercise or even have any physical activity so the idea of going to bootcamp was intimidating. I’ve been wanting to do this for a while but it was never the right time. Even now starting at 5 months postpartum while nursing wouldn’t seem ideal, but I’m glad I waited until I did because if I had any other mindset than where I’m at now, everything I accomplished wouldn’t have been possible.
The first week was hard. From the nutrition plan to the workouts. There were days I wanted to give up, days I left bootcamp completely nauseous, moments that tested me physically and mentally, but each day it got better. There’s always an excuse not to do your cardio, not to go to bootcamp, or eat outside the diet, but I just took it one day at a time, remembered my goals, and showed up. For myself.
I completed my 6 week challenge on 10/26/19 and during that time I managed to lose 22.6lbs and 5 inches off my waistline. The challenge was more difficult than I had imagined, but so rewarding and the members and coaches at TFX were awesome! so welcoming and encouraging. I couldn’t have made it through the 6 weeks without their motivation and it’s truly amazing how positive the energy is at TFX.

Best thing I could have done with my crazy life schedule. I cant say how much I really enjoyed the program! They where very motivating. The staff was on point! They had great work outs that just when you felt like UGH. Boom It was over and it was very gratifying for the the accomplishment. They new about some limits I had and adjusted my work out proper. The great thing is I started in at 239.9lbs and after my challenges I weighed out at 197.8lbs and lost 5inches around my wasit. In the process I learned better eating habits. What to eat and what not. Eating schedule of what types and times for each. A whole bunch of new tasty recipes. Someone there to ask question about simple things. The online group very helpful with fast answers. My out look my energy level and motivation have increased Im so happy with the way I feel over all. The priceless thing is the new home and friends I now have!!

I did the 6-week CHALLENGE and yes, it was challenging! I did the consultation with Alejandra (owner) a month prior and she informed me what the 6-weeks would be like. She was explicit that it wouldn't be easy and asked me if I was really motivated to do it. I liked that she wanted to make sure I was serious because it showed she wasn't just interested in making easy money from those who fail out of the 6-week challenge.
She talked about her struggles with health and fitness, which I related to. I was in a really depressed point in my life in terms of career and just over not having any confidence. I would find myself just sleeping and eating away my emotions rather than doing something positive. Alejandra really emphasized that the challenge isn't just for weightloss but to better an unhealthy lifestyle. Aside from Alejandra, the coaches truly want you to be your best and succeed. The first few workouts will leave you SO SORE! But as you get stronger, the coaches make sure you up your weight or resistance so the soreness never really goes away.
The workouts were challenging but the diet was even more challenging! They value community so they have a Facebook group dedicated to the challengers where you can ask questions about food, talk about your struggles and successes! Which I really appreciated as I needed all the support I could get during the 6-weeks.
In the end, I ended up losing 5 inches off my waist and about 23 lbs! I highly suggest Transform FX if you're motivated to make a lifestyle change. They will truly help you reach your goals!!!

I completed the 6-week Transform boot camp challenge and had an amazing experience! Love the workouts and the trainers that push you to improve but still allow you to go at your pace and modify exercises as needed. The trainers and staff are motivating and supportive and are there to help you succeed. The diet and workouts are challenging but are so effective if you follow them! Before I joined Transform my blood pressure was high and my body ached from not exercising and I was unhappy with how my clothes fit. After joining, I feel so much better about myself and feel stronger and no longer need blood pressure medication! I've been here almost a year and still very much enjoy it! I love the program and highly recommend the membership with Transform!

The coaching staff have great knowledge to share with the members and if I can share one thing is always ask them for advice. If you’re going to Transform FX for help then make sure to go to the coaches and get the support and help you need. That’s what this is community is for. After suffering from years of depression and one scary night in an ambulance ride on my way to the emergency room, I decided it was time for a change. Being alone, grossly overweight, and having your life completely thrown out of balance by a violent vertigo attack was not the life I wanted to live or how I wanted to die.
I was ready for a major change. My best friend, who had experienced TFX a couple of years ago, suggested that I make an appointment to check it out. From the moment I walked into the TFX gym, I knew this was the place for me. The first week was hard, but I kept my commitment to myself. The more I showed up the stronger I got and the easier it got to keep showing up. I made the commitment to Follow The Damn Instructions (FTDI) and take the boot camp classes 6 days a week with cardio 5 days a week. I wanted to give myself the opportunity to meet the challenge and achieve the maximum results.
I lost 47 pounds in 12 weeks and 9 inches off my waist. All my health problems dissolved and I feel like I did in my 20's. By the fourth week of the challenge everyone around me could see the change in my face, smile, energy level, and skin. Every Monday’s weigh-in I saw the numbers on the scale drop and my motivation grew stronger and stronger. TFX jump started my journey back to a healthier me. The owner, coaches, members and other challenges are all kind, supportive, and welcoming. Taking the first step and starting the journey is the hardest part, but after you get going it's actually a lot of fun. I highly recommend TFX in Concord. TFX Concord saved my life: pre-diabetic, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and excessive weight gain was destroying my health and both physical and mental. Intimidated by fitness, exercise and with no understanding of eating well I joined TFX Concord because of the sense of community and inclusive feeling. Upon first meet with Alejandra (the owner) I knew immediately TFX that really cares about its members. The classes are super flexible to all levels (including mine - I could barely do three flights of stairs without getting winded), challenging and fun! The coaches are so dedicated to making the classes impactful and engaging - as a person who has always hated exercise, over time I found myself excited about the next class (the classes are UNLIMITED btw). Nutritional and supplement support and guidance were all complementary and were game changers in my weight loss but more importantly health - I was taught new ways to eat for health without feeling like I was on a diet or starving. I’ve lost 25 pounds, confidence is soaring and have made friends along the way. I just want to say that I have come to this gym over 2yrs ago for a 6 week challenge and felt really good. Then I came back and did 2 4 week challenges because I loved this gym so much. I have been a member of TFX since October 2014, this is not your average gym! We not only come for a great workout, we have nutritional sessions, fun events such as hiking, member BBQs, game nights. We are a family here at TFX, while our coaches give us an awesome workout we also have fun! Our coaches always check in with us to see how we are doing on a regular basis. TFX has been my mental health location to go to. I’ve been battling my weight for several years and this place has helped me learn great eating habits, the workouts are amazing the coaches what can I say they are all wonderful and being that I have some physical issues they always find the way to modify some or all of the workouts and also keep me challenged for more. The staff and members make you feel like family. God forbid you miss a few days because staff and members would be contacting you to find out why they have not seen you. This place is truly amazing! At first when I went to orientation I was VERY skeptical. I had to do two rounds which mean lose 40lbs in 12 weeks. In my head I was like "yea right!" There was no way I could loose 40lbs in 12 weeks. Surely enough I did. I lost 42.6lbs in 12 weeks. This was no easy walk in the park. It was tough but I pushed myself. The staff pushed us and encouraged us. Ale was always available when I had question or concerns. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to finally make that change it your life. I've completed a 12 week challenge. Ive lost 41.4 lbs! When I first started I was nervous; not being at a gym over many years. The trainers took time to know my name, my areas of concern, and tought me the right technique all while pushing me. The plan is easy to follow and you can get the results you want simply by playing by the rules. I recommend this place over and over again. The people are judgement free and super friendly.

I f I could rate TFX a 10 start i would. This place for me is whenmy life change. Before TFX I tried many different gyms and no success. Saturday I finished my 3rh challenge and lost a total of 60 lbs in about 1yesr and half. I did two and came back for a last one. I’m beyond happy with the results and I have learn a lot from all the couches and Ale. My life has change forever I didn’t not just loose weight but I eat healthier, I love working out. TFX for me was a place where I was able to relax with the support and motivation of all the couches I was able to push my self and it was so much fun. I came to TFX struggling. I was feeling defeated because I had gained weight back from a prior challenge and couldn't lose it. I was trying to eat based on what I learned from that challenge, but it was far too restrictive and unrealistic. TFX is about lifestyle change. The workouts are amazing, and you get the individual support needed during them. The meal plan allowed me to attend conferences, work meetings, soccer practices and be able to stay on plan. This is what I had been looking for and have learned so much in stuff a short while at TFX. I can see myself going farther than I ever thought before, because of TFX. Successfully completed one challenge, 20 pounds down, and onto a second!

Best place to be when you are planning to lose weight. All the Trainers and Management are professional. They don't hide anything from you, transparent and straightforward. Just blindly follow the diet plan and workouts suggested by the Trainers and you will see the results for sure. special mention to Ale for the motivation she provides and the way she manages this place is awesome. This is one of my best experiences in my life and proven that everything can be possible, I personally started this journey in the first place for my health lm diagnosed with high blood precision and I am 32 years old I felt very bad physically and since I started in this program magically all change took away all my discomfort two weeks I was with my doctor and magically I had my blood pressure under control everything normal I felt like a superhero, during my day I passed it as if I were on vacation all the people the trainers they practically see you as a family and they make you feel at home very professional trainers and always attentive to you, the owner Mrs. Alejandra a very kind person and always answering your doubts, without a doubt the best experience and what I have left from here during these 6 weeks is the teaching to improve my eating habits forever and very good friendships without a doubt 100 x feel Recommended because we all have a reason to try this experience simply also do not think about it. I could rave about what I was able to lose in this program (I mean 22lbs and 7 inches…COME ON!!!) but the greatest achievement is not what I lost, it is what I gained. I gained the energy needed for light saber battles, dinosaur chases, princess parties, and just keeping up with my sweet babies. I gained a support group of coaches, fellow challengers, and TFX member that I could count on when I had questions or needed motivation. The mood was always positive and their confidence in me allowed me to trust the process and go the whole way. I also gained a routine, exercise plan, and diet that I know will stay with me for years to come. Most importantly, however, I found my self confidence again. Somewhere between the changes in my body from pregnancies, raising two amazing children, being a wife, losing my mom and trying to balance the professional and volunteer work that mean so much to me, I had lost myself. I didn’t take time for me and I certainly didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. I did this challenge for myself and I found the self-care that I so desperately needed and the body I so desperately missed. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity. Thank you TFX!!!

I recently completed the 6-week challenge and lost a total of 20.6 LBS and 6 inches around my waist. I am extremely happy with my results and am excited to continue my journey of a healthier lifestyle. My experience during the challenge had ups and downs. Life threw some curve balls my way, but being on the challenge actually helped me deal with what was in front of me. I pushed myself and made it to my workouts on days where it was easier to call it quits. I am so happy that I never gave up!
Throughout the challenge, I met some awesome people that made the experience enjoyable. The coaches are all professionals and very knowledgeable. The coaches make each workout so much fun, all while teaching proper form and technique. The coaches were encouraging and approachable, THANK YOU for all that you do!
I would highly recommend the 6-week challenge to anyone who needs some guidance and motivation to begin a healthier lifestyle. The atmosphere at the at the studio is 100 percent positive! The workouts are challenging, as they should be. However, I began to feel stronger with each class and pushed myself to do things I didn’t think I could do. I did it!
I lost 21 pounds in the 6 weeks. I signed up for this challenge because i didn't have much energy throughout the day and regular activities such as walking up steep hills were a challenge. My goal was to use this as a kick start so i could get into a more routine fitness program with martial arts.
The program was certainly "challenging". The diet was very strict and it was especially difficult during work when i'd join co-workers or clients for lunch or events. Everyone would have their beautiful BBQ and i would have leafy greens with lemon dressing. The no creamer for my coffee was tough, but i got used to having stevia and monk fruit as the sweetener and it wasnt so bad.
The fitness routine was excellent. The group and instructors were all positive and you could tell everyone there was passionate about lowing weight and getting fit. One thing i really liked about the circuit training classes was that they were made to fit all fitness levels. I say that because i brought in a buddy of mine who's a fitness freak thinking he would breeze through, but nope, he was struggling and saying the class kicked his butt. The only thing i wish there was more of was cardio. There was hardly any cardio in the classes. I think in the 6 weeks of going 6 days a week, we ran outside twice for just a few minutes. Then again, ill admit, the instructions were that the classes were strength training/fat burning, and we were supposed to get cardio outside of the classes.
In summary, i am very happy to took part in the challenge. You can tell the owner Ale is very passionate about her company and everyone's success. I would certainly recommend this program to anyone wanting to lose weight and/or improve themselves.

2019 is the year i decided to challenge myself in all possible ways. I took up the fitness challenge to bring down my weight according to BMI. Transform FX was the place i chose to achieve this goal and i was not mistaken. After 6 weeks of challenge, i lost more than what i asked or. During the challenge, i noticed changes happening to me like full of energy, positive attitude etc. Also to mention that we moved to a new house with 2 kids during this 6 week challenge. Nothing affected my determination and to achieve my final goal.
The team at Concord help me to achieve the goal. Josh, Alex, Arianna and Robin were excellent coaches and they ensured we push our limits and all are in track during this challenge.
Ale and Rochelle were really supportive during the challenge with any doubts we had either through email or facebook messenger.
Nobody can stop you from achieving the goals if you do FTDI. You will definitely get the results!!!!

I had the privilege to join a 6 weeks transformation with TFX I began my journey 6 weeks ago and ended today I accomplished my goal and a little more when I started my journey with tfx I was miserable huge my body was going out of control I’m very happy that they have me the opportunity to join I had no energy was always wearing black what can I say black clothes just pulled everything away during my journy I was showed How to live a healthy life style with their meal plan which was very reasonable I always felt full didn’t understand the prosses but I had to take a leap of faith during the work out I was not able to do them correctly as my journey continue I began to work out better as the week started shutting off I was much more flexible and able to accomplish a full work out without stopping Now I am full of energy I could do a push-up and even a Burpee I am so glad I got the privilege to do the fix was telling I’m looking forward he joining as a member I completely fell in love with the work out and the coaches show you how to do everything correctly from your form to pushing you a little hard and Zumba strong now I am full of energy I could do a push-up and even a Burpee I am so glad I got the privilege to do the fix was telling I’m looking forward he joining as a member I completely fell in love with the work out and the coaches show you how to do everything correctly from your form to pushing you a little hard and Zumba strong strong was so much fun my confidence has gone up I’m learning to love my self as I continue my journy that has just begun thanks TFX members and coches for all the motivation

Well.... I did it!! I made my weight, with a total loss of 42.4 pounds in 12 weeks! I can't describe how amazing I feel- inside and out! When I began this journey, I was trying to work off weight I had gained back from the intense stress of grad school and life transitions. What I found was not only a way to get there, but a lifestyle change I feel I can take with me. The people I've met have been a huge takeaway for me as well. It is so much more fun to workout with people who are cheering you on, and who are trying to achieve the same thing you are. I will miss my morning crew, who have made me look forward to coming to class, and made it such a pleasure to share this experience with!
This program has been worth all the sweat and effort, as it teaches you to work through both the physical and emotional hurdles, while providing the most incredible support network. I feel so good, and am so grateful to the coaches, and staff who have encouraged and motivated me to reach my best self! I highly recommend that if you are struggling with your weight and can't find the motivation to start something, to just go for it! TFX will give you all the tools you need to succeed, and the support that pushes you to keep going.

I would highly recommend working out here as I have lost over 40 pounds in 12 weeks using the meal plan and working out in the mornings. The instructors are very friendly and motivating, they are there to see you succeed and are amazing in their own right. If you have an opportunity to work out in the morning you wont find two better coaches than Ariana and Robin, these two ladies always had a smile on their faces as they pushed you to become better. The work outs were never boring or the same two days in a row and the results showed almost immediately so if you have a chance to stop by and see them or work out with them you will be extremely pleased.

Finished my first 6 week challenge, and 23 pounds lighter! I feel so good in my skin, and look forward to shedding another 20 as I begin my 2nd challenge. This program has been such an incredible source of motivation to get me where I need to be in my weight loss goals, even when it got really hard. Thanks to all my amazing coaches who pushed me and kept me on track, as well as all my 5:45 am people, who made me look forward to coming to such an early class. This place changed my outlook and perspective on what I could do. Three months after having my second baby I wanted to lose some weight before heading back to work. I signed up thinking, 40 lbs in two six week challenges no way but maybe I will at least lose something. I took the challenge seriously, followed the food instructions to a T and trusted the coaches who pushed me to do things I never thought possible. 12 weeks later I was down 42.2lbs and a whole new person. If you are committed and follow the process you will succeed.

This has been one of the best things I have done. Took being walked into the center by someone that was more interested in my health then myself.
Spoke with Alejandra (Ale), the centers audition and 6week spokes person. Got me to get into the right mindset, signing the 6 week agreement, and allowing me to try classes before the start of my 6 week challenge.
Not to far into week one, I was hooked. Being able to get in and out in 45 mins, but yet with a soaked shirt.
I found my stride with certain instructors, and with my schedule, was forced (thankfully) to attend a few different workout sessions.
At the end, I was down 26 lbs overall, losing 5 inches on the waist.
Would recommend for anyone looking to get their fitness on in a short time frame, and have the support of many trainers, current challengers, and members.

The first time I heard about TFX I was hooked just from looking at my friend Celeste! She looked amazing and I needed that extra push to get me back on track. I was not too sure if I wanted to join the challenge or not, but I am so glad I did! I literally called her the last day to sign up! I woke up that morning sick and tired of making excuses. After a few failed attempts of trying to do it on my own, I knew it was time for a change. In between three moves in three months and personal losses back to back; I completely stopped what I love doing. I stopped going on my regular runs, stopped going to the gym and started eating out a lot more. Well that all changed once I started with TFX. I automatically knew I was in a good environment! All the coaches are so welcoming, and man did they all push you to do your very best! Anytime you have a question, someone is always there to give you answers! During bootcamp the coaches go around and make sure your are in good form and give you advice! You don’t feel like they are there just to do a job! They are all so passionate and they are there to help you every step of the way! This challenge was not easy, you need to have a mindset/goal and crush it! You have all the tools you need to get to your goal and everyone is there rooting you on! During this challenge I learned a lot about proper nutrition for weight loss; You do not have to starve yourself to drop weight. You also have a lot of flexibility to make healthy choices! I learned a lot about my strength and weaknesses, and now that I have met my goal, I have a good foundation to build my new goal on! I highly recommend TFX for anyone who wants a life style change! I looked forward to every bootcamp class and so will you!! Thank you all so much for making this a fun process! I am back to my healthy happy self and I have gained so much from this experience! Wow!! Where do I begin. Let’s go back to January 2017, back then I felt tired, I was suffering from migraines on the daily and I was stress eating. When Looking in the mirror I didn’t like the person I saw and I felt disgusting. I use to cry when I kept on changing clothes because nothing fit. I had just had a baby in October 2017 and had put on a lot of weight. I kept telling myself that I needed to do something to get back on track. I wanted to be healthy not just for myself but for my three gorgeous children. I wanted to have the energy to play with them and be the mom I knew I could be. So one day I was on Facebook and I saw a friend that had done a challenge at TFX and I message that person for more information. I saw that they were going to have orientation so I put it on my calendar and was waiting patiently for that day to come. That day I got my three kids in the car and drove to TFX. I must admit I was in the parking lot thinking of reasons why I should just go home and forget it (I have no time, I want to keep breastfeeding, to much work, who’s going to watch my kids, etc) but I decided to ignore all those negative thoughts and Excuses. I got out the car and walked over and went inside, as I entered I was greeted by these beautiful ladies, they made me feel comfortable, they were very friendly and I felt like they knew where I was coming from. I told them my story and they answered all my questions. I signed up for the challenge nervously but was ready for a change. That was 12 weeks ago, I lost 40lbs and that was the best decision I made. TFX is different from other gyms, they make you feel like family. The coaches really care about you and your goals. I love the one on one feel and the smaller classes. The workouts are amazing they are always different and they make it super fun. No matter how tried I felt leaving work, once i was threw with the TFX daily bootcamp I felt great and accomplished. Now I feel like a new person I have a lot of energy and I love how I look. I learned a lot while doing the challenges, I now know what to eat and I make healthier choices not just for myself but for my family as well.

After successfully completing the 6 week challenge at TFX, I must say that I have had a great experience at this gym. At first, I felt a little intimidated after not being physically active or attending any gyms for a while. However, the staff at this gym is extremely friendly, approachable, and welcoming. They always take time to answer my questions and provide modifications if needed. The circuit style classes are great. Coaches start by demonstrating all of the exercises to show proper form. Classes are small which is also great because coaches can pay attention to members to make sure they are using proper form. The 6 week challenge is definitely a challenge, but it is doable if you follow the plan. I’d definitely recommend this gym to people who are new to working out and to those who are experienced. The workouts can be modified for those who have mobility issues or injuries and are set up in such a way that even the most experienced people can be challenged by these workouts.
UPDATE:
I successfully completed a second challenge and I still highly recommend this program to anyone who is trying to lose weight. Over the last 2 years I slowly gained about 40lbs, I was in a rut and was overwhelmed with how much weight I had to lose. I was having to buy larger size clothing and was not happy about it. I decided to participate in the 6-week challenge in January in order to start 2018 on the right foot. I successfully completed a second challenge and lost 43lbs and could not be happier. I am still in disbelief; I was able to undo 2 years of weight gain in about 3 months. I am still shocked at my body’s ability to change so quickly. I am much stronger and flexible and am able to complete exercises that I was not able to do in January, I feel so healthy. This weekend I wore jeans I had not worn in 2 years! I highly recommend you try out TFX if you need to lose weight, you will not be disappointed with the results.

There are not enough words to explain how I feel about TFX... So I just want to start off by saying there truly is NO other and I am speaking from experience. Ive tried other bootcamps/gyms and NONE can compare!
I came to TFX not knowing what to expect, only knowing 1 thing for sure is that my mom (who just got done with 2 Challenges) looks great and just can’t stop talking about how much she loves TFX. Before my mom started her 1st Challenge, she asked me if I wanted to do it with her and I kept putting it off and making excuses; I obviously wasn’t ready at that time. As she was coming to her last week, I was starting to feel regret for not doing it with her. So thats when my light bulb went off and I told myself I need to do this; I always put others 1st and forget about myself; I NEED TO DO THIS FOR ME. So I then decided to do my 1st Challenge when my mom did her 2nd. I immediately got in contact with Coach Ale and from there, there was just no going back. I am completely hooked and this is the best thing I could have ever done for myself!
I Just got done with my 1st Challenge and successfully lost my 20 lbs. It honestly is not easy and when they say to FTDI (Follow The Damn Instructions), you better FTDI to the T. The coaches are very experienced and have all gone through it; so everything they do and say, its for a reason. The Coaches and Coordinators are all extremely helpful and supportive. They are all very tentative and are always on top of correcting your form if need-be. They truly do coach you through it all and make sure you’re safe and don’t get hurt in the process. I also love how we always warm-up and have a cool-down at the end.
I am a full time wife, mom, nurse, and student; whats your excuse? This isn’t just a temporary fix, its a lifestyle change! If you are ready to make that leap of faith and feel better mentally, physically, and just all around; Be sure to hit up TFX! I promise you will NOT regret it!
TFX is just an all-around positive environment. How can you not love the Coaches and not get attached to TFX? Its mind-changing and life-changing. TFX has become my new family and home away from family and home. I can come to TFX in a bad mood wether Im upset, in tears, or just had a bad day; but I alwyas leave it atvthe door and always walk in positive and put that energy into my workouts and always leave feeling great with a big smile on my face (never fails). Thats the kind of effect TFX has on me. Thank you again TFX from the bottom of my heart for all that you do and the endless support, love love LOVE you guys!

Joining the Transform FX Fitness bootcamp to take up the 6-week challenge is one of the best decisions I've made! Before starting my challenge, I had no motivation to work out but that changed completely when I started going to the bootcamp. The coaches are AWESOME..they get to know you personally, talk about your goals, motivate and guide you throughout the challenge. This is something that I've never experienced or heard of at other gyms! And I've made a lot of new friends during the challenge! The workouts are different every single day, very effective and make you sweat!! At the end of the challenge I lost 22.6 lbs and feel a lot stronger and motivated to workout. Let me start by saying that this is not your ordinary "gym". I do not like to exercise and I actually look forward to coming here to do it. The trainers and people are amazing! Misreprented what they wanted at orientation. You have to be willing to give up all food besides very very lean protein (the expensive kind), and veggies. Then you have to do both aerobics and circuit training 6 days a week. The last week if the challenge is fish and asparagus only, and the last three days includes a laxative and limited water

When I started my weight loss journey I weighed 300 lbs and was taking heart medication for high blood pressure. I knew a change had to happen in my life because the road I was going down was unhealthy and dangerous. So I did my research and looked around for gym memberships and local boot camps and luckily came across transform fitness in Concord. Of all the ones I checked out, transform fitness was the only one that felt like home. From the original orientation I knew I would be supported and pushed through this life changing process and boy was I right!!!
The amazing coaches drove me to my limit and beyond. Inspired me to do better, try harder, and be open to the idea of not just losing weight but changing my life.
Now twelve weeks later I weigh 241 lbs and feel like a new man!! That's a whopping 59lb drop since I started this journey and the benefits have been amazing!!! I have not only lost inches but have increased my energy, grown my self confidence, and adopted a new lifestyle that's worth pursuing.
This has just been a launching pad for what's to come with my new life and transform fitness has provided me with the motivation and tools to go after it. I'm feeling better about myself nor than I have in a long time and am looking forward to making the most out of this life. I have been motivated to go after a lifelong dream and am currently planning a trip to backpack the Pacific Crest trail from Mexico to Canada and can thank transform fitness and the amazing coaches for making this a possibility!!

Finished up my 6 week challenge over the weekend, this is my third challenge over the past year and a half. I'm happy to report I dropped 23 lbs in only 42 days. I'm ecstatic because going into this challenge I was not sure about my level of motivation, in fact I was nervous. This challenge was especially eye opening since I was close to my goal at the beginning, my personal goal not the 20lb challenge goal. I owe my success to the talks with fellow transformers, our FB support group, the highly dedicated TFX team, and of course the most important aspect: FTDI.
It's been said over and over but this plan works, if you're committed to it. This program sculpted my body in so many ways; I'm leaner stronger, more confident. I'm loving the new me, thanks TFX! I'm ready to continue my journey with you.

Just completed a 3 week weight challenge and met the goal. This place is great. The workouts are challenging but rewarding. Besides the weight loss, I feel stronger. The trainers are very knowledgable and so encouraging. They are attentive during the workouts to correct improper form so as you don't hurt yourself but push you to work as far as you can. They always provide modifications which I really appreciate. I attended different classes almost daily because of my schedule yet never felt out of place. the other participants are very friendly and encouraging as well.

I did two rounds this time around it was more challenging. In my second week i gained weight because I was sick. But I kept going to boot camp and working hard to reach my goal. Dj kept me motivated to keep pushing even on the worst days when I felt like giving up. I am very proud of myself at this moment because I stayed with this program for 12 weeks. January 4, 2016 I started a new journey of my life with Transform FX. I was 285 and high cholesterol. I had tried gym membership and even hired trainers to try and get some of the weight off. At times it seemed more like a second job rather than something fun. Going to Transform FX works are fun and fast pace. I enjoy the trainers and workout programs that they offer. Everyone in the class are willing to help each other along and it's like becoming part of a small family. During the 12 weeks that I was in the challenge I was able to lose 43.6 lbs.

I’ve always had trouble losing weight, so when I found Transform FX boot camp and their 20lb challenge, I thought it was too good to be true. I started my journey on 12/01/15 and I promised myself I would push hard & change my life to be the best I could be for my wedding on 08/6/2016. The initial orientation, while motivational, also left me skeptical of what I was getting myself into, but I took the leap anyway. I didn’t realize what was to be expected of me for diet and exercise. I should have known better before I signed my money away.
WORKOUTS 4 STARS—Let me start by saying that before signing the contract, it would have been nice to know EXACTLY what was expected of me. There are 6 mandatory boot camps per week on-site (or 4 on site and 2 at home) and you’re expected to do 30 minutes a day of cardio 6-days a week, none of which was explained initially.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE WORKOUTS. BEST WORKOUTS I HAVE EVER DONE!! Dionne is an amazing trainer; very motivational and pushes you but doesn't break you like some other classes I’ve taken. She’s not a drill sergeant, but she’s there to push you and correct you if you're not doing the move correctly. Ale is also a great trainer as well; she REALLY pushes you and I love that!
DIET 3 STARS--The diet plan is fairly manageable. I personally didn't have a problem with the food list, but I wish there was more explanation behind the science behind carb cycling, and why certain food items were selected or excluded. I love to learn and this knowledge would be invaluable. More guidance on portion control would have also been helpful. For example, in the program they don’t distinguish between a man or woman who have extreme weight differences and their allotments of protein and portion size.
LAST WEEK—I DO NOT agree with the last week of the program, i.e. “fish week.", whatsoever. You’re only allowed to eat asparagus & white fish. I understand the purpose behind this, but I DO NOT think it's heathy for anyone to CUT weight like this (my fiancé is a boxer & he did something similar when getting ready for a match). The last 2 days you're limited to just 16oz of water…this was an extreme SHOCK to my system & now I’m suffering from kidney pains, for which I had to see a doctor. If I had known this was the expectation when I signed, I would NOT have done the challenge..it was too hard on my body.
MANAGEMENT-Overall, I don’t feel like it’s very organized. I never received a copy of my contract, and the yellow copy of my contract was used to write an essay on the back of the yellow sheet (carbon paper) So there is no way I could’ve taken it. I didn't get a copy till I asked for it which was at the end of my challenge. Nothing was signed by a TFX representative, so technically the contract is null and void, MINOR FAIL.
I found it very confusing to have to contact multiple people regularly, which include texting your coach (you have to text your weight twice per week). There are 3 people you deal with on a daily basis- Ale (Trainer/Manager) Dionne (Trainer) Josh (Challenge Ambassador), and the all have DIFFERENT suggestions and interpretations of the challenger expectations. I got mixed information on multiple occasions. It needs to be better organized; perhaps one 1 designated contact to ensure consistency in communication.
WEIGH-OUT--Lastly, I met my 20 pound goal and lost 22.2 lbs; most of which was the last week. This week was NOT healthy, as I wrote above…the weight comes right back.
Another boot camper and myself, who were in the same challenge, both weighed-in the exact same weight, but she weighed-out more than me and was NOT forced to do a 2nd round. One challenge is hard, but a 2nd challenge is much more difficult, and it feels like this is done to help people to ultimately fail.
CONCLUSION-- I love the workouts but do not like the challenge! If you want a good workout, join as a GYM..but AVOID the challenge.

*Update since I've finished one challenge*This challenge has really changed my life. I know crazy thing to think but non the less it's true. My view and taste for food has changed. I no longer crave the greasy foods or my nemesis pizza! I'm actually wanting to eat my veggies and craving lean meats instead of the regular products. The smell of the buttery and fatty foods are unappealing. Anyways into the process. It was hard you work out six times a week and the food list can feel overwhelming. I almost gave up on week four it was personally getting tough but you know what the Facebook group was there for me and so motivating and encouraging!!! The helped build up my faith within myself. So I continued on with the struggle of the negativity I was allowing myself to consume. And I made it! I lost 24.2 pounds. I'm so thankful for this community. Here's to challenge number two I'm ready and excited for you!

Transform FX Fitness is definitely the best around!! The trainers and staff make sure that you are aware of what it takes to reach your goals in a healthy and life changing way. Not only do they offer fitness training, they provide you with very important nutritional information essential to success. The encouraging and personal service offered is a cut above the rest!! I completed the 6 week boot-camp and EXCEEDED my goals. This is all due to the great trainers/staff and their non-stop communication and motivating spirits! By following the instructions (FTDI) given, I was able to lose 30 lbs during the 6 weeks. Initially, my goal was 20 lbs, but after seeing the initial results, this pushed me to want more and more. Not only do I see the results, but I also feel it. I feel healthier and full of energy. It really changed my output on things! The classes are offered at times that will fit anyone's schedule. The trainers send weekly emails that details the week's exercises and usually include a positive video to guide you through the week. Classes can be scheduled online for your convenience and the Facebook group (consisting of members) is a GREAT help! Informational sessions are offered that provides more information on the boot-camp and gym. I would definitely recommend Transform FX Fitness to anyone who wants to lose weight, meet great people and change their life!!!

I have always tried to "eat healthy", and exercise-walk, jog,gym membership, etc. I always seemed to be wanting to lose a few pounds-but the scales seemed stuck, and my belly fat was not melting!
I heard about Transform FX bootcamp through a friend of mine, and followed her progress and excitement for the program.
I was excited to be accepted for the 6 week challenge at the Baton Rouge location, and even more excited how the plan worked! As long as you follow the directions, success was bound to happen. The encouragement and help from everyone involved was such a blessing, and I never had an idea what a "boot-camp" could be like, but it was a great challenge to mark off my bucket list!!!
I lost over 20 pounds and more than 15 inches, and have maintained that loss! That is the best part yet!! Meal plans were delicious, and the workouts were sweat provoking! I love to sweat! Head to toe, covered in 35 minutes-more energy used and muscle groups worked out in that time, than in my 2 hour walks, or time spent at the gym! A great program, and thankful for the vision God has given Anna and Sean to help others with improving their health and reaching their goals!

At the start of my journey, I was not sure it was even possible or if I could endure everything ahead of me to be successful. I was never very active or exercised in my life. This would be a great change and challenge in my life. I started out very uncoordinated and was not sure I was getting the most out of the exercise routines. But that's when the Awesome trainer would step in and fix my posture and motivate me to continue. I started with five pounds weights which seemed great to me, but as I continued even my strength increased. I started to look forward to my daily exercise routine and eventually became addicted. I did not have a problem with the meal as I have always been a discipline eater when I put my mind to it. I completed two 6 weeks challenges just shy of my 40lb goal. I lost 33.3lbs, but most of all I gained confidence and a new lifestyle. I completed a goal that I never thought was achievable. I met great people and experienced a Great Trainer and Great Business Owners who have your best interest at heart. Anna and Sean and D.J (who I always worked out with) are Amazing and very supportive! DJ pushed me beyond what I thought I could achieve. I am forever grateful for the opportunity.

Updated-I wrote a review about Transform FX Fitness back in June, and I was excited about the program back then, but after just completing a "veterans" challenge, I am ecstatic! I have now lost 50 lbs with the program, and I am super proud of myself. I always wanted to lose this weight, but I never had the willpower. Well with the help of Sean, Anna, and Jordan in Baton Rouge, I have finally lost it! The coaches are very motivating and very supportive. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who wants to lose weight or just tone up. The workouts are fun and challenging, and the nutrition rules are clear and concise. This program really works!!!

I joined the 6 week challenge to jump start my routine and get myself into the right mindset for weight-loss. It's not easy, but with some commitment, it works. The workouts are challenging, but fun. DJ is a great trainer and motivator. With help from the crew and family of fellow-challengers, I have lost 40 pounds so far and I'm going to continue pushing. This is a great place to help you meet your goals and find a great support group.

I have read many fitness/health books and tried many different exercises, but I am a person who needs serious accountability in order to stick with a healthy lifestyle. I have 8 month old twins, and the baby weight was not coming off easily. I could not seem to motivate myself to workout other than a little cardio, and food controlled me. When I heard of the 6-week challenge, I got very excited...hard core workouts, a strict healthy eating plan with no gimmicks, community, and accountability. I thoroughly enjoyed my 6 weeks. I have never been that strict with my eating, nor have I ever pushed myself so hard in workouts. I lost 22 lb and 10 inches in 6 weeks, and am motivated to continue with this healthy lifestyle. Six months ago I had my first child and feel in love with the smallest, cutest, loveable little girl in the world. The problem was I didn’t love myself. I was afraid of failing her and my wife and not seeing the things important in their lives. So I tried Transform FX Baton Rouge just as a way for me to move in any direction away from where I was headed. Now to begin there is a serious support system which is great. The training sessions are hard and taxing but I expected that, but with the support system I was able to make it through. In six weeks I lost exactly 22lbs and I feel great. This is only the beginning for me because I have 57lbs to go, but because of Transform FX Baton Rouge I know I can make it.

Transform FX Fitness Bootcamp has been the best experience. I started this program wanting to get healthy for many reasons. I never in a million years would have imagined I would love going to the gym to workout and eating healthier. In just 6 weeks I am 24.2 lbs lighter thanks to the amazing coaches/trainers and workout partners. One thing about this gym, you never do anything alone. What a difference six weeks makes!!! I had a good feeling about Transform FX Baton Rouge after attending the initial seminar. I was very excited to get started and even more excited when it was finished.
At age 51, I had let my health deteriorate. As a nine time Ironman from age 40 to 49 my fitness was paramount. Heck, it was easy to stay in shape with all of the training. However, when I stopped training for triathlons and got "too busy" with life I quickly gained 30 pounds and got to where I had almost no energy. I even ended up on blood pressure medicine. I tried to get back into training but couldn't find the time or motivation it took to get back the level of fitness that I had lost.
Thanks to Transform FX I'm almost there and it only took 6 weeks!!! The new information that I learned regarding diet and meal planning combined with exercise has made it easy to maintain my new weight of ~200 pounds. I finished the program approximately three weeks ago and, so far, find it very easy to keep the weight off. I have continued with the basic principals and have continued to FTDI!!! I'm excited to say that my energy level is much improved and my motivation is at an all-time high. It feels great to be almost back to my "fighting weight".
Where traditional diet and exercise didn't work for me Transform FX did!!!! I plan to FTDI and work my way toward an Ironman PR!!!

Over a few months ago I was looking at Facebook and saw this post about losing weight for free in six weeks. Of course that caught my eye and I signed up for the orientation. I went to the orientation not knowing what to expect, but that day Sean and Anna and I think a lady named Monica talked to us about the six week challenging. At first I was a little hesitate because of the cost of the program, but deep down inside I knew I needed to change my life. I needed to lose weight to be healthy again. So I signed up and paid the money and I told myself that night I will lose this 20 pounds in six weeks! When Sean called and told me I was accepting into the program I was so happy! I didn’t know what the workouts would be like, so the first boot camp class was a little scary! But after that first week of going to classes with DJ, I was hooked. I loved coming to class and working out with my 6:30pm crew. The bond I have with that crew will be forever! I craved working out! Never in my life would I think me Dacia would crave and long to work out, but I did. The eating was a bit harder for me. The first week I did great, but the weeks to follow I really found it hard for me to eat 5 meals a day.. but it did it. I wanted to FTDI! I never thought in a million years I would enjoy drinking over a gallon of water a day, but I did, guess my body needed it. The last week of the six week challenge by far was my hardest week. Fish and cucumbers five meals a day was a killer, but I did it. Needless to say on my final six week weigh out I did it… I lost 20.6 lbs in six weeks!! I was over joyed and started crying! Over the six weeks I did more than I ever thought I would, so I would like to say thank you both so much for changing my life forever and believing in me! I now believe in myself. This will be something I will never forget and I will always FTDI in everything I do in life.

I entered into the 6 week challenge with one goal in mind. GET HEALTHY. The crew at Transform Fitness helped me do just that. They set a goal of 20 lbs for me, and helped me achieve it. They instructed me on proper nutrition, and showed me simple, but challenging exercises. I enjoyed the 6 weeks of comradery with the other people in the challenge. We all seemed to bond.. i guess we all realized, we are all on this boat together.
I would recommend this program to anyone that is looking to actually make a change in their life. This is simply a positive experience that leaves you with new life skills.

In April of 2015, I weighed 247 lbs. - the most I have ever weighed in my life. I have tried numerous methods and diets to lose weight. Some of them worked but only temporarily and I always ended up gaining the weight back plus a little extra. When I heard about the Transform FX 6 week weight loss challenge, I decided to go for it. This program not only gives you a big incentive by having you put your money on the line, but it also gives you the nutrition information and fitness education that you need to maintain your weight loss. I completed the six week bootcamp at the Baton Rouge location. Before I started my blood sugars were totally out of control. I had not exercised in over 4 years and was totally out of shape. The trainers were very good at helping me modify the workouts to my fitness level. I lost 21.4 pounds in the six weeks but most importantly my blood sugars were back into the normal range without three weeks of starting the program.

When I heard about the challenge I didn't think it could be real. I had planned to start working out and kept saying I would change my diet but I couldn't keep it up. I started the challenge 3 months ago. Going to the classes and getting tips for eating healthy helped me to lose 46 pounds. The group kept me motivated. I completed my challenge at the Baton Rouge location. The trainers are very encouraging. This is a program any one can do (all ages, fitness levels). As long as you come to the workouts and follow the diet plan, you will succeed in losing weight. I have never been one to work out at a facility but here I actually looked forward to the sessions. Everyone is so nice and motivating. They truly want you to succeed! I would recommend this program to any one wanting to lose weight or just get fit. It's a great program.

Since my childhood I was always skinny and can eat and burn calories very easily. As we all experience when getting up in age we tend to not burn as many calories. I have always been around 20 lbs more than my optimum weight for my height and body style. I had tried on my own to loose it with little success and weight swings. My motivation was not there even though I had an exercise room with plenty of equipment.
One day looking on Facebook and saw one of my work colleagues posting that he is at Transform FX. Well curiosity got the best of me and I went to visit him in his office. After a few minutes it was obvious that he was very happy with Transform FX 6 weeks challenge and has been seeing results. At the end of the conversation he invited me as a guest for the next Saturday 9 am workout. I went and did enjoy the workout.
I signed up in the orientation after a detailed explanation of what the program was all about and what is expected of me and from the helpful staff at Transform FX. A detailed booklet was distributed that made my life easier to understand what to do.
First week was a hard on me since I had to change my diet to a fulfilling diet with vitamins and supplements. Results were evident in the first week With weight loss and better energy.
Remaining weeks were a routine that is comfortable with Facebook secret page access to all transformers, cell phone and emails to coaches The workouts at Transform FX were challenging and rewarding with a very experienced coach for 4 days each week. 2 other days I worked out on my own with supplied internet videos. Sunday was off from exercising.
During the last 2 weeks I had lost my 20 lbs and Hubbard around 20 to 22lbs lost. It was not till the last 2 days when I had lost 24 to 25 lbs. My final weigh in was 24 lbs lost.
My conclusion is simple, the program works if you follow the instructions and I definitely suggest it to everyone. Do not struggle on your own, get the motivation of others like you and the experienced coaching you need to be always motivated to "Just Do It".

When I first started Transform FX Fitness I was 206.6lbs and totally miserable and disgusted with myself! Im so thankful for my journey with these fabulous people for helping me change my life for the better! I am now down 36.8 lbs in 9 weeks weighing 169.8, my insulin resistance is finally under control and will soon not need to take any more medication! I am a single mother that works a full time job with two active boys. They play on 3 different baseball teams! Needlesstosay, I thought I didn’t have time to work out. There was never time for “ME”. But you know what, when I weighed myself and saw that I was 150lbs, I knew I had to make a change. I made the decision to join TFX and it was by far the best decision I’ve made not only for myself but for my entire LIFE. It’s a lifestyle change!! Not only did I lose weight, I reached a GOAL and it meant so much for me to see the numbers on the scale go down each time I stepped on it. It was hard work, it was dedication and a lot of the time, it was tempting to eat all the wrong food. But, I FTDI and the weight just started coming off. My first week, I lost a total of 4 lbs. I was in complete shock!! From then on, my mind was set and there was nothing that was going to get in my way!! My final results were a total of 12 lbs lost and 15 inches!!!!!! My wife and I both took the 20 pounds in 42 day challenge. Didn't think we both could be successful. Everyone says it is easier for men to loose weight than women. I have to say, if this was a competition it would have been messured by percentage of weight lost vs. pounds lost. My wife, Amy, lost 20.2 pounds or 12.2% of her body weight and 16.5" and I lost 28.8 pounds or 11.5% of my body weight and 14.75" in 42 days. Although I smoked her on the pounds, she smoked me on the overall percentage.
The effects of the class were more than just weight and inches. I was on blood pressure medication for 6 years. Today 05/05/15 marks 37 days with no blood pressure medication. I check my BP every morning and 116/73 was my reading this morning. Also, my wife is a diabetic and was on an insulin pump taking about 30 units of insulin a day. Today she is off the pump, only takes 10 units at night. Yes you can say she is still on insluin, but not near the amount. The exercise does the body good.
So with all that stated, it's a program that works. If you follow the meal plan, do your exercises, results are in your future. It was a win/win for us.

I started my journey with Transform Fitness Fx Baton Rouge wanting to change my lifestyle, to be healthier & to learn the proper way to go about this change. I wanted to be healthier for my children and for me.
When I weighed in, I was 171lbs, a weigh that I was extremely saddened about bc my scale hadn't tipped that high in over 10 years.
They say if you FTDI, exercise and meal prep, you could lose 20 lbs in 6 weeks. They say it is and has been successful. So, what do I have to lose besides the weigh.
After 6 weeks, I am down 25 lbs and 13.5 inches. I enjoyed my classes and working out. I enjoyed the motivation from the trainers & their willingness to help you when you are/were at a stand still in your journey. I love that fact that they wanted you to meet you goal, just as much as you wanted to meet you goal. I love the family that everyone became.
I recommend this program to any & everyone who's ready to Tranform their life.☺️☺️

I have to say, Transform FX Fitness LITERALLY has changed my life. I have fought weight issues ALL my life … weighing in at a plump 210 lbs. and a size 24 dress when I was a freshman in high school!! I got all my weight off in 1987 and over the years I have struggled with weight issues, but it was MUCH easier to get the weight off in my younger years. I only “thought” I knew how to eat … WRONG! Through this program, I have learned how, what and when to eat certain things. I have pretty much worked out ALL my life but without the proper nutrition, I wasn’t doing myself any good!! I’d lose a few pounds starving and then it would come right back!! My whole body range of motion has tremendously increased and I feel better than I have in QUITE some time. My strength and endurance is un-friggin-believable!!! This program is THE BEST thing going and I am SO happy I made the decision to join the program. Anna, Sean and Jeremy are the bomb!! Awesome coaches who seem to really care about helping people commit, strive and achieve!! I will use the principals I learned for the rest of my life and plan to keep on keepin on. Being a type A personality, I like to see results fast...probably why I could never stick to a diet or exercise program. However, a friend asked me to sign up with her for the Transform Fitness FX in Baton Rouge with a goal of losing 20 lbs. in six weeks...yeah right. In the very first week I shed some pounds and by the second week actually started looking forward to boot camp workouts!!! I started transforms FX fitness boot camp towards the middle of March. I had been trying all types of diet pills along with gym memberships that I never stuck with longer than two months. At one point I was 230 lbs but only 6' 0". I use to suffer from back pains because of my weight along with shortness of breath when bending down. When I heard about this boot camp I felt like this could be the change that I so longed talk about. I admit I was hesitant about joining after seeing the diet menu that we would have to commit too for six weeks. Nevertheless, I knew if I could commit to this and exercise enough that I would lose weight and feel great about myself. So I made the commitment of eating right every day and exercising four days out of the week. Some days I did two sessions back to back with a 30 minute cardio. I found that I lost more weight sticking to the cardio plan that was posted by Anna on Facebook. Towards the fifth week my body starting to plateau and I had to begin carb cycling. I actually gained 1.5lbs on the day I ate carbs with every meal. However, I lost twice as much on the days I didn’t eat any carbs. The staff was excellent and very informative whenever I had questions. Sean introduced me to different supplements that I bought through the program that gave me energy and also balanced my sugar levels. Although, some days I still didn’t have much energy but it was enough to make it all the way through the workout sessions. I think Jeremy is an excellent trainer and made me work for every pound. All of the other trainers pushed each class very hard and made sure that we were keeping up with the exercises and using the correct form. Finally, after six long weeks of eating right and exercising like crazy I lost 27lbs and 2ounces. I surpass the boot camp requirements (20lbs) by 7lbs and also made my personal goal 25lbs. However, I couldn't have done it without my wife who join with me and stood alongside me through the end. So I would like to thank my beautiful wife for being there for me through it all as well as my family, the transformer fitness coaches but most of all my Lord and Savior Jesus, Christ who gives me strength.

I started TFX at 162.0 lbs. After two kids in two years, I was struggling getting that "baby fat" off. I would work out and eat what I thought was healthy and nothing happened. I heard about the 6-week bootcamp program from a co-worker and decided I would attend orientation. I was determined to lose the weight. During my initial weigh-in I received a packet of information, including a food list and at the weigh-in they discussed what was expected of me.
I set out on a journey with determination and motivation. I learned through my 6-weeks not only what foods are "actually" good for me but also what times of day are best to eat the "not so good" I learned how to work out to maximize my results and the best yet was what to do if i plateau. Week after week I saw results.
After 6-weeks of hard work I am down 24.6 lbs and 11.25 inches. I could not have been more proud of myself. I learned some very valuable techniques and tips from my trainers and I am forever grateful as I will utilize those tips in my future fitness decisions.
Finally, no only did I join a team but I gained so many friends!

On February 2, 2015 I started my first six week challenge with Transform FX in Baton Rouge LA at 306 pounds. I didn't think I would lose the weight since I have quit every diet I have ever started, but I made the decision to attend cause I needed to make a life style change. After the first week I started seeing results and felt motivated and as time went on it got easier and easier to plan and prepare meals and to complete the workouts. This is all thanks to the team at Transform FX.
The results were amazing and weight just kept coming off which motivated me even more. I finished the first 6 weeks 29 pounds lighter, so I went on to complete a second boot camp. This time I decided to do two workouts a day and this made me feel so energized.
April 25, 2015 I finished my second six week program and I lost a total of 48 pounds and I feel GREAT!!! A BIG THANK YOU to Anna, Sean and especially Jeremy for pushing me every day and making me do the exercises correctly. This program is such a huge success and I would recommend it to anyone looking to make a change. I have now changed the way I eat by portion control, choosing healthier foods and my activity by doing regular workouts. Thank you to the entire team at Transform FX you have changed my life!
