Itβs a huge basketball court and has all workout equipment. For a place as small at Treasure Island itβs pretty nice.

I would not recommend going here regularly for working out with gym equipment because their hours are extremely unpredictable and it seems like they are closed more often than they are open. They provide very last-minute updates regarding major changes in schedule, such as randomly closing early for the day or being closed for longer than a week at a time. Do not rely on using this space regularly because you simply cannot due to it always being closed.

A small YMCA in Treasure Island. Went for fencing competitions couple of times. Great place to watch SFO skyline on treasure island enroute YMCA.

Almost always closed for the gym and extremely unreliable. Today is Monday 7/24 at 2:30pm and they are closed. No gym access!! Why? Operation hours are until 6:30p

A little dingy, but for gathering for a fencing tournament this place is fine. Perfect convenient location between East Bay and San Francisco to hold an event.

Good place to watch kids play basketball. However the coed bathroom is questionable...a young girl using the same bathroom with a grown man doesn't sit right with me.

YMCA for the people on the island and it's free and open to anyone that wishes to come over there and work out play basketball lift weights run on the treadmill
