Great team of coaches! Classes are fun and hard work. They not only encourage the athletes with respect and enthusiasm but also inspire them with their own example. I have noticed positive results with my children with the speed and agility program, they are happy and enjoying the training.

I have finally found a place where I feel supported by the trainers and as well as my fellow classmates. I get exactly what I need out of each class and I can feel it making a difference in workouts. Tiffany and her staff make it fun and worthwhile for the time you are putting in that work. I'm only 2 classes in and can't wait for the next one!

A great gym! As a busy mom, I really appreciate getting a productive workout in just 45 minutes. Coaches are really supportive and help address form if needed. I love the community of people who attend here. Feels family like.

Great for helping sedentary kids get in shape as well as helping athletes take it to the next level. Classes are very inclusive, kids are comfortable around each other, and there is a wide array of body types and abilities. My child is not usually a fan of classes or certain organized sports, but has really flourished here. Coach Tiffany is fantastic with the kids and has really cultivated an atmosphere of inclusion and support. When we joined almost two years ago, it was mid-pandemic, which means there were no organized sports happening at the time, and my former active child had been somewhat sedentary for a while and was getting a little soft. Since then he has leaned out and built muscle, which he is very proud of! These are kids so it obviously wouldn't work if they weren't having fun at the same time, which she is able to incorporate in the middle of actually getting some great cardio and strength training done at the same time. Highly recommend.
