My health journey started with eating clean. The biggest change came from going to the gym. Not knowing where to start, proper form and routine, I was able to stick to a consistent program with Eddie and Marlene’s expertise, support and guidance. It’s been life changing, motivating and feeling great in my 50’s. Pictures are the difference of 2.5 years of hard work and discipline. I had a lifetime of bad habits to change. Awsome Fitness Center!!! I started after I got really sick from Covid. I was so weak. I started going with Tri Fitness and I feel AMAZING!! I have more energy, feel better about my self and my lungs have got so much stronger!! I have dropped 10% body fat. Trainers are great! Positive energy always!!

My path to fitness has been challenging for quite some time now. Having struggled with weight gain and complications from Multiple Sclerosis like muscle weakness, depression and chronic fatigue getting the energy to work out is never always easy.
Since joining TriFitness I've loved my results!
