I love the group classes with Melissa. I've been attending for a few years now and always look forward to the fun, exercise and challenge. I feel stronger, more flexible and healthier knowing that I started my day with a workout. Melissa's classes are made for everyone; she adapts each exercise for all the levels represented in class. The 50 minute workouts are the prefect length and include a full body workout with weights, resistance, cardio, etc. Each day is a little different and challenges me in a new way. I actually look forward to working out. Something I never thought I'd make a priority is now something I look forward to and plan on doing for a LONG time! As we age, the importance of movement, flexibility, weight resistance training becomes even more important! Thank you Melissa and Tri Valley trainer for keeping me healthy!

I highly recommend this place for your fitness goals. The owner/trainers are very knowledgeable and use thoughtfully-planned exercise sequences to meet your goals in just 45 minutes a day. They pay attention to your form and execution so that you get the best result in less reps, and you learn the tools you need to do the exercises correctly at home, on vacation, etc. I was in the Club High Noon class for 3 months and am now in the morning/evening classes. This gym has a comfortable vibe with nobody yelling at you to do more reps, they actually want you to rest if your heart rate is very high or you feel lightheaded, and they don't play weird dub-step or EDM at intolerable volumes here. It's just relaxed and fun, and that makes it easy to come back several times a week. This may not be a large, fancy gym with a climbing wall, pool and sauna, or lots of fancy equipment, but the focus is on getting to your goals. You can't get onto a treadmill, put your earphones in, and zone out on the TV here; this is a place where whether you are taking a class or getting personal training, you are getting the attention you need to make results happen.

I've been attending the small group workouts at TVT for a bit over 15 months now. As a fitness backbencher, my prior attempts to exercising have been short lived. I love the group workouts at TVT. Melissa mixes up the workouts. Last week, I realized that the whole set was brand new - every day there's a new variant of an exercise. There are variants to each exercise based on your fitness level as well. Melissa is also very lively, present and funny and makes the class enjoyable. I've also taken a few individual training sessions from Melissa and learned a lot from that.

My fitness has improved significantly and that has allowed me to enjoy biking, hiking and other activities quite immensely.

Dan is amazing. He's the uber fitness geek. I've attended the "lean online" sessions run by Dan and learned tools to manage my diet towards a healthy and balanced diet. Dan pointed out the deficiencies in my vegetarian diet and I started losing weight regularly once diet was changed.

TVT has been a great addition to my life. I eagerly look forward to the 4-5 sessions I have each week. For the first time in my life, I look forward to exercising. That's quite a change.

I highly recommend TVT for folks of all levels of fitness. TVT will change your life!

2 months ago my shoulders were so messed up my range of motion was practically zero and I wasn't able to sleep well on either side. Dan understood I needed to stretch things out and work on additional muscle groups. Thru a very deliberate process, he's gotten me back to form and helped me understand and incorporate a much better and more balanced exercise regimem! Great Stuff !

I have been training with Dan at Tri Valley Trainer for over 6 months and it has been a great experience. I am quite active and have tried many different kinds of training before. Dan's training, however, has been the most effective and efficient and fun. He customizes the training according to my needs and each and every week the exercises are different and thus never get boring. He has a wonderful way to motivate and the atmosphere in the studio is very welcoming. I am very happy to have found them.

I have been scheduling 2 private sessions a week with Dan for over 2.5 years. I believe I have very high expectations of a private training session: a full body workout, creativity to maintain interest, sense of satisfaction (tired and sore, but no pain) at the end of each session, great health advice and discussion without feeling bullied, someone thoughtful and bright, clean and safe environment and equipment, and a full session at a reasonable cost. I had to leave my last trainer who met these requirements due to a move, but was fortunate to find Dan who does the same. I know that I think, feel, look, and live better because of my sessions with Dan.

I've trained with Dan from Tri-Valley trainer for off and on several years. When I work out with him consistently, I see changes in the way I go through my every day tasks. I feel more energetic through the day, and my neck and shoulders are not tight and sore at the end of the day. And I look better, of course! He brings a calm presence, a completely non-judgmental outlook and a positive, "you can do it" attitude that strike just the right note. His personalized work-out plans that help you with any body issues you have are great - and I've had problems everywhere!

In short, you should call and talk to them! If I didn't live an hour away, I'd be working out with Tri-Valley trainer now!
