Tribe’s Semi Personal training has been life changing for me. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS and began rapidly gaining weight and struggled to lose it on my own. Before tribe, I tried many different workouts, personal training etc but never saw results and quit quickly.
I joined tribe in May 2025 and in September 2025 I am down 27 pounds. The coaches and the semi-personal training has allowed for me to learn the form, work out well, and focus on STRENGTH not being “thin”. Since joining I feel stronger and my confidence has improved greatly. The coaches challenge you but ensure you’re working out properly and avoid any injuries. I no longer loathe working out but feel excited to challenge myself each class.

This place makes it easy to show up. The workouts are solid, but it’s the people that keep you coming back. It really feels like everyone knows your name - and cares. It’s supportive, consistent and has made a real impact on both my fitness and mindset.

I started SPT in Feb/March of this year after losing 7 lbs. during the Red Carpet Challenge in Jan!
I have routinely worked out 4-6 days a week in my adult life; training for half marathons, doing boot camp classes, pilates, etc. and in this year alone, I've lost ~13 lbs. and gone down two pant sizes. The remarkable part is that I am actually working out less than I was before, am experiencing less back pain, and all from following the nutrition plan provided me through the program and through the excellent coaching provided to me by Tribe's knowledgeable and encouraging staff.

I’ve been a member of Tribe since October 2024, and have had much better results than I’ve had at any other gym. I started with the 6-week challenge, then carried on with a mix of semi-private training and group sessions. I spend most of the time at the Columbus St location, but really like how the Union St location is tailored towards private and semi-private sessions.
The game-changer for me has been the coaching – for nutrition, movement, and accountability. All of the trainers and other members are super friendly, and there’s a real sense of community.
Highly recommend if you want to get back into working out, or you have a specific goal in mind you’d like help reaching.

I've been doing semi-private training with Tribe for more than 4 years. Tribe is very member and community focused. I always feel welcome here. The coaches are professional, helpful, and caring! I've learned how to engage the right muscles and avoid injuries, which was my primary concern with workouts.
It's not just about the weights - they also have sessions that focus the small muscles we don't use every day. This has helped me connect more with my body and improve my overall stability, mobility, and functional strength, rather than just focusing on lifting heavier weights. Thanks to the foundations I built through Tribe, I'm pretty confident about trying different exercises myself!

Tribe isn't just a gym it's a community. The team is caring and truly looks out for your growth and health. I've been doing semi privates and privates for a few years now. The training has allowed me to gain more confidence and feel stronger. I can now deadlift more than my body weight! Tribe has been a central part of my health routine for the last 4 years. The semi-private training is amazing - you work out with 3 other people and receive very helpful feedback from the trainers. I love working out with Quinn and Erica! The group classes are also effective, high-energy, and give a great sense of community. I love Tribe Fit Row. Overall, resistance/weight training is very important for long-term health, and Tribe does this training very well. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Tribe! The program is fantastic, and I've already seen amazing results in just 6 weeks—gaining 2lbs+ of muscle and losing 10+lbs of fat. But the best part is the boost in my energy and mood! After a tough postpartum, joining Tribe was the best decision I made.
The coaches are incredibly supportive, encouraging, and make sure everyone feels welcome in this no-judgement zone. I really appreciate how they also guide me with my nutrition to support my goals.
Another huge plus is their session booking system. I don’t have to commit to the same time slot each week, which gives me the flexibility to book around my schedule.
I’m excited to continue with Tribe and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get stronger, healthier, and happier!

I've been doing semi-private personal training and tried a bit of personal training with Tribe since the pandemic started. And it's been the one consistent workout each week for me ever since. I never feel that getting anything less being at home on Zoom. I love the Tribe community and so wish I could be up in the Bay Area with them, but I moved back to SoCal. Love the Palladino-King brothers and the community they've created, and that they do care for the well-being and improvement of their clients.

My experience with Tribe’s personal training and semi-private personal training is nothing short of spectacular. Each workout is curated to your personal goals and abilities. The coaches meet you exactly where you are and walk with you every step of the way to better health, strength, flexibility and confidence. The semi-private training is a fun way to build community and connection and has always been the highlight of my week. I've been training at Tribe for about 3 years now - 1 year doing Personal Training, 2 years doing Semi-Private Personal Training. I started at Tribe at a unique time in my life, and all of the trainers helped me to transform my relationship with fitness. Not only did I lose about 20 pounds in the first six months, but I continue to feel stronger both mentally and physically.
