Это очень крутое место!! Детям предоставляется огромный выбор разных занятий для их физического здоровья. Сегодня мы были на бесплатном пробном уроке Tiger Tag.

EDIT: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Wish I could give 100 stars. My child has learned SO much. I see visible improvements in her gross motor skills, listening to directions, confidence, all the skills at toddler needs to learn. The staff is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ we’ve had a couple of makeup classes and every instructor is extraordinarily fantastic in their unique way. We have graduated to coach Anissa’s class. She is so fabulous just like Coach Molly. Lauren, the owner is also the best! She also teaches!! Their love and passion for what they do is contagious and inspiring.
We LOVE LOVE LOVE TRICKS! So proud the be a Tricks family!
Just took my child here for her first day with coach Molly. This place is AMAZING. The staff are amazing! It is immaculately clean, the staff and the owner are so kind and welcoming, and the class was so much fun I had a hard time getting my child to leave. It’s rare where you find a place where you can tell that everybody involved is super passionate and happy to be there (and at 9am!). My family and I are SUPER excited to be long time members. It’s all good vibes and good fun at TRICKS gym.

My daughter has been going to this gym for 3 years. She is on the spectrum before gymnastics we tried swimming, soccer, and even another gymnastic school it was not a good fit. When we arrive at tricks Her teacher coach Raey welcomed my daughter in a very warm and kind way. My daughter was incredibly distracted in the beginning but, coach Raey is always very patient with our daughter and professionally knows how to manage her class. Been watching Coach Raey for three years. How she works with kids I can confidently say she is one of the greatest if not the best coaches/teachers I’ve ever seen there. It’s the only place I feel confident and safe when Coach Raey is there to leave my daughter at so I can enjoy a little break when; they have the kids night out or the camps I know my daughter is in good hands. My daughter loves going to tricks! :)

Unfortunately I had to give one star due to a recent traumatic experience this past Thursday on 1/23/25 during the 6:45pm-7:30pm class. It was with a coach that goes by the name “Ray” she is not my daughters coach and was not subbing for her session she was filling in for the littlest ones who usually are right next to my daughters class. Anyways, all was going well until the last couple minutes of class my daughter and another little girl were in the foam pit enjoying themselves mind you there was about 2 to 3 minutes left. Our coach Bella was about to stamp the girls like she always does in a playful manner she walks up the ramp where the foam beam is out of no where Ray rushes over screams at the top of her lungs so I guess everyone in the entire building can hear as if she already doesn’t speak loud enough to two little girls mind you they are 3,4,5 year olds and says very rudely get out of the foam pit get out yourself and respect your coach. From my understanding the kids always listen to Bella and follow instructions there’s never been an issue with that. Mind you before she screams at the kids she forcefully pulls Bella down from the ramp which was way out of line for putting her hands on her co worker. Before this I witnessed her aggressively pull a little girl by the arm and forcefully sit her down all because she wanted to give her water bottle to her dad I thought that was a little odd but proceeded to mind my business and focus on my own child. First of all my daughter was not in her class she was not focused on her little ones instead she was focused on Bella and what she was doing she walked away from her class to stick her nose some place it didn’t belong for no reason. My daughter loves coming here and usually the experience is great just not that time I don’t know what Rays problem is and or was but needs to be very careful speaking to peoples kids in such manner especially when it’s not even necessary. I hope this isn’t taken lightly and is addressed for future reference for the children’s and staff safety.

My daughter attended tricks for about 9 months before she was finally advanced to the next class , their school age program. Her class specifically had inconsistent instructors . The instructors that were present weren’t welcoming especially to my high energy 6 year old. There was times when my daughter would sit to the side by herself and not instructor would check on her resulting in her losing out in 20 minutes of class time one day. When I went up to the front desk to speak to other staff in regards to the situation .I had a conversation with one of the owners. I expressed to her my feelings of how the staff needed more training to work with kids that are high energy . Also ,tailoring to their abilities , learning styles, and capabilities. She stated that they are not an ABA company and they do not specialize in working with kids with disabilities. I was taken back since disabilities wasn’t referenced on my end. Regardless , they should have staff that is empathetic for ALL KIDS . Due to the billing cycle, I already paid for three remaining classes for that month. I decided to skip out on those three classes because I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say my family and I did not feel welcomed.

Well let's just say when you are going to put out that kind of money for your kid to learn gymnastics to help them burn off energy and it's 15 minutes before they do anything to start and then they move around but really don't do anything I recorded the whole thing. Now you're saying I can talk with the instructor what would you like me to tell her she's doing a bad job I'm unhappy with her unenthusiastic course she gave my daughter or explain to her that I didn't had to go home and try to find something for my daughter to do because she was all wound up from sitting in gymnastics purposely post review so you can get what's going on there and then you leave it on me to take care of it's your business how about you take care of it. I mean I could find better things for my daughter to do that's actually going to let her get her energy out. Thank you have a good day.

Tricks Sac has the friendliest teachers and staff as well as a safe and fun gym for kiddos. My daughter has flourished and become so social in her classes. The teacher is always very gentle with my daughter during class and has even caught her and saved her from taking some scary spills. Thank you Tricks Sacramento for making sure my daughter is safe and for teaching her valuable skills!

Unprofessional management, unprofessional teacher. My child left in tears and had nightmares from the incident. I spoke with the manager and we went into circles about how the teacher manhandled my child and the manager kept trying to tell me the teacher's side of the story. Her dad was right behind her, if the teacher needed my daughter to vacate the play area, she could have simply SPOKEN to my husband instead of putting her hands on my child. We always tell children to use their words, the teacher is a grown adult and supposed to be a child professional. Yet, she couldn't use her words and speak to another adult about what she needed. There is no reason, whatsoever, that would excuse what the coach did. She did not need to touch my child nor forcibly remove her when her father was there. He would've gladly done it had the teacher simply communicated what she needed.
The manager talked to me about how she wasn’t trying to take sides. This isn’t about sides. This is about a parent complaining about a way a teacher/coach touched her child and how both parents didn’t want their child to be touched/handled that way. Period. End of conversation. How would you like it if a teacher/coach put hands on your child and you told management that you didn’t like it and instead of saying I’m sorry, this shouldn’t have happened. We’ll talk to the teacher, they refused to take ownership of the situation and refused to respect the parents wishes.
The manager told me she would always support the teachers/coaches. Which is great for them, not for my 3 year old child who had nightmares all night.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Tricks! We have been going there for nearly a year and ever since the first encounter when I wanted to enroll, I’ve been given the most amazing customer service! They have a long waitlist, and it is clear why. They give impeccable care and service to their students and their families.
Ever since we have started, my children are greeted at the door by name, and so am I. That is pretty rare for people to remember an entire family’s name, but they do!
We started off with two of my three children attending classes but since my youngest turned 18 months, he has been able to attend the Toddler Class to and it’s his favorite day of the week! He absolutely loves his teacher Coach Catie and I love how the activities in the class are so well planned out, and the children stay busy and engaged, all while learning the entire time.
My daughter is in the gymnastics class and she enjoys it so much! She has had a few different teachers but they have all been so wonderful and she has learned so much, and become much better coordinated with her movements.
My older son is in TAG. He started out in Tiger Tag and absolutely loved it. He has recently been promoted to Warrior Tag and was nervous about the switch to a higher level. He was having a meltdown on the first day of his new class and it was really hard to convince him to go into class. The entire team at Tricks was very understanding and patient, and three different coaches took the time to try to calm him down and help him through his anxiety. I was in tears seeing him anxious like that and trying to reason with him wasn’t working, but Coach Rae, Coach Jeevan and Coach Evan were all extremely kind, loving and patient with him, and he was able to get through it. I could not be more grateful for the kindness we experienced that day.
There’s so much more to say but I think I’ve made it clear. This place and it’s staff are amazing and we will definitely be coming here for years to come.

My son started with Tricks when he was 4 as a Tumble Bunny. He quickly was transferred to Tiger TAG (our desired class) and remained there for a year. He took a break from TAG until he was 6 1/2 when he rejoined as a Dragon and has gone through the “graduations” to become a Warrior, and now, a Samurai. We have been with Tricks for a total of almost 3 years and see a log future ahead of use here.
During our sons time with Tricks we have noticed so much progress. His ability to follow direction, his self confidence and social skills are better because of TAG.
He absolutely loves his instructors (Lauren, Nate, and Jason, to name a few) and all the friends he has made.

Tricks in Sacramento is such a great place!!! The staff is very friendly and very family oriented! I have had all 3 of my children in both gymnastics and dance! Ms. Jasmine has been so awesome helping my little one with dance! We have other children parti6in other classes, and when she sees us she makes it a point to come talk to us and check in on her little student! Tricks also have an awesome "Ninja Warrior" type class call TAG which has done wonders helping build my daughter's strength and even helped her overcome some fears! I highly recommend this place for your extracurricular activity needs for your little ones!

I have been bringing my kids here for 5 years and I have never, ever experienced a teacher that didn't care about my kids. They have this way of making my kids feel like they are so special. Aside from the physical aspect, I really wanted a place where my kids are praised for being themselves. I have taken breaks from Tricks to try other places but always come back. They have formed a place in my children's hearts and have made so many new friends here. Great place for your little ones!!

I remember this place as a kid. I loved it. Now my children come here every week. My son does gymnastics and my daughter is in a dance class. Very friendly, energetic staff. My kids learn quite a bit actually. It's fantastic for coordination development. My only issue is the carpet! Berber carpet may look clean after minimal effort but it hides so much dirt. It needs to be thoroughly deep cleaned regularly. It is not maintained to the standard I have always expected from this business. Wish I could give a higher rating but this is an issue that needs attention first.

My two kids (age 2 and 5) go here and have a great time. As a former gymnast myself, I get the sense from watching the older kids that it's more of a "fun" experience rather than a "competitive" mentality. So, if you have a truly skilled athlete who hopes to compete at a high level, I don't think this is the place for you. But if you have younger kids just looking to have fun and burn off some energy, I highly recommend it. My son ADORES Miss Annie.

I myself go there, and to be perfectly honest, I hate it. They have no respect for any of the actual children enrolled, they treat everyone like a six year old. The teachers rarely help anyone, just tell them to try again next time. How is someone supposed to get better at something with no help? The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting the same result, and this is exactly what they do at Tricks. Therefore, by definition, the place is insane.

Absolutely horrible customer service that looks for ways to make you loose money. With 2 kids enrolled in 1x per week classes and phone call in advance that my kids would not be there, they continue to tell me i cant use my childrens 3 make up classes a piece unless they are still enrolled? Meaning i have to pay another months worth of tuition just to use the classes i paid for last month. Worthless classes and a huge waste of my time. Do not go here. Go to fliptastic down the street.

Tricks at 4440 Marconi Avenue Sacramento, CA
Worst customer service ever, by their manager, Sam. Sam openly admitted that they cannot do anything for customer service. Running a business needs a multifaceted approach, and leadership, and ownership of misunderstandings and failures is one thing, Sam could use some help with.
My daughter wanted to try a different class in the beginning of her class, so we wait listed her. She learned to enjoy the class she was in. However, when a spot opened up, and Sam called my daughters, mom, there was supposed to be a conditional acceptance. If my child liked the class the switch would be complete if not, she would revert to the previous night. Instead they made the full switch, and my child could not return to the previous class.
While on the phone, Sam, admitted there may have been a misunderstanding, by her staff, and said there was nothing she could do about it. I asked her to potentially call the parent that took the spot in the previous class, and she said that she wouldn’t do that, but I am more than welcome to come in and ask the parent..
She continued to cite, the fire code, eluding to the fact, that a fire code was more important than customer service.
In essence, admitting potentially that her staff made an error, and not offering to do anything about it, further underscores that running a business is also about quality customer service. We have been going to tricks off and on for the past decade, and have always loved it. We would continue to go there, if they knew a thing or two about customer service...
My child has cried and this has created a source of contention among the family as well. All the while, Sam saying, there isn’t anything they can do about it…

I wish I could say we misunderstood, but we were flat out lied to by the staff at Tricks Gymnastics. I have voicemails and documentation that my daughter was to attend her first Combination Class On February 7, 2015 at 9:00am.
My child screamed, cried, and was inconsolable even stating herself, “Bad people lied to me!” She is very intelligent for her age having started full-time public elementary campus preschool at only 2 years old. She knew she was supposed to be in a class that included tap & tumbling and when she discovered she was not getting the opportunity to tumble nor tap, she became very upset. I am extremely disappointed that we were actually lied to and my daughter was so distraught.
I specifically chose your facility because of the option for the Combo Class: pre-ballet, tap and basic tumbling. I called and discussed the Combo Class on 2/3/15 with 3 separate staff members to ensure of the details before enrolling my child. On 2/5/15, I again discussed the details of the Comb Class with another staff member.
On 2/6/15, I received a detailed voicemail stating quote “Combination Class at 9am on Saturday, 2/7/15.”
Also, I was further mislead by staff when I received my Contract on 2/9/15 which in writing states the class attendance times for the remaining Saturdays in February (2/14, 2/21 & 2/28) are at 9:30AM. This is another lie by your staff. Even her registration name tag, further documentation, indicates the Combo Class is at 9am.
Your staff have made several falsifications and upper management should be made aware of the liars they employ.
We will not continue any classes beyond the pre-enrolled 2/28 date. This notice serves that we will not be paying for any future services and that you are not authorized to charge us for any future enrollment (ie. no billing on 2/25/15.)
Sincerely,
