Our focus is to teach the Lagree Fitness Method the way it was designed to be taught by Sebastien Lagree. Our instructors consistently teach an intense, effective and safe workout on the Megaformer. The Lagree Fitness Method is taught on an exclusive technology developed by fitness visionary, Sebastien Lagree.

I absolutely love Trim! I truly couldn’t imagine getting stronger and fitter any other way. The classes are challenging in the best way, the studio is always clean and welcoming, and the energy is amazing.
Kellie is one of my favorite instructors—she’s motivating, supportive, and really knows how to push you while keeping the vibe fun. But honestly, every instructor I’ve had has been fantastic.

I took my first class with Simi, and as a beginner, I really appreciated how she explained everything step by step and guided me patiently. Trim Fitness Studio in Brea has truly changed my life—one slow, shaky, and sweaty move at a time! This LaGree method workout is the hidden gem I didn’t know I needed. I was lovingly dragged here by a fellow yogi and fitness buddy who said, “You just have to try this.” Fast-forward 52 classes in 7 months, and now I’m the one telling everyone else the same thing.
As a mom of three (yep, twins included!), I thought I’d tried it all—yoga, running, weights—but nothing ever touched my core like this. My posture is better, my rib flare is finally improving, and my confidence is shining brighter than ever. The 45-minute classes fly by, but don’t be fooled—they are intense, effective, and somehow super fun. Plus, it’s all low impact, which makes my knees very happy.
I go twice a week and genuinely miss it when I can’t make it. It’s strengthened my body, boosted my mood, and even enhanced my yoga practice. The instructors are welcoming and encouraging, the energy is amazing, and… let’s just say the peach has officially popped.
Trim isn’t just a workout—it’s a full-body love letter. Go. You’ll thank yourself.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so welcoming and very helpful. Even if you’re a beginner they don’t make you feel bad for being confused for the first couple of classes. They are always willing to help and motivate you. I’ve been coming here for a couple of classes now. Every instructor is different and amazing in their own way so I say try all. So far my favorites are Kelly M. and Clarissa!

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have become part of the Trim Tribe! I consider myself a very active person and am truly humbled each time I take a class. I am now in my 40's and have had 3 children but thanks to Trim, I do not think I have ever been as strong as I am now. I was suffering from more than a year of knee pain from running and cycling when I discovered Trim. Because it is low impact and really targets core and unilateral strength training, I have been able to get back to my cardio routine without pain. I've been going to the studio for almost a year now and I still find it a great fast, efficient, and effective workout. It is low impact and is both cardio and strength workout. Although not as much cardio as a run. All the instructors are wonderful and have their own set of routines so it's not the same workout day to day. Some are more hands on that others to help with form but still all helpful.
Availability is anywhere from 5:30 am to 6:30 pm and 45 min a class, popular times get booked early but there is a waitlist that you can often get on if you are the first 3 waitlisters.
These classes are great for booty, abs, legs. They also work out upper body but I'd say a bit more dedicated to lower body and abs.

A terrific place to work out! Excellent teachers, great class times, and plenty of parking. Classes are small, you never get bored because the classes are always different, and Lagree is a great method to workout.

I LOVE TRIM! Joining the Trim community has changed my life. Since my first time back in June, I have been addicted and regularly visit 3 times a week as part of my regular schedule. I usually do light strength training, but I currently opt for Trim’s full body workouts during this extremely busy time in my life. Coming here has skyrocketed my motivation and has helped me become the strongest version of myself. Although I show up for the challenge and give all of my efforts, it wouldn’t be the same without the amazing, knowledgeable, and kind-hearted women who are our instructors. I always train with Kelly N, Jill, and Lauren W as they are my favorite ladies. The energy and motivation they bring to the room along with their unique styles of teaching has made the experience for me, and is why I would choose Trim over any other fitness studio. They truly do make you feel at home and are proud to see everyone become stronger. I would highly recommend Trim to anyone who wants to better themselves just by showing up and giving their all 🩷

I have been going to Trim for a few years now. What I love about the workout is that it targets muscles that you don’t target doing regular strength training. Even though I have been doing it for a long time, it is still a very challenging workout each time I go and never seems to get easier. The instructors are all so sweet and play awesome music to get you through the workout. It is an amazing full body 45 minute workout.

For the first time in my life, I have core strength and some resemblance of a waistline. I'm less than 6 months in with trim and I am obsessed with this workout. So much so that I am waking up for 530am classes!
All the instructors at this studio are amazing. They all have their individual styles and it's nice to be able to mix it up. But regardless of which instructor I take a class with, I leave with a great workout, shakey legs, and sore muscles all over.
I am so grateful to have found a workout and studio that I love! So thankful for this amazing trim tribe!

This studio has been life changing for me, the Lagree method is low impact but gets directly to the muscle fibers when the moves are done correctly. That leads me to the instructors, who have been absolutely incredible! They take the time to make sure each person is addressed. Class sizes are small and manageable for the instructors. I've been going to Trim now for about a year and absolutely LOVE it, I never felt like the gym was for me, and when I started coming to trim I knew it was the place for me! It's challenging but I always leave feeling confident and looking forward to my next visit.
My personal favorite instructor is Mayra, but all the instructors i've had have been knowledge and encouraging! Highly recommend trying Lagree at least one time!

It’s been about 2 years since I last worked out and 6 months postpartum. Trim has honestly brought me back to life! The workouts are super challenging but it’s also considerate of those with injuries. I canceled all my other gym memberships cause I felt like I got more out of these classes than an hour at the gym.
I love the staff. Mayra was my first instructor and she’s been my favorite! Super welcoming and every instructor makes an effort to learn your name and motivate you during class. I do a lot better in class environments and having someone constantly talking. The mood is always upbeat and positive and I’m excited to continue coming!

Love coming here! It's easy to get to, great parking and small and cozy studio. The instructors get to know you by name and all the instructors are great! In the middle of this 45 min you might wish you didn’t come but at the end it’s all worth it. They push you hard and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone. Lauren is great and always gives you the adjustments to check your form which is helpful to maximize results!

I love Trim! The idea of group fitness always intimidated me but all of the instructors are so nice and welcoming that any nerves or anxiety I had went out the door right away. One of the best lagree studios ever! I was visiting family in Brea for about a month, so I decided to become a short term member here. And wow, how I wish I had a Trim near where I’m from.
The instructors are fabulous, and the workout is second to none. I’ve been to many lagree studios, but this one takes the cake for truly being beginner friendly. The instructors are great with corrections (verbal and hands on), cues, and explanations.
The next time I find myself in Brea, I will absolutely be back at Trim.

Just started taking classes at Trim and I’ve absolutely loved making this part of my workout routine! Before this I only ever weight lifted at the gym so starting lagree and learning a whole new style of working out was daunting but the instructors here are so nice and welcoming and have made it so much less intimidating. Has definitely challenged my body in new ways and helped me feel less stagnant in my routine. I’ve only tried Lauren and Hannah’s classes so far but both are amazing! Can’t speak highly enough about this studio :-)
