Okay so I am not one to ever leave reviews but this is one l have to rave about! So I have been trying to get the courage up to join a gym for years after covid 2020 when they shut down the gyms and I never returned. ( (Mind you I was going 5 days a week to orange theory, not an easy gym...) so I have been missing being healthy not only for my health but my mental state and I have seen Trina's boot camp in Redding for years and I was always like I can't do a place like that o will die... well I was fed up in August and I said scare yourself and try something so out of your comfort zone because let's be honest walking thru gym doors sounds awful... so I did a walk in class not knowing anyone or how much it was and let me tell you it was hard, but it was motivating, it was such a great workout that at the end of class I immediately joined I couldn't wait to see what the next class was about.. So if anyone out there is trying to find a place where they belong or can burn off stress and get results you didn't know you could get join this bootcamp! Try a class I promise you, you will want to come back for more!!! Bonus points it's all women which I love and they are so kind and friendly and welcoming!!! So happy I took that scary first step and walked thru the doors!
Also Trina is extremely knowledgeable with nutrition and if you are looking to add supplements to your daily life she is your gal!!

I have taken Trina’s circuit training for the last three months. The environment is very positive and encouraging. She helps you work towards your fitness goal and will offer modifications if needed to help you get started. If you are looking for a place to workout with other women in a positive and encouraging environment, I highly recommend you give her classes a try!!

I have been going to Trina’s for about a year now and it was the best decision that I have made doe myself. I have never been more confident, and I feel great and I feel strong! Trina‘s workouts are amazing, she is motivating and inspires me to work harder. The environment is fantastic, I Like the camaraderie of all of the ladies, and I feel very supported and my fitness journey. I highly recommend Trina’s Bootcamp!!

Trina's Boot Camp & Training provides a very lively, fun and motivating environment to work out in. Trina and all the gals who attend are very supportive and encouraging of one another — I have shoulder, knee and back injuries, requiring me to modify several exercises to ensure my body’s safety from any further injury. I never feel judged or pressured to do more than is right for my body. Workouts are always different and very challenging. Despite my modifications, I am always still pushed in the best way and have an extremely rewarding workout! You will never leave one of Trina’s classes feeling like it was easy and you didn't get your money’s worth!

I’ve been going to Trina’s Bootcamp for a little over a year consistently. I love her HIIT and strength training workouts. It is never the same workout, and for me, variety is essential. I am not a gym rat, never have been and never will be. A regular gym has always felt like a form of punishment and something I have never been successful at. The environment Trina creates at Bootcamp and her Circuit Training is one of encouragement and support, Not only does Trina support you in your journey to health so does an amazing group
of ladies! The classes are challenging but well worth it.

She is kind and supportive, but will push you to do things you didn't know you were capable of. I went from size 16 to size 4, lost 68 pounds in one year and have maintained it successfully. I have also met an amazing group of women who are supportive & welcoming.

Being in a gym environment for me is a very anxiety inducing experience. At Trina’s my fears disappeared. The women at Trina’s are so supportive, fun and encouraging. I never leave without someone telling me how well I did in class that day. Trina’s workouts are well planned, explained for all skill levels, and always a challenge. Trina’s boot camp produces results. I love being here and wouldn’t have it any other way!

I have had nothing but a positive experience at Trina's Boot Camp. I highly recommend any woman to come and try a class. I did and have been going for 6 years. At the age of 51, I am in the best shape of my life. The atmosphere and encouragement, not only from Trina but from the other ladies is what makes this class so special. If you are looking for a great group of ladies and uplifting positive environment, and to get healthy and stronger, come try out a class. You will never regret walking through Trina's doors. She is a rare find in a trainer.

I have been with Trina for 5yrs now and have enjoyed every single moment. I have also gotten to meet some lovely ladies from being in this class. Trina is very helpful and a lovely lady to have as a personal trainer. We are an all female class so you can feel more comfortable working out without feeling unwanted eyes on you and we are all there and help each other out. Come join or try a class out if you want to see for yourself, hope to see you there.

I have been a part of this class for about 4 years. It’s part of my health, physical and mental routine. Classes are easy to follow at your pace, so individualized. It’s about joining in and moving, not how much you weigh. We have ladies of every age. It’s about empowerment and healthy minds, bodies and souls.

Trina's Boot Camp has been in my life for the past 5+ years. I had goals in life and when they didn't work out, I kept up with this workout routine because I felt like I belonged to something greater than just myself. This group of ladies that I have met are full of inspiration and drive. Trina motivates me at 6am (used to be 515am) 3 days a week and I wouldn't go back to a public gym ever. She's personable and compassionate. She helps and pushes you and yes, you go at your own pace. I appreciate her continued committment to teaching & coaching me every day.

This boot camp is tons of fun. The all women atmosphere is supportive and encouraging. You can go at your own pace but Trina is great at helping you get out of your bubble and reach your goals. I recently suffered an injury at home and Trina helped me modify the workout as needed to prevent further injuries and strengthen the injured area. Thank you Trina for all you do in class and out!

The class was great, but the instructor was cold and unwelcoming since my day one. She did not communicate proper directions (the location is impossible to find with google), so I spent 45 minutes looking for it, showing up 30 min late on my first day.
No formal instructions or guidance on how the class works was given to me, so I felt lost and misguided at every class.
The overall class felt very clickey and territorial, such as, asking me to move so another student can set up in that spot.
The instructor barely said four sentences to me the entire and has an overall cold demeanor.
When I addressed the issues and how I felt, her response was, "Too bad you feel that way."
I had a better experience at the YMCA's bootcamp lead by an incredible, highly motivated and positive instructor who would never belittle you or make you feel like a bother.
4 weeks for $175, is not worth it.
