TRIO has been a wonderful experience for me. I started working out here after having my 2nd child and feeling like I was never going to get my body back. Within a couple of months, I became stronger than I've ever been and felt incredibly supported by not only my own trainer Lauren but by the larger community of both trainers and those working out here. Michael (the owner) has done a stellar job building this gym and its community.

Trio is awesome! I began taking the group fitness classes about three months ago and have seen better results than a year and a half at Orangetheory. Danny is very knowledgeable about fitness and always makes me feel comfortable. The group fitness classes are always challenging but I always appreciate the gyms emphasis on proper form. This is a great gym that I would recommend to anyone!!

I have been training with Mike Denis for 8 years, the last 3 of which have been at Trio. He is highly professional, super responsible, always on time, and pushes me hard every session. I don’t know what I would do without him! Could not possibly recommend him and Trio more highly! The rest of the trainers there are phenomenal, the gym has a great culture and there is no judgment whatsoever.

I hired Michael Denis as my coach back in August 2018 to train me for my second Ironman 70.3. It is now May 2019 and Michael has been a key contributor to my success completing the Ironman 70.3 Oceanside race in 6hours and 53minutes. Checking with me weekly on my progress, assigning custom plan each week based on the previous one. Most importantly, supporting me mentally in this difficult journey and not letting me abandon. Michael prepared an entire plan based on my strength and weaknesses as well as essential Lactate threshold tests every 3 months to establish correct zones of training and ensure that I have an optimal training.
Michael and Cameron have also been amazing “strengthening coaches” tailoring my training by very specific exercises so I can be a better runner, swimmer and cycler.
I am now training for Ironman 70.3 Santa Cruz, and then will have Michael train me for my ultimate goal, a full Ironman. TRIO Science Driven Fitness has a very professional and friendly team of coaches.

Trio is a community that I am so thankful to be a part of. It is filled with positive energy and has an amazing team of professional trainers that are dedicated to their clients.
