Our gym is different than others in that you can feel comfortable to workout with small group classes lead by a certified personal trainer that make it fun! After a long trip, the workout today at Trubliss Fitness helped me to feel more comfortable in my body and get back to my usual routine. The session included a mix of stretching and light strength exercises that eased the stiffness I was carrying from travel.
The coach guided me through movements that gently reactivated my muscles without overwhelming me, checking in frequently to adjust the pace and intensity based on how I was feeling. It was exactly what I needed to reconnect with my normal rhythm and leave the gym feeling more grounded and energized.

I recently signed up for Trubliss Fitness startup program and have found it to be the best fitness studio. Trubliss Fitness offers a super friendly & welcoming environment, which has helped me feel motivated and excited to show up to the workout classes. This gym has been an absolute game-changer for me! From day one, I've experienced an incredibly supportive and non-intimidating environment (which was a big issue at other gyms) that makes working out a joy. Trubliss has a very welcoming and motivating environment. Diana gets to know everybody and checks in on a regular basis. The gym is clean and the equipment is new and well kept. I always walk away feeling like I had a good workout. I've only been there for 3 weeks, but so far I'm loving it!

Absolutely love this gym. I love the location, the energy of the coaches, the quick classes, the accountability, the kindness of the ladies. I’ve done regular gyms, personal trainers, etc. This is by far my favorite and I just started. I know with this gym the commitment will come a lot easier than previous experiences I’ve had elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about Diana, Mia, and this all-girls gym! Both Diana and Mia are such supportive and amazing coaches. They really take the time to understand your goals and make sure you feel comfortable and motivated. The gym itself is such a positive and empowering space. I did my first mat Pilates here, and it's been a game-changer. The classes are so well-structured, and both coaches' cues are spot-on, which really helps with form. I love how mat Pilates has improved my core strength. The workouts are challenging but fun. If you're looking for a welcoming and effective workout environment, this is the place to be!

TruBliss Fitness is the best! Diana has created a wonderful community of women who come from all different stages of life and with all different abilities. Everyone is welcome and enthusiastically coached and cheered. TruBliss is great for beginners and for workout pros. I love going to TruBliss because Diana keeps each workout interesting-I’ve never done the same workout twice, even after attending regularly for a year. I am on my fourth week here and have been truly enjoying every session. The coach’s are awesome and provide alternatives for every movement. The sessions are in a class setting which keeps the energy high although, it is still moving at your own pace. Everyone is super friendly and they offer several time options which is super convenient for a busy work week.

Diana greets everyone at the door with a smile and positive words. I appreciate how we always start right on time. The workouts are challenging but her encouragement keeps me moving. I like that she can personalize movements for you and shows many variations based on your level of fitness. The pace of the class is great and I never get bored. I like the visual video screens that show me the current movement we are working on.
Diana's positive attitude and her ability to connect with each person is why I have almost 300 session already. It is not a gym it is a community.

This place and women have changed my life! Not only has it changed me physically but has helped me mentally and emotionally more. Such a stress reliever! I love that I get challenged and do things I never thought I could or would do. Before this I never worked out with weights! Couldn’t even do a push-up. So all levels are welcome! The music is very upbeat and the workouts are planned out by Coach D, I just have to show up and give it my best! As someone who has tried and tried again to have a fitness routine only to give up three months in, I have finally found my home at TruBliss. The welcoming community of women led by an amazing owner/coach is what keeps me coming back.
