True Action offers weight training sessions which include traditional strength lifts, targeted sculpting and HIIT conditioning in sessions of up to 8 participants with 1-2 trainers supervising. Workouts are approximately 45-60 mins. Bring a water bottle and towel. All other equipment will be provided. You will also have access to your workouts through our app so that you never miss a session even if you can't make it into the facility.

I’ve been working with the trainers at True Action (formerly The Inner Athlete) since 2019, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. One thing that stood out to me from the start is that members come from all fitness levels, and the trainers are incredibly skilled at meeting you where you are and helping you reach your personal goals.
When I first joined, I just wanted to get in better shape, and I ended up losing around 30 lbs in less than six months by attending their group fitness classes, which run conveniently Monday through Saturday.
Even after moving to the East Coast in 2021, I’ve continued training virtually through their app-based community program, and it’s been just as effective and supportive. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall fitness, lose weight, or even train to compete, True Action has the program and coaching to get you there.
Highly recommend checking them out and signing up for a class, you won’t regret it!

I started working out at True Action in February because I was having a hard time staying consistent with my workouts and seeing progress. I started out with the 12 week program and lost 20 pounds of body fat and continuing to lose. I also have found the community at True Action positive and welcoming. This has helped me so much with staying consistent because I look forward to my workouts. I especially like that Alondra works with you on all aspects of fitness including mobility in addition to strength training. True Action is one of a kind and I recommend for anyone wanting to learn while getting fit and wants to improve their overall wellness.

I don’t share things I’m going through…….I am very private…..or use them for a reason not to do something
but I need you to know YOU who is reading this I use True Action as an outlet…….my husband hasn’t been working in the last 10 months…….3 months ago my step son been the hospital for valley fever which is additional stress on my husband…..
Going to TA just makes my day “easy” with my personal trainer Alondra and conditioning coach Juel 💕
I just needed you to know I love the outlet the owner has created which makes day to day a little easier for me to show up for mySELF and then my family!!!!
It is so worth it just for me to get up and show up!!! And it it also makes me feel good

I've been knowing Alondra and Maurice for yearsssssss. I've trained with Alondra off and on due to my work schedule. Alondra is one of the absolute best trainer I have trained with.
