Trujillo's art of self defense adult classes offer a diverse regimen of exercises that includes self defense, conditioning exercises, cardio work out and sparring. classes are designed to increase strength, flexibility and tone muscles. Through these work outs you will gain skills that will allow you to manage stress, cope with the demands of daily life, and allow you to live a healthier life

Dave is an exceptional, patient teacher. No frills, just skills. My son loved his class and we would have stayed longer if we hadn't recently moved out of the area. Tristan talks about it every day and is enrolled in a new karate class now but it's just not the same. We miss Dave and his 5:00 class! He's really a fantastic teacher. Thanks for everything you do. He's so great with the kids, even the littles like mine who has autism and needs extra direction, and he teaches adults, too. All around the best instructor in the area, no doubt.
