I enrolled my 2 nephews and niece with Mater Yu. They all loved it! They are currently enrolled now for the whole year. I cannot wait to see how much they will learn. In these just 4 weeks, they have learned so much already and I can see their progress.

UPDATE: AUG 2024

I do not remember when my last post was but on my page says 9 months ago. I honestly cannot believe it has been 9 months already. My nephews and niece have learned so much. They have learned and grown so much. The Tuhon TaeKwonDo Family has been growing and it's been the best decision to have enrolled them. If you are thinking, "should I enroll my child?". Talk to Master Yu even yet I am sure after one session your child will love it ^.^

Master Yu is a sensational teacher and teaches Taekwondo and beyond. Kids learn discipline, get fitness training, gain self confidence and learn how to become a better person everyday. There are fun filled activities planned round the year like buddy week, fitness week, summer camp, birthday parties. My daughter loves all the learning process here. I would definitely recommend Tuhon Taekwondo to friends.

My sons trained with Master Yu for more than three years, and he’s an incredible Master, teacher and mentor. My boys are both on the autism spectrum, so I was a little hesitant in signing them up; I was afraid it might be too difficult for them. It turned out to be one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our boys. They began Taekwondo under Master Yu as white belts, and are now black belts with a newfound sense of pride, self-confidence, perseverance, resilience, discipline, and respect—for both themselves and others. Master Yu was aware of their special needs, but never treated them as kids with disabilities. Whenever the boys seemed to feel overwhelmed, Master Yu was never too busy to talk to them, and help them work through whatever was bothering them. The tools that they learned on their paths to black belts are tools they’ll be able to apply to life in general as they grow up, and they had so much fun at their classes. It honestly felt like a second family. There are a lot of studios out there, but there’s only one Master Yu.

Ive worked with Master Yu for 5 years and I can confirm first hand that Master Yu is an amazing taekwondo instructor! Master Yu always pushed me to try, and be my best which has genuinely carried into my daily life as well.
