Jacob Turk is an awesome fitness coach! Training new skills and working on form can often be intimidating but Jacob makes you feel at ease with his knowledge and care for his clients. He gave me some great glute workouts to add to my leg days that I had never incorporated before. He put time into showing me the correct form and working on my breathing as that is something I often don’t focus on when training. This is a beautiful private gym - Werk Fitness. Inside includes multiple functional training pieces of equipment along with incredible guidance from Jacob Turk. He preaches the importance of pushing yourself, improving form, and maintaining a steady pace of workout to ensure that all things are accomplished.
His program is detailed and very informative of which muscles we are working out. He has been knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive our entire journey.

Turks’ Training was extremely helpful! Even though I have been training with weights for about 6 years now and I have always struggled with recovery. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable and informative. I have gone back multiple times for cupping. The cup therapy helped out tremendously for my military fitness test! My body felt rejuvenated and relaxed while maintaining power and endurance. I have been working out with Jacob Turk for 3 months now and I feel the strongest I have ever felt. I used to just follow random workouts or make up my own programs, but having Jacob as a trainer really helped me make an actual change in my body.
I have a herniated disc and knee issues (torn ACL from high school that wasn’t rehabbed properly). This limited the workouts I could do for myself. Jacob knew what exercises to give me so I won’t flare up my knee or my back. He has also even improved my mobility, since I haven’t had back pain since we started working together.
Right now I am the strongest I have ever felt and I have Jacob to thank for that. He doesn’t just give me exercises, but he make it very specific to me and my goals.
Also, my goal wasn’t really to prioritize weight loss, but his weight training and nutrition program dropped my body fat % from 20% to 12% in 3 months!
Highly recommend booking a consult with him ASAP before his schedule gets full!
