We pride ourselves in the personal attention each person receives, as we guide you through your daily workout, nutrition, and developing healthy habits.
You will Sweat, you'll breathe hard, you'll want to quit, and you'll be proud of yourself when you're done.
CrossFit is 60 minutes of weight training, gymnastics training, and intense combinations of both, with some intense cardio.
We also offer Personal Training. Please call to set up an appointment with a coach.

I was lucky enough to have this box open up a block from work right at the lowest point of physical fitness in my life. I was recovering from 2 ankle surgeries and was looking for a fitness program to help me build strength so I wouldn't continue to injure myself during my sports. After 2 years of hard work I've PR'ed 4 consecutive 1/2 marathons. Turn 2 is a great box with a small, tight-nit group of athletes. The owner is an expert coach and knows his athletes better than they know themselves. He's also a 2014 Crossfit Games athlete which is not only extremely impressive, but makes him a great role model. If anyone wants to get better (or "gooder" as Coach Tony would say) then this is the place to do it.

I have been a devoted Crossfitter for over 3 years and Turn 2 Crossfit is like my home away from home. I developed all my fundamental moves through the coaching of the Owner, Tony Turski, and he most paramount focus is on displaying the proper standards and range of motion for each move before thinking about incorporating any type of weight. Tony made it to the 2014 Crossfit Games as a Masters Athlete and his form is perfection. Through my training over the last 3 years, I have also been able to coach part-time, with my primary focus on Gymnastics. All the coaches at Turn 2 bring a variety of certs and disciplines that make the box well-rounded. Tony is a fanatic about cleanliness and the box is always clean and the equipment is always thoroughly wiped down and disinfected after each class. I highly recommend anyone new to the area that is looking for a well-run and coached box, to checkout Turn2Crossfit. Also Saturdays are free to the Public, which is a great way to try it out. Each new member goes through an assessment and two to three weeks of one-on-one "on-ramp" classes to learn proper mechanics and obtain a clear understanding of the crossfit philosohy.
