Oh my gosh, the best place ever! I was lucky enough to get to attend a class before the official opening. I took the Yin Yoga class and LOVED it!! The space is beyond gorgeous and the instruction was excellent. A heart-felt high quality yoga experience. Plus the sound healing portion and the room acoustics are awesome. Exactly what I needed!! Can't wait to attend more classes here.
Update: I have since also taken Sierra's Thursday Morning Hatha and Kaya's Sunday Restorative yoga classes several times: awesome classes, excellent teachers, great environment.

I really enjoyed my time in Restorative yoga class here. The ambience is relaxing, Kaya holds the space and cues well, and the sound bath at the end is the cherry on top.

My first yoga studio session ever was amazing! Getting myself into stretching and caring for my body's flexibility has always seemed intimidating but this has made it more relaxing than ever imagined. Extremely kind atmosphere, where focusing on your own improvement is the goal. A great place for beginners.

I have attended both the Yin Yoga class and the Restorative Yoga class and WOW !!! Both have been transformative. She is so intentional with her teaching and at the end of each class she performs a sounds bath that tops off the entire evening. These classes have become my favorite part of the week, and my body cannot thank Two Waves Yoga enough.

I LOVE this studio! The owner Kaya is so calm and welcoming, and her kind voice leads her sessions with relaxation. At the end of the restorative session, she also played singing bowls and other sounds bath instruments. I always leave feeling calm and at peace in my body. Would go back any time!

I just had my very first yoga class at Two Waves Yoga, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kaya was an excellent instructor—clear, precise, and so supportive. The studio had such a peaceful and inviting energy, and I immediately felt at ease when I walked in. Having the props provided for the restorative class was a big plus. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

First Visit to Two Waves Yoga Studio
– A Hidden Gem
I had my first Restorative session at Two Waves Yoga Studio and it was everything I hoped for—and more. From the moment I even walked in the building, I felt a sense of calm. The studio itself is beautifully designed—minimalist yet warm, with natural light, soothing tones, and a really clean, airy feel. It’s clear a lot of thought went into creating a space where people can truly relax and reconnect. I love the high ceiling. perfect yoga space.
Kaya was incredibly welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, and had a calm, grounded presence. She offered clear guidance and modifications for all levels, which I really appreciated as someone still finding their flow.
The class was well-paced and balanced—challenging in parts, but never rushed. I especially loved the integration of breathwork and mindfulness throughout, which helped me slow down and really tune in. By the end, I felt lighter, calmer, and more present than I’ve felt in weeks.

I recently had the opportunity to experience a restorative yoga class at Two Waves Yoga in Sebastopol, and it allowed me to discover a new layer of body awareness. The instructor Kaya, gave mindful instruction with each pose, allowing my body the necessary time to settle in to each position. I could feel my hips and shoulders shift from an obvious tightness to an opened up and relaxed place. My body was given the time it needed to breathe, soften, and restore. Kaya’s organized thoughtfulness and the calm energy of the studio space provided me with the healing and grounding I was looking for. In fact, this body awareness stuck with me for several days after. If you are looking for a restorative yoga class, I highly recommend Kaya at Two Waves Yoga Studio.
