I’ve been doing Pilates here since 2024 and it’s definitely improved my pain. I’ve continued through my pregnancy with Linda Tan in private lessons and so glad I am bc I think it’s really helped me with my energy levels and reducing pain. Thank you U plus fit family!

The environment is clean and tidy, with two bathrooms, which is wonderful. For me, two months postpartum, Michelle gave me exercises that were very precise and perfectly suited to my body. I was able to stay very focused during my practice. She seems to be able to sense whether I am engaging my muscles and even how much effort I’m putting in—she’s truly professional. There’s no room for slacking off. Although I am also a teacher, I believe we all need someone else’s eyes and expertise to help us improve, and Michelle has that ability. Since she is a mentor, I really enjoy learning from her. Thank you, and I highly recommend everyone to come practice here.

It was my very first time trying Pilates, and I feel so lucky to have found the perfect studio right away! Booking classes through the app is super convenient. Huihui is such a caring and professional instructor—she patiently guides every movement. Even though I’ve only had a few sessions, my shoulders and neck already feel much better and less tense. I’ll definitely keep training with Huihui. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to give Pilates a try!

1. Overpriced Service – The average cost for private Pilates sessions in the SGV is approximately $850 for 10 sessions. In comparison, I paid $595 for 10 semi-private sessions at U Plus Fit. Unfortunately, the service provided has not lived up to this value.
2. Company-First, Not Client-First Policy – I have attended four sessions so far, and each time my classes were either requested to be moved or rescheduled to accommodate instructor availability, due to insufficient sign-ups in my preferred time frame. This constant disruption defeats the purpose of signing up for semi-private classes.
3. Poor Management & Communication – Michelle has been the most difficult communicator I have ever dealt with. She hung up on me three times in one day when I raised my concerns. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable in any customer service setting.

I attended a group Pilates class with Fen, and it was a wonderful experience! I had informed her in advance about my lower back injury and that this was my first class since starting rehab. She was incredibly thoughtful — whenever a movement involved the lower back, she immediately offered alternative exercises not only to me but others also.

Even though it was a group class, she still paid close attention to each student and made sure everyone was doing the exercises safely and correctly. A truly caring teacher and a great environment — highly recommended!

I can’t thank Coach Linda enough for her incredible support during my third trimester. Her patience, professionalism, and deep understanding of prenatal training made all the difference. I had a truly comfortable pregnancy with no major physical discomfort, and I believe my consistent training under her guidance played a huge role in that. Every session was tailored to my needs and abilities, and I always felt safe, strong, and empowered. Linda’s positivity and care created an environment where I could truly thrive as an expecting mom. Highly recommend her to any moms-to-be!
Thanks to her, I not only stayed active but truly enjoyed the journey of pregnancy — both physically and mentally.

第一次接触普拉提运动,区别于撸铁,感受这是一种比较严谨且高级的运动!
首先夸一下Michelle, 是我接触的教练中非常专业的教练!从第一节课开始教授呼吸,到第十节课我可以控制意识来完成练习动作。全靠老师认真,且犀利的教授!在这里谢谢Michelle 老师!
其次,说一下练习普拉提的感受。感觉这是一个很难的运动。从学习呼吸,到身体肌肉的控制,协调,练习时要保持专心专注,刚开始每一项对于我来说都很困难,痛苦的,但伴随痛苦练习后的身体舒畅,已经是我继续坚持的原因。
最后说下上课环境和课程,洛杉矶比较宽敞的教室,三间大教室和2间私人教室,空间宽敞,区别于健身房,上课时完全不用担心被打扰,更主要的是中英文课程都很不错,值得推荐!
希望有更多的人来尝试普拉提这项运动.

This Pilates studio surprised me a lot. Both Michelle and Huihui are very professional. They not only teach the movements but also provide detailed explanations on how the muscles engage, how to perform correctly, and how to maintain a neutral body position in daily life. I've been doing it for three months (2-3 times a week), and my posture has improved a lot. I can clearly feel that my muscles are growing and my fat is losing. My shoulders, neck, and back feel so much better, I wish I had started practicing it earlier. It's a lifesaver for those of us who sit at a desk for long hours!

The studio has a very clean environment, plenty of equipment, the other groupmates are also very friendly. There are a variety of courses available, and those classes can be booked by the App, allowing for flexible scheduling. I highly recommend it!

Come here mainly for pole via Classpass but haven't been back because it's been costing over 15+ credits, but I love Ruby the instructor so wanted to give her her flowers in this review.

Story time - I've taken a class once elsewhere, it was my first class in a long time and that instructor basically just left me out in the cold as she tended to her more experienced students, chatting and cackling away with them as she gave me random conditioning exercises to do. I felt very alone (and also out of shape) that I was too scared to ever go back to another pole class.

Two years later I decide to take a class with Ruby and that was completely night and day. Everyone in the class was so sweet and encouraging and even though I was new and inexperienced, Ruby gently reminded me that everyone always start somewhere and that we should always be proud of our progress, big or small.

So if you ever want to try pole, Ruby is an excellent instructor to get you started. She's so talented and really cares about her students and their success and I feel very lucky to get to learn from her.

Also this new location is nice but the parking lot is small so just a precaution. Also before you enter classroom make sure to remove your shoes!

Tried this place using classpass and it was well worth the credits. The intro class was 60 minutes. Our instructor was Michelle and she taught us how the reformer works, and did a full round of workouts that worked out muscles I did not know existed. My instructor also asked everyone who is new what workouts we do to make sure the springs we're using are appropriate for our strength.

There were lots of parking in the plaza when I went. Don't forget to wear grippy socks!

I recently took the Burgee exercise class, and it was fantastic! The class combined challenging workouts with a supportive and energetic atmosphere. The instructor's attention to form and technique ensured a safe and effective session, while her enthusiasm kept everyone motivated. The variety of exercises helped keep the routines fresh and engaging. If you're looking for a high-energy workout with great instruction and a positive environment, I highly recommend giving the Burgee exercise class a try!

I LOVE this place!!!

I have been wanting to join a pilate studio for quite a long time. I was SO excited to see U+ Fit opened. The studio has several room to accommodate different type of classes. For me, thw best way to check out the various classes was through the Mindbody App.

We used the “new student” 2-class semi-private special promo before signing up for the 50-class semi-private package. JinJin and Michelle were fantastic and the classes found muscles/ligament that I did not even know I had. It was fun and energetic.

I highly encourage fellow yogis and pilate-r to come give this studio a try.
