Awesome gym, great staff. I joined with my daughter to get her into fitness, and for me to get back in shape after a 10 year hiatus from exercise. Mark’s class is fantastic!! He really helps my daughter and boosts her confidence, which makes her really enjoy the workout. He takes the time to explain the combos to her and we really appreciate that. We are greeted with a smile every time we walk through the door. I love this place.

This gym is awesome! From the friendly staff to the great instructors, everything worked great for my son. He gained confidence from the trainings and made some new friends as well. Clean gym. I highly recommend this place.

NEW OWNERS, what a difference. I came to this facility in Jan 2015 (New Years Resolution and all). At that time I was not impressed. I went back last month July 2015 and what a difference the new owners have made to this facility. The facility is clean, trainers are great, the workouts are killer and the prices are very reasonable. Great effort on the part of new management. Thank you.
