Music is way too loud. No reason my body should be vibrating from the speakers when trying to workout. Everyone wears headphones with noise canceling and can still hear it. Doesn’t make sense

Good gym, cryo's dope, & staff is cool, but weekends are a dice roll whether it's gonna be open on time..
Problem solved: they just changed opening hours from 6 to 7am..🙄 Makes sense but when I signed up for a 2year premium membership I specifically asked about opening hours since I prefer early mornings (including weekends) as did a bunch of others who waited outside when they were late.
Hoping someday they find someone dependable to open earlier on weekends 🤞🏼
When's recovery opening again tho?? Been 2months, looks nowhere near ready..

I’ve been coming to the gym I love UFC but this morning in Anaheim there was a young lady in the front desk by the name of Josie she was very RUDE!!and she is also new at the gym she asked for my phone number in a very RUDE TONE
I told her she needs to be better customer service
I told her you need to treat people better and ask nicely with respect “ she said should I be scared”
I told her don’t be d steed but you are how you treat people I told her o pay too much mi su at the gym to be treaded rude by a person that don’t like her job .. very rude person someone needs to train her better as customer we pay too much mi su to be treated badly like she did to me this morning

Dimitri has helped me to sign up at this gym and gave me a tour, he was very helpful and I'm glad that I signed up. The hours are abit weird it says 4 am at Monday but it said 24 hour at Google, it should be open at least 12 am or 2 am for Monday instead of 4am. Weights, machines, cardio, and their heavy bags are very good quality. Only problem that I have is their hours. Managers if you can see this review, please consider making it 5 days a week 24 hour schedule.

I purchased a UFC signature plus from another location and I was told I could workout at any UFC gym, this ufc fit is considered ‘franchised’ and because of this they will not honor the already expensive membership I payed for nor will they offer a discount as I am already a member. Stay away from bad business practices!! Do better ufc gym if it’s going to be like this don’t even use the ufc gym name you confused your members like this.

Poor management experience. Bought a one year membership in October 2024, when I signed up they said their recovery room will be available 24hr per walking basis and a month later after opening the recovery room they only made it available during staff hours and per appointment only. On top of that I only used the gym for 4 months before I relocated and the gym is now too far from where I live, the billing went through for the recovery room and since it doesn’t make sense to commute to this gym from my new place I asked them if it was possible to have the last month of recovery room covered in exchange for cancelling the membership, the answer was there’s nothing they could do about it. I’m disappointed, would not recommend the gym for this experience.

Their opener never shows up on time. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are the only days that aren’t 24 hour and they’re openers still manage to get here up to an hour late. Monday morning and there’s a group out here that’s been waiting 20 minutes.

Only giving it 5 stars because of their Jui-Jitsu program. Both MONTANO and LAVARREDA are VERY KNOWLEDGABLE in what they teach. I came in 4 months ago with the goal of losing weight and did(from over 170 to now 140 in about 3 months)! Now I just keep coming back for the FUN of the sport!!! Luis Lavarreda's 6 AM class is the one I've attend DAILY since I've started and he's gone ABOVE AND BEYOND as a coach, he did a great job getting me hooked into this sport!!! When I have free afternoons, I make sure I attend Montanos Afternoon classes as "Extra Credit", his YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD OF MARTIAL-ARTS REALLY SHOWS!

Ufc at the garden walk is something different in a good way. It just got remodeled there’s a lot of new equipment also no matter what time a day you come is not as busy as other gyms. I never had a problem trying to get a good work in. Specially being a truck driver I need to get that workout in quick cause time is money. At first it will be hard to find but it’s in the lower level. If you go, talk to Aaron or Malcom to get that membership.

I’ve been to many gyms and so far this one has been my favorite. I’ve had issues and annoyances with other places but mostly my favorite part of the gym was always that it wasn’t never too busy and if it ever was, I wasn’t really waiting for anything. No high school dudes hogging places and everyone seems to take care of the equipment and wipe everything down. I’ve had people try this gym out only for them to switch over to this place too. They now have new management and equipments and everything’s only been upgraded. Overall it’s a nice gym to be at.

I have had mixed experiences with this gym. I will say that the trainers here are some of the most positive and helpful people I've had the pleasure of working with. Big thank you to Kent, Caitlin, and Ali especially.

Now for the ugly side of this location. The management here is atrocious and sketchy. The manager Gabe once refused to give me a refund for an error in billing and instead offered my tubs of protein powder to account for the mistake. I have never seen anything like that before. I also approached management because I was moving to a new city, and I would no longer be able to train here. Instead of cancelling my personal training sessions, they charged me an extra month, refused to refund me, and then refused to transfer my sessions to another gym. Sketchy management with sketchy business practices.

I have to add that this gym is in the bottom section of a parking garage that constantly smells like sewage. It's a pervasive smell that accompanies you on every visit.

Update: after everything Connor the employee still continues to act like a child and be unprofessional.

Had the worst most degrading experience here 4/1/24 at 7pm. I had called ahead to ask about the trial free day pass. I got to the gym with my partner and told the front desk guy.

He (white, blond, male)was the most unprofessional snobby person I have ever encountered. Got there excited to try out a new gym and when we told him that we were there to try it out and if we could do the trial day he said “we don’t do that if we did we would go out of business bro” so then I told him it’s literally on their website and I had called earlier about it. he said “I can’t just let you in cause I don’t know if your telling the truth” then I showed him the website saying there was a free day pass he answered laughing “well whatever I can’t stop you go crazy” as we were leaving he told his coworker “don’t believe anyone saying anything about a free pass”

If he doesn’t like his job he should just leave instead of acting like a child.

Just an overall terrible experience. I like to go through my workout routine which is a 3day split (push, legs, pull) before making a decision. I had the same problem at the brea UFC gym. These places should not be allowed to represent the brand UFC. Your website says free 3 day pass. They wouldn't validate my parking because I wasn't going to sign up after the first day of working out. They proceeded to say we have a problem here and I wouldn't be allowed to come back for the remainder of my trial. UFC in orange county at this point just needs to do better. Both facilities customer service wise is a joke. I haven't had a problem at any of the other gyms. Even the smaller ones. They are a perfect example of what poor customer service is.

SHOUT OUT TO PEDRO !Visiting from Utah on a family trip to Disneyland. Not only was he helpful over the phone but when I came in he came from the back to personally greet me and help me with a visitor pass. Best customer service I’ve experienced on my entire trip to California. Gym was awesome, left with a new UFC FIT bjj rash guard. 10/10 experience. I will absolutely be returning on our yearly family Disney trip.

I have included in my plans to join this GYM with PT for MMA
I bought the first package, and I used it. It contains 12 classes
Then I wanted to get more experience in MMA so I bought 4 more classes worth $432
After i choose a specific coach and training plan
Unfortunately also after I pay 💰, Change their words and plans and the specific coach providing leave this GYM! So they sell some things not existing In fact,I behaved that unprofessional way and evidence cares about money more than the client. It is unfortunate to see a gym bearing the n UFC logo and lead this brand to collapse.
Until today, more than 20 days have passed, I am waiting for the refund, but there is no response from the seller, so Gabe Sanchez “Manager” he can not respond to my email or call, I do not think that the workers in this place feel prod After they read it!

If your looking for a gym to go to, this is the place to go! This place is amazing!! Amazing coaches, staff and members! So grateful to be apart of this amazing community!!! I have grow so much from coming here, from hiit classes, boxing, strength training and now Jiu Jitsu!! This gym has so much to offer! I just wish their kids club open at 4:45pm, instead of 5pm! It doesn't give me enough time to stretch and warm up before class start.

Well all the coaches are great here. I wanted to thank the following coaches for always motivating me and helping me reach my goals! Thank you Coach Giovanni Campos, Kent Tran and Chad Ellertson. These coaches are the best, never push sales on you and always so positive and motivating. They are always there to answer any questions about nutrition, form or techniques. A $23.50 review. I would not recommend this gym. They charge me $23.50 fee charge for paying a few days late due to a lost debit card, they kept running the payment to until the bank finally authorized the payment on the new card, some how they have my new card on file ( this is the bank's fault also, they been notified) but when I asked for an exception an refund on the late payment charge due to obvious reasons the Ops mgr Pamela Clark didn't care she stuck to the company policy and contract and said that it would not do any good to even try to ask for a refund because according to her they would never do it so why bother. I asked for a corporate number to call, and she gave a number that leads nowhere. I'm a new member and so far not a good experience, lack of effort and empathy on trying to assist a new member, I would not recommend.

I have been to a lot of different gyms across the country and this gym is the best by far. The facilities are always immaculately clean. All the machines are always in good working order and clean. Every time I go here it isn't crowded and I always can get in a full workout. The recovery section is well worth it. I use it every time I go.
