DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! You can NEVER cancel your membership!!! I had moved away from this gym as of last year. I canceled my membership in June last year with them. They continued to charge me monthly. I thought maybe I forgot, so I canceled again in December, and now in February I am getting charged yet again. They have robbed me of over a thousand dollars from not canceling my account!

I went there for a month and the manager con me by not wanting to cancel the monthly memberships for my two boys after took me to collections when I told the manager I wanted to take care of the payments for the month. These people are dirty I dorn recommend this place to anyone at all!!! Watch out!!!

Their DUT classes will literally make you crawl to your car in soreness and sweat and tears BUT well worth the outcome plus the bathrooms have really good smelling sope at the sinks

In one sentence, I did not have a good business experience with this place. Here are details:

I purchased 5 personal training sessions under pressure by a manager for $250, something I couldn't afford but did in desperation to lose weight I'd gained while inactive due to injury.
I couldn't get session scheduled, and wanted to discuss switching to a trainer who would schedule me (it had been weeks.)
I couldn't get ahold of the manager and left my number to be called back, but didn't receive a call ever. So I wanted to terminate my membership and still didn't receive a call. So I disputed the changes with my bank and they took care of that part, however then I kept getting harassed with phone calls, texts, and emails saying I was overdue on payments and they tacked on huge fees for the $250 payment I had my bank retreive for services never rendered...now they're saying they're "overdue"
After countless calls, I FINALLY got ahold of someone who said since they signed me up, they could take me out of the system. I still get texts, emails, and calls from their billing service.

Another thing that happened at the gym that bothered me was after two classes, one employee said I should try some other class (can't remember the name). I was already exhausted but decided to try a bit of the class to see what it was about. As I said, I'd been injured so I really needed to take it easy, and the workout they were doing wasn't good for my labral tear, so I excuses myself to leave the gym. The instructor, loudly and in front of the whole class, called me out for leaving. He told everyone you don't join his class and leave to get water (I wasn't leave to get water...I was leaving the gym) and he kept on and on shaming me about stepping out of the class without permission. It was humiliating and frustrating.

That was the last time I ever went.

Worst experience for me because the salesman (who's name Luca) trying to overcharged me and give me different prices by every minute it's like from $1500-to-$90/month and so stressing me out then I'm deciding not to joining to this gym. So be careful with this creepy guy and look for a better gym...

Friendly, professional staff. Talented, professional instructors and coaches. Decent prices. This location in Northridge keeps improving the classes and the schedule, so be sure to check out the changes. The gi and no-gi BJJ classes taught by Coach Lance are amazing. There are students of all ages and all experience levels--including students from other BJJ academies and students who are brand new to martial arts, so give it a try. There are also fitness classes for all ages.

The UFC Gym in Northridge has the worst sales representatives I've ever come across. I went to check this place out on 12/26/17. UFC Fight Pass offered me a free trial to the gym. All I did was get pressured to join the gym and put money down. They didn't offer me an opportunity to workout & try out the gym, until I had already walked out the door. Don't trust the guest passes offered online. It's a scam to get you there to put money down.

Amazing equipment , they even have an octagon which is awesome. I mean I joined this gym under false pretenses. This gym is basically a cookie cutter let's market to average everyday people who aren't serious about fighting. It's like the planet fitness of fight gyms if you catch my drift. I just recently moved here from colorado. When I signed up one of the employees told me krystoph the director and ufc veteran was starting a fight team. It was the basis for my decision to even join the gym. When I had my one on one session with krystoph he was amazing a wealth of knowledge and experience. I wish I could afford more sessions with him, his pad work was amazing. I asked him about the fight team and he told me he was moving to Dubai in a few months. I can't help but feel dooped and tricked into joining. If your serious about fighting and want to compete , don't join this gym. If your looking for a good place to workout than this is the place for you

The Jiu-jitsu training here alone makes it worth every penny. The facility is kept clean and organized at all times and the staff always is happy to help. But above all, the type of people who come here are a lot more humble and friendly than the types you see at regular gyms. And this is coming from a guy who has been going to various gym consistently for 10 years now.
